The whole process is very simple! However I think my eye doctor may have done my prescription incorrectly. Taking my glasses to the eye doctor find out what's wrong since I'm not able to see clearly.

The lenses were nice. However the way they are cut. It does not fit the frames well. The edges of the lenses are showing, which doesn't look nice. May just get my own lenses put back in. Disappointed in how the lenses do not fit the frames properly and it is based on how they cut the lenses. My frames are full frames, so I shouldn't see the sides of the lenses.

The company gave very poor updates on time of completion. It was a gift for my father, it took 2 months- without communication from the company. This experience was very unsettling and a great disappointment.

Lensabl advertises "glasses in 7-10 days" they don't tell you they mean 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS, or that your glasses will take over a month, that they don't have a phone number to contact them, thus you can only email and... they do not respond to emails. Look on the Better Business Bureau website. Over 144 complaints against Lensabl within the past 180 days. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
It took a little longer than I wanted to recieve but as with anything sometimes it can be confusing. 1st time I've ever ordered glasses online and I'm no optometrist so I just sent my prescription in and tried to take a pic of my face. This was resolved weeks later when I was wondering why my order was taking so long and then they finished my glasses and found imperfections and I had to wait about 4 or 5 days longer... but the quality is amazing and the great customer service was much appreciated!
