Horrible job

All our prescriptions were done wrong and all three of us can not even see through the lenses. They are completely blurry and to be honest looks like magnifying classes.

Upon receiving our glasses we reached out to Lensabl and only to realize that there is not physical phone number to contact them. They can only be reached by email. We did and to our surprise, the respond time was ridiculous. We emailed on Thursday and didn't get a response until Monday.

We asked that we will rather have our many refunded as we have been waiting for these glasses for so long and only for them to come back to us messed up. We all need our prescription glasses to work and drive and can not continue without. The fact that Lensabl messed up our prescriptions one time before they even shipped them to us and had to fix them was a red flag. The error they made resulted in a delay in us getting the glasses back and only to receive glasses that we can't even use.

And not they are telling us all sells are final as listed on their website now that we are requesting a refund. This disclosure was never made or presented to us while we were submitting our order.

Despite them acknowledging the error and mistakes that they made, they still can't refund us our money.

I will be definitely reporting this to BBB.

The online ordering process was pretty painless and my frames with new lenses arrived within the estimated time frame. I'm super pleased with my new prescription and the lenses appear top flight. The only thing that wasn't awesome was the eyeglass case that they arrived in, which is unnecessarily clunky, but it's easy and inexpensive to buy a new eyeglass case. I'm going to order another pair with a slightly different prescription for computer use.

The glasses are fine, and I plan to be a repeat customer. However, the USPS shipping delay was very annoying. Given that delays by the postal service have been in the headlines for six months now, I suggest that Lensabl use Fed Ex or UPS for your customers' sake and earn a five star rating.

Completly Unusable

1. It took over 8 weeks to complete transaction. 2. Problem with Rx. Sent Rx from Dr. Still waiting. They arrived yesterday. 3. Totally wrong lense Rx. I can only see clearly within one ft of the object. Totally useless product. Slow and QA must be a priority.

I've had them for a few hours, and they are already stuffed into a drawer. I'll replace the lenses someday. For now, I have to look down in order to see. They are of no use whatsoever.

Absolutely beautiful!

My glasses are absolutely beautiful! These were perfectly good frames, expensive when I bought them years ago. I wanted to updated the lenses to my new script and you saved me almost $400 from what the doctor's office wanted to charge. Thank you! I love my new lenses! They couldn't be any more perfect.
