Last pair of lenses

This is my second prescription lens that I sent to Lensabl. The first one was flawless and I was very happy. The second one I received yesterday after a long delay and the lens are awful. Different than the first one I can see the multifocal lines and I was very disappointed. Not sure if I order a different one, but i imagine the site should pick my last order and make the same or offer me the same lens.

The lenses look great. It's magical to be able to wear sunglasses and actually see well at the same time. The process took a very long time, though, and included one unnecessary delay. I sent the requested pic of me with a credit card in front of my face, but your system didn't recognize it. I kept getting more requests for it, and eventually had to explain to a rep that you already had the pic. Also, the glasses case you sent is much too large to use in daily life and isn't recyclable. Please consider replacing it with something that won't end up in a landfill. All that said, I'll likely use you all again for another pair of sunglasses!

Over 2 Months to Receive Glasses

I didn't receive my glasses for two months. There was very little communication and when I requested updates I was given a poor excuse. My glasses were then shipped out the next day. I felt as if I didn't send the message that I was unhappy it would have been another 3 months to receive my glasses.

Horrible. It took me contacting customer care twice in order to get any movement on my order. The website just kept saying it arrived at the lab and they were working on it. I had to contact customer care and after the second person I finally got an honest answer that they kept failing inspection and thankfully Megan pushed the lab manager to personally complete them and send them out. It shouldn't take 5 weeks for bifocals!

Terrific quality and precise lenses

We sent Lensabl a pair of Tiffany sunglasses with no prescription for an order for new, bifocal sunglass lenses. Our order with Lensabl was less than 1/3 then the price quoted by our local Visionworks franchise. We were initially concerned over the quality of the optics and placement in the frames but were very happy to see what we received back had far exceeded even our best expectations. The optics, tinting, and placement into the frames are terrific. We're believers, now: we just placed similar orders from Lensabl for new lenses in two more existing, designer-label frames right away. Highly recommended!

I want it back within 48 hours.

Sent in a pair of frames I owned and bought a new pair directly from Lensabl. Both were updated with my prescription very quickly and I received them back from the mail, across the country, a week later. Affordable, too. Would recommend.

Great for using my frames

Easy process, and I was able to get blue light lenses in my prized vintage frames (60+ years old). I was afraid the plastic would break, but all is well. It was nice to be able to check the status of my order throughout the process. Reasonable price to get 2 pairs of lenses installed. Thanks!

Issues with the left lense pop off my frames on the second day of wearing them.

The option of thin lenses, which usually other companies, will have them thin from left to right & top to bottom, its only thin from the top side and thickens as it goes down.

Delivery Window Was Blurry

My glasses took nearly a month to receive. I reached out to support for an eta after 2.5 weeks. Apparently the production dept had an issue with my lenses so they made new ones. I got the glasses last week. I ordered progressive lenses, when i should have ordered single vision lenses. The glasses are nice when I'm looking straight ahead but they make me feel queezy when I look down... like bifocals. Disappointing. I contacted the company to review my order and fix the problem. I was given a discount quote for another $100+. I declined and will get new lenses locally.

Glasses arrived beautifully packaged. Vision hasn't been this good since I started wearing glasses many years ago. I was able to upgrade to fog free, transitional and premium lenses, and paid less than I did for lenses at my eye Dr. Received new glasses two weeks from the date I mailed them to lensabl.
Will make future eyewear purchases from the comfort and convenience of my home. Highly recommend for quality, cost and convenience!

I am pleased with lenses however very upset that my frames were returned to me without original cases. I sent in 3 pairs of designer frames - 1 Gucci and 2 Prada only to have all three returned in your cheap, bulky Lensabi branded cases. Nowhere was it mentioned that original cases would not be returned or should not be included when sending in frames. Aside from the money lost in not receiving my original designer cases back, the replacement cases sent are cheap and worthless. I now have to purchase new ones for all three frames. Very unhappy. Sadly, had 2 additional pairs of glasses to send but now won't.

This has been what I have been looking for! Every glasses store I go to they never have the glasses I exactly want! I always find myself settling and over spending! THIS is a phenomenal company! I would recommend to EVERY eyeglass wearer! You will bot regret!

About the lenses review.

I was impressed with the anti fog coating, that It had qualities I liked on the positive side.On the other side of the coin I had both sets of lenses check by 2-3 optometric establishments at least 1 place that I trusted and the lenses were tested on lensometers. Unfortunately the prescription on lenses did not match the perscription I had sent to lensibl.the OD sphere read -5.50 instead of -4.00. The OD read -2.00 instead of - 1.50 the OD axis was 128 instead of 040 the OS axis was 130-132 instead of 140 the near ADD was+2.25 as it should be & there were comparable differences on the 1st set of lenses made. I cannot understand why this happened and considered this a breech of contract by lensibl. The technician I worked with said I could use the glasses as backups. I cannot use the glasses the way I intended as I could be questioned by law enforcement. I am also awaiting email reciept of purchase. I still liked the antifog coating and the glasses will be good for less than 90 days.No leagal action will be taken but I was unsure of any future purchase as return customer. Am unconfident customer with lensibl and may go elsewhere. Is there someone in customer service who could reveiw this matter and send me any feedback of this event, as I think lensibl is reputable even though errors are made. I have seen this happen to other people at other places. I was ultimately an unsatisfied customer.

I appreciate the ease of sending a set of frames and converting them to sunglasses. I typically don't like most sunglasses, so being able to convert this pair that already fits my face was great. These are grey tinted, clear, lightweight and just what I wanted.

It took way longer than expected to not only receive my glasses back but the online status report really wasn't reliable. The lens quality seems great, I love the case and appreciate the lens cleaner and cloth. My frames came back significantly widened in the arm part, which I will now have to find a place to have them adjusted. This is my first time ordering lenses online, so I am not certain if I would use Lensabl again or try a different company.
