Sending the glasses in was the easy part. It took two weeks to process the order. Thats a long time to be waiting for glasses.
I received them and the glasses are out of focus, and need to be redone. I'm being patient but after reading the fine print, they are not going to refund my money if there is a problem, so it looks like I'm in it for the long haul with Lensabl.
No verification # or code provided on the return so I just sent them back hoping they get them. Have the post office receipt is all.
Hope they get it right with the second pair. Patiently waiting... probably another two weeks.

Lensabl notified me that they noticed something in a quality check and had to redo the lenses. This delayed delivery by a couple of days. No problem. I received the new glasses today and they were perfect. They looked great and I see better with the new prescription. Now to order the sunglasses!
I found Lensabl when I was seeking to replace my lens prescription in a pair of frames purchased last year through Zenni. Zenni doesn't do lens replacements so I was very pleased to find Lensabl. The online instructions made it a very easy process. Their customer service was excellent. I was informed every step of the way and their quality check ensured that my needs were met. I received a beautiful case with my like-new glasses and everything is perfect. The bottle of lens cleaner and cloth is a very nice touch. I will definitely recommend Lensabl to others.

I sent a pair of glass in February to have progressives over contacts made. They were made incorrectly - prescription added when I explicitly said no prescription. Contacted customer service and sent them back. They were made incorrectly again. They took three months for Lensabl to make the same mistake twice. This company is not operationally competent and is spending all of their money on marketing. The idea is good, but the execution is very, very flawed. I'd stay as far away as possible from them.
Ordering online was super easy. Printed out the shipping label. Got the glasses back within 2 weeks! Also kept me updated every step of the process
I have been looking at prescription eye protection for working during COVID-19 pandemic at my clinic. I found a pair of safety glasses on Amazon and sent them to Lansabl to get my prescription lens in. They are just great! I am planning to send my old frames in to get my current prescription in them so I can have a variety of frames to choose from without spending tons of money.

The glasses, once finally delivered 2 months later, were just fine. What wasn't fine was the absurd updates that were never accurate in the least. Customer support, being so transparent, advised the glasses didn't pass quality inspection and had to be redone. They didn't mention the multiple redos that would follow. Not sure what happened here, but I'll never, ever support this business again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Absolutely disgusted with the service.
The Bose Tenor frames with prescription lenses with a graduated Sahara brown tint. That was the order. I was hesitant to order prescription glasses online. It was, however, the only way I could get prescription lenses in the Bose Frames. The prescription was great. I was dubious about getting the pupil centered right using a driver's license but that also turned out well. The sound on the Bose Frames was superior to the Apple air buds pro. The sound was the best I have heard in ear bud like devices and I have heard a lot of them. So, all in all, I am very satisfied with what I received from Lensabl. My only complaint is that the side pieces and the frame, in general, does not seem adjustable to fit various nose and head size combinations and the frames want to slide down on my nose which I am trying to fix with silicon pads for glasses. I don't trust any local eyeglass place to adjust them for fear of messing up the electronics.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
