Disappointed

I was satisfied with lenses; however, the one star review is because of the time it took to receive my glasses back. It took approximately 7 weeks to receive my glasses. Very disappointing.

Glasses are great, kept my case

The lenses are great and shipping was fast. But I sent in a pair of sunglasses with the case so it would be protected in shipping. They returned the glasses in a lensabl case and now I've lost my ray ban case which is a bummer. Pretty disappointed in that.

Replacement lenses

Love my glasses. I had cataract surgery and a lens was placed in my right eye.
I desperately needed new lenses asap.
You guys met my needs 100%.
Wish thay were delivered a little faster.

What a let down
March 28, 2021

Ordered the Bose Tempo Frames with prescription transition Lenses. The Lenses/Frames were delayed due to not meeting Lensabl quality standards and needed to be remade. I thought the delay was understandable given Lensabl told me they wanted me to receive nothing but the best. However, I instead was shipped an unmarked brown box with only the Bose Tempo Frames inside. No Lensabl documents, no workorder describing work done and not even a Lensabl cleaning cloth. Just the Bose frames that were taped back up with scotch tape in the Bose packaging. The worst part. My prescription was incorrect and the transition tint was also missing, only clear plastic non prescription lenses were installed. I have reached out to Lensabl to correct this. Hopefully they will. What a let down.

Horrible communication

I sent my glasses back for a "re-do" because of a weird foggy film that had developed on my lenses. There were days that went between my emails and their response prior to me sending them back. I never received updates and went 3 weeks without glasses, reaching out a few times to see what the status was. The first time I used Lensabl, I shipped my glasses out and they were returned to me in less than a week, with updates throughout saying that they received them, were working on them and the day they were shipped back to me. I only received an email that they were shipped back to me after reaching out again (on the day they arrived). Three weeks is a long time to be without your glasses!

Wrong Glasses!

Hello!

Today I got my Order and they were not the same glasses I shipped out to you guys.

I mailed the Round Liac stoggles and I received the Square Lilac Stoggles. I was informed by you guys, when I did not get an update, that you guys lost my glasses. I sent a pic of what they were and I gave you the Brand and description and I still got the wrong pair. In the email attached I specified that the glasses were the round lilac stoggles.

This is frustrating because I had to wait longer than what the normal process was because my glasses went missing.

I have already sent an email about this issue.

Super Simple!

I had a great experience with Lensabl. I bought four pairs of Stoggles and sent them in with my prescription. The turn around time was super quick and I love them so much. They still fog up a little bit when I wear them at work with a mask (I'm an ICU nurse), but I feel very safe with them on.

Three for three

This is the third order with Lensabl & am very happy once again. Have saved a favorite pair of 20 year old RayBan sunglasses, a vintage pair of frames & now my favorite pair of everyday have been updated with a current prescription. Thank you Lensabl!

As Advertised and more...

Lensabl was fast and efficient. I ordered, my cc was charged. I received a email the next day as they shipped me a shipping box at no charge with Lensabl address already there. I mailed my frames and was again sent an email that they had received them. A week later received an email saying they were finished and sent to me with a tracking number.

Very fast and complete service. Highly recommend

Pretty good

Had lenses put into existing frames- "Stoggles". I may have received some kind of discount as a result of agreement between companies. First time doing this online. Took about 1 month to receive completed glasses, but the prescription was incorrect (lab mistake). Returned, took another month. Decent customer service tho.

Loved them before, awful this time

The lab received my glasses on December 3rd. I just received the finished product yesterday February 24th.

I sent several requests for an update through the chat with a customer service expert portal. And each time, I was given the runaround. I literally felt like I had to fight to get an update, and to get the lenses moving through the process.

My previous glasses from Lensabl were great. Quick turnaround. I loved it.

This second experience was beyond awful.

First time using Lensabl for my corrective lens needs. I sent in a pair of existing frames to get the lenses updated to the correct prescription strength. Process was fairly simple and easy to follow from the website. The only reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 is the completion was delayed due to catching an issue through their quality checks. This was a plus but I was in a pinch for a timeline to get them back, and this delayed them being completed by another week. Customer service assisted and accommodated request to get them as soon as possible. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

My "1.74" lenses from Lensabl came back after one month, despite being told it would take 5 days. They were thicker than 1.67 lenses I have. And the production was delayed because of "a rejection in the final inspection, " which caused them to need to be "redone." Despite this claim that the delay was caused due to quality control issues, one lens was cracked and my frames were scratched. Lensabl couldn't deliver the goods I purchased in the time they promised, and they damaged my glasses frames in the process.
