My lenses are very high powered due to kerataconis. When I submitted them, I was told it would take 3-5 business days. It took almost a month and a half, due to several failed quality checks. They also don't fold properly, due to the thickness and placement of the left lens.

Getting glasses was a process taking time, more time and emails regarding additional time and work needed. I withstood it all and in came a very nice pair of glasses with all of the new bells and whistles. My glasses are strong, so maybe in the future it will be different.

It was a little slow but the quality is very good. The most disappointing thing was that you kept the black hard case that came with my Tenor frames and replaced it with a white case. I would rather have the case that the frames came with.

I waited almost a month to get my glasses back and they are wrong. They sent bifocal lenses when I asked for progressive. Still waiting to hear if they are going to replace them.
They don't even have a phone number you can call. Everything is by email and they don't answer in a timely manner.

It was an easy process from beginning to the end. There was a "hiccup", the first pair of lenses were defective and they had to be redone. Their quality control noted this before returning them to me and went ahead and did over. I received a "perfect" pair of sunglasses at a very reasonable price.
Overall a good experience. I received my return box quickly and my new glasses arrived within a few weeks. However I am having some issues using the glasses. They seem out of focus for reading and a piece of paper takes the shape of a trapazoid with the bottom of the paper edge appearing wider than the top of the paper.
Although it took a bit longer than quoted, I couldn't be happier with my order. High quality lenses for a great price. I'll continue ordering from this site for life! I've purchased progressive lenses online before and they've been awful.

I had purchased what sounds like the last available style of fairly fragile wooden frames, they are the only frame I've really liked, had a couple previous pairs before they discontinued the style. Most stores local to me were skeptical about making lenses for them, though I did find a place to do so. However the lenses made for me through lensabl are a far nicer fit to the frames compared to what I had on my last pair. Thank you, will recommend and return!

I was wondering what was taking so long to receive my prescription lenses and was going to contact you, and then I had an email explaining, in detail, what the issue was. I feel this is a great customer service feature you have. Most businesses would send the product back to the customer and wait for the customer to find out it wasn't correct and then spend time waiting. I find this proactive approach you use, to be a great feature of your business. Keep up the great work and I love my stoggles!
I was very skeptical trying to order new lenses on line. I have been trained over the years to follow more traditional pathways via dealing directly with my optician. I have to admit what I received is fantastic. I am impressed by the accuracy of the lenses, the turnaround time and communication was top notch. Very happy with the entire experience.
Received my sunglasses yesterday -- turnaround time nine days start to finish from when I put my glasses in the mail. I asked for a change in the order immediately after I put the glasses in the mail. It was accommodated without a missed beat. Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
