I carefully packed my new glasses in the box supplied by Lensable. I took the precaution of putting them inside a hard shell case because they are delicate wire framed glasses.
I received the glasses back, but Lensable never returned the case to me. It's as if it was just thrown away and now I'm out a very nice case I have used for years. Extremely disappointed by this thoughtless touch.

Having trouble with comfort from varied distances
I went to Lensabl because I was unable to find a local business willing to put lenses in a frame that I already had. I filled out all the information and sent the frames in. After about 1 month of getting all questions answered etc, the glasses still were not ready. I was told they didn't pass final inspection and a rush would be put in place to get them to me ASAP. Long story short, two more weeks passed and I finally have my glasses. So after approximately 6 weeks I finally have glasses. The lenses are really thick and look like Coke bottles, and they don't seem to be my proper RX. I can see with them, but I feel for the price, they should be much better. All of my other glasses in the same and lower price range are much better. Needless to say I'll be searching for another company to make a lens for these frames. I will contact Lensabl to see if they can change them, but I would much rather have a refund, which I already know is against their policy, and now I know why. If you can view the photo I submitted, the Lensabl is the bottom pair, notice the thickness of the lens, this is also very distracting to my peripheral vision.
Took a while based on my vision needs, however the Bose Altos are outstanding. The product is 10 stars however the delays garner the 4 star rating
I ordered prescription lenses for my Bose Alto frame. The order process was reasonably easy but for the fact that the website never made it clear that I would need to send in the frame. I tried contacting Support but the only medium was email and I never was able to reach someone who could have helped.
After sending in the frames, I received the completed order relatively quick, although the first lenses failed a QC check and had to be remade.
The completed lenses work very well and I feel they were worth the price

I love using Lensabl. I know my frames are in good hands, they are timely and always do such an amazing job. This time my lenses had to be corrected a second time, so my wait was longer. I really appreciated that they let me know and they take the time to triple check their work before sending them out.

The online tool to send in a prescription for the lenses was super easy. A box quickly arrived, and my glasses were sent to the lab. They came back only a week later and are perfect! So happy to wear my glasses again.

My Stoggles (goggle glasses) prescription is perfect. It has made me so much more comfortable then wearing goggles over my glasses or adding saftey shields to my eyewear, so bulky and distracting. I appreciate that you have made my day to day more comfortable while I work to take care of patients. I have a progressive script and was a little worried about filling it online, but you got it right! Thank you!
Bought the bose altos when I first received them I had trouble seeing out of one side so I had sent an email short time later one of the customer care managers helped me and she got me in contact with a specialist to help me figure out what we should do next. Turns out I just miss entered my PD measurements. I sent my glasses back less then a week later got them back and I can see perfectly! The team they have at lensable are truly amazing.
The progressive lens are right. The lens are blurry. How can I get them corrected? Can I send them back to you for a re-do?
This pair was a bit more challenging for the team at Lensabl BUT they pulled through and did an AMAZING job. Was worth the extra wait

All our prescriptions were done wrong and all three of us can not even see through the lenses. They are completely blurry and to be honest looks like magnifying classes.
Upon receiving our glasses we reached out to Lensabl and only to realize that there is not physical phone number to contact them. They can only be reached by email. We did and to our surprise, the respond time was ridiculous. We emailed on Thursday and didn't get a response until Monday.
We asked that we will rather have our many refunded as we have been waiting for these glasses for so long and only for them to come back to us messed up. We all need our prescription glasses to work and drive and can not continue without. The fact that Lensabl messed up our prescriptions one time before they even shipped them to us and had to fix them was a red flag. The error they made resulted in a delay in us getting the glasses back and only to receive glasses that we can't even use.
And not they are telling us all sells are final as listed on their website now that we are requesting a refund. This disclosure was never made or presented to us while we were submitting our order.
Despite them acknowledging the error and mistakes that they made, they still can't refund us our money.
I will be definitely reporting this to BBB.

The online ordering process was pretty painless and my frames with new lenses arrived within the estimated time frame. I'm super pleased with my new prescription and the lenses appear top flight. The only thing that wasn't awesome was the eyeglass case that they arrived in, which is unnecessarily clunky, but it's easy and inexpensive to buy a new eyeglass case. I'm going to order another pair with a slightly different prescription for computer use.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
