So I spend most of my day doing schoolwork and playing videogames, I owned a pair of blue light glasses from HyperX and I loved their quality and frame and the I was no longer experiencing dry eyes or fatigue, I also have needed glasses for years my last prescription was in 2014. So I got a new Rx and came here through HyperX's website and boom, they reflect blue light phenominally! I got the Premium Crizal Prevencia AR coating and In could not be happier I can finally see things again.

I've ordered abut 3-4 lens replacements in the past and this is the first time I have had a complaint/problem.
There are two black markings on each lens at the transition line that I haven't been able to completely get off after I've treated each lens with lens cleaner and rubbed them as hard as I can to get them off. I'm afraid I'm going to rub off the anti-fogging treatment on them, which I may have since they are fogging pretty easily.

I ordered some cool glasses off of Amazon but regular eyeglass stores told me that they couldn't put prescription lenses into them, so I tried lensabl and sure enough they were able to do it. The only problem I had was getting the PD correct, so I would suggest that when you get your eyes examined that you have your doctor note that on your prescription, otherwise trying to take a picture of yourself is a pain in the butt. (I ended up going to Sams club and having someone do it for me there)

This was perfect! I've had my old frames broken on one side for over a year. It was being held up by tape! So I had ordered new frames from Amazon that I was just going to pop my lenses into but the new ones ended up not being the same size although they were the same style as my old ones. SO with that being said I needed new lenses for my new frames. I didn't know my exact specs but lensabl had an app that took a reading of my old lenses. Sent in my new frames to get the new lenses and all is well. Affordable too! I also had contacted customer service at one point because the online update stayed at 5-6 business days for just that amount of time but they kept me updated on my frames since I was worried they'd take months like all the negative reviews I saw. That was not the case for me. Very happy customer I was excited when they came in the mail! Also packaged very nicely it came back with a case and cleaner!

Perfect.
Reasonable price, resonable options, reasonable turn around time. And the glasses work as good as could be expected.
Questions answered via email, timely.
Ideally would have had all the necessary criterion for an acceptable password ahead of time.

This process took two and a half months. There was minimal communication from the company only to ask for more money. I was extremely dissatisfied with the final product. A little over two hundred dollars down the drain. I will never use this option again nor will I recommend it.

I signed the release but I had no idea my $900 Tom Ford frames (can't replace) would come back ruined. Not only was the bar across completely flattened (you had a picture) but the arms of the frames on both sides that were black are now completely scratched, so scratched they are gray and not black. Really. I can't be more disappointed with my over $400 investment in trusting your company.
