After a 3 week delay on my order (delayed in coating, didn't pass quality control...), my glasses arrived with the right eye prescription on the left lens and the left eye on the right lens. No way to communicate with Lensabl other than email. No response back after they were notified multiple times of the error. This company is blind to their errors and to their non-communication skills. Take your prescriptions to somewhere else: period.
Good process—my only complaint is the inability to call a human on the phone. My first order was wrong—but you guys fixed it. Great job. I'll be back!
I am an avid cyclist and love to listen to music and audiobooks while I am riding on trails and away from traffic. The Tempo prescription sunglasses have speakers in the bows with volume control and an easy to reach on/off button. The Tempo sunglasses connect via Bluetooth to my cell phone and it is easy and safe to receive phone calls while riding. The sound is very clear and the lens quality is excellent. The Tempos are available with nonprescription lenses through Bose and with prescription lenses through Lensabl. My vision is very clear with the Tempo lenses. I highly recommend the Tempo prescription sunglasses for sports.

Not sure how they work with insurance, as I did not try. However, after reading the instructions several times, I went through with ordering my lenses for a pair of Bose sunglasses. Everything went rather quickly, and I was updated throughout the process.

I am not happy with my lenses. First of all... the process took over a month - much longer than I expected because there was an error in the quality inspection process and had to start over.
I ordered the high-index 1.71 lens and I do not believe these are the high index lenses as advertised. I have other glasses that are the 1.71 high index lenses and they are MUCH thinner than these. I do not believe these are correct.
Overall, I believe the service was excellent. I received the new prescription and it was perfectly done. Still amazed at how you can take all the measurements from afar! I'll be sure to use you again when the time comes.

They did a wonderful job. Start to finish, the process was just beautiful. The user experience was just perfect. It was very easy to choose my likings for the glasses, the box they gave to send my glasses was very simple and easy to understand. And during the process, there was an issue with the lens and they informed me clearly and as expected only took a week longer. The packaging was brilliant and the final product that was sent was also good. Have been using the glasses for a day now and the lens are extremely beautiful. Lol, when I first took it out of the box, I thought there weren't any lens attached to it.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
