I ordered two pairs of glasses from Lensabl. Initially i received a box to send in frames - which is not what i ordered. I contacted customer service and they informed me that i did indeed order glasses (not just replacement lenses). Three weeks later i received one pair of glasses - and a second set of replacement lenses sitting loose in the box. It has now been a month since I ordered and I still do not have my glasses, and Lensabl has not processed a refund for the missing glasses. I will not be ordering from Lensabl again and would recommend that others look elsewhere to avoid this headache. I'd rate lower than 1 star if i could.
Getting frames that I've loved fitted with new prescription lenses was the answer... and LENSABL did it amazingly! The process really couldn't have been easier.
Super easy to complete and didnt take long to receive. Very happy with the quality of the glasses and that my special instructions were taking into consideration. Customer service was on point and contacted me within the same day. This was a very pleasant experience and I'll definitely continue to order from here and recommend to anyone who'll listen.

I'm pretty upset because my original Stoggle lenses came with anti fog and worked really well. After sending them to Lensabl for Rx, I had to pay a pretty hefty amount for anti fog lenses when the original lenses had them (which I felt was wasted). After paying extra for anti fog, I received the new glasses and they still fogged, even without a mask! I was at home and the lenses seemed to be very sensitive to just body heat from my face. Today I tried them on at work with a mask and I couldn't even last 10 seconds without the lenses fogging.
So glad I can wear my old frames again! I purchased an expensive pair of frames and after more than 2 years of everday wear the lenses were no good. I'm very glad I took a leap on this company and got my frames re-lensed. The process was a bit longer than expected (about 1 month) but completely worth it.

The reading area on my progressive lenses is too small to allow both eyes to focus at the same time. It feels like somebody is providing me with a cruel challenge.
Everything was easy to set up the glasses are 1.5 but you can tell if you're done by a professional there a lot different than cheap reading glasses the music a little later than I thought it was going to be but I'm also the type of person that likes to have their music cranked up halfway you can't hear it to the earpiece all in all I'mhalpy

My experience was exceptional and I plan on recommending to everyone I know to buy their glasses from Lensabl.
I needed to order new lenses and decided to test this service against my regular optometrist and utilize both. Well, my regular optometrist got them done and back in 7 days and they worked fine. The Lensabl experience, not so good. Their website would not update the status so I never knew what was up with my lenses. Secondly when I did get them, they were unusable. The optical distortion was high and the sweet spot was wrong. I attribute that to not having them done in person, instead sending jpg's of your face with a credit card for reference not so effective. Additionally, trying to get them redone has been a very disappointing experience. I've contacted them multiple times and no response and no update on their website. Would highly not recommend this service since the price differential was not much.
My glasses have arrived. But I have two problems. The first is that the glasses are supposed to become clear in the dark and remain dark. They are not good for reading at night. And the second is that one of the lenses does not fit into the frame of the glasses and I do not want to break them
Hesitant at first since first time ordering lenses for a pair of safety glasses that I wasn't sure could accommodate prescription lenses. I sent pictures of the frame and they said they could do it, so I took a chance. Took almost two weeks to get a box to send my frames in, but that was due to delays with USPS I later found out. Also, later took a few weeks to get the finished product, but was impressed with how the company kept me updated after I sent in my frames. They let me know when they received my frames, emailed me when there was a delay due to a problem that occurred with my lenses and then let me know when they mailed the completed frames. However, I gave five stars for the finished product! I was so happy at the excellent work done! I am a nurse and wear my safety glasses a lot for work. I can see very clearly and the lenses do not fog up so far! I am super impressed with the finished product and their customer service when I reached out to them. I will definitely go through them again when I need to put prescription lenses into a frame!
Sent favorite frames to get new RX lens. They did excellent job! When there was a delay, they let me know. This is affordable solution without compromise for eye glasses.
The experience was fine. My lens are not, I wanted to be fair, so I have been using the replacement lens and each time, I do not see as well as with my current lens, (same prescription that I included when I ordered. The distance part seems to be fine, but the bifocal is not, I don't believe it is the same as my current prescription. I did receive a message saying it would take longer to receive, because the first try was not good on the lens. I don't believe the ones sent to me are correct either. Is it possible I received the wrong lens?
I would like to have them redone, not at my cost, is this possible, as I'm getting no good out of the $$$$, I spent?

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
