Lensabl did an amazing job on my BOSE TEMPO prescription lenses I ordered. The quality, mirroring is perfect and the prescription is exactly as I needed. Only issue I have is if they could have done a better job of finishing and polishing the edges in a more better manner. Seems a bit rougher compared to the original non prescription lenses.

Just like new. I would not say the service was lightning fast, but it's not buying something online, they have to make the lenses, after all. After I received them I realized that I like my backup pair, which also has scratched lenses, so I am sending them in too lol.
Horrible experience and actively trashing the brand to anyone that asks for my opinion. Poor craftsmanship deformed my frame. The whole time I've spent dealing with your company has been since Black Friday 2020. Just wanted a pair of sunglasses and it takes over 3 months!? I needed to reach out each time for status updates, order details, and customer support. No one cares to check in with the customer or provide meaningful information. Never again!
Process took over 3 weeks to eventually be told that 1 out 3 frames were damaged during their process. Entire process takes too long.
Sent in info for 1 pr glass replacement for me & 1 pair for my husband. Somehow the orders got switched & our prescriptions were reversed. I textedv immediately & was sent a return label. Rec'd the corrected ones in less than a week. I can see now!

I received my glasses and noted that the lenses hang out on the edges of the frame. Not sure why they weren't made to be thinner. It looks weird. I've had other glasses made with the same prescription and they fit within the frame.
After second attempt to correct lenses that were not properly made it still doesn't work.
It took well over a month to get them done returned and redone still not correct.
I will now need to take to a local optometrist to do correctly.
I am demanding a full refund and if not will have credit card dispute.
I am totally unsatisfied and will heartily not recommend your company on all social media unless I am given a full refund.
I am really grateful for finding this company and very satisfied with the Lens switch out. They look and feel great! Love the little case that came back with the glasses. I will definitely recommend this company!
It took about a month for us to get the glasses back after mailing the frames. This was longer than expected. I would have appreciated more pro-active communication, like an email when my frames arrived there, and an update on the process. I had to email a few times to get information, including that there had been a delay. The glasses are fine so I think this is more a customer service issue.
So convenient and fast service. Affordable also. They email when they need information and let me know about a delay. I will highly recommend.

My first pair of Lensabl lenses was a total bust- I opted for non-progressives and received coke bottles that were completely blurry- I was pretty upset because there was no way to get a refund. A couple months later, I bit the bullet and sent them back and tried ordering progressives with the same prescription in the same frames and, to my great surprise, they are almost perfect- I'm wearing them now. I'm the end, I paid for two pairs in order to get one that worked.
So far it has not been so great. I sent in some brand new high end carbon fiber frames and was asked to provide a waver in case they were broken when the lenses were inserted. I could get no rationale explanation why this was needed. I reluctantly accepted the waver. The glasses arrived and the field of view looking at the screen (they are progressives) is so narrow as to be unusable. I do not have this issue with my current glasses which are also progressives in virtually the same frames. The only response I can get is on email which is highly frustrating. Right now I'm asking that if you can't get this fixed ASAP then to provide a refund and I will go back to my regular optician as I cannot be without spare glasses for much longer.
I had a really great experience with Lensabl! I was scared because the glasses I sent in were from the 80s so I didn't know if they would hold through all the experiments, but Lensabl very professionally and kindly communicated with me via email everything that was going on, and shipping was extremely quick. Very satisfied, and I will probably use this service again :)

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
