I have an eye condition that results in my prescription changing frequently. I ordered a lens replacement and the day after I mailed my frames, I found out my prescription had changed. I sent an email to customer service and asked if I could change the prescription for my order. The day after I emailed, I received a notification that my frames were received. After that notification, I received a response from customer service that they could not change the prescription. I made the request before they even received my frames. I explained in a response to customer service that I knew my request was received by them before they had my frames and questioned why it couldn't be changed. The only option offered to me was to purchase ANOTHER set of lenses with a 25% discount. Basically, I would pay 175% for the correct lenses. I declined and now have glasses that are not right. I would not have an issue expect that I know my request was made before my order was started. It was a waste of my money.
After receiving glasses that weren't quite right, Lensables asked for them to be returned. They fixed the problem and returned them to me with all problems resolved.
The prescription was perfect - love these Bose glasses.

Please do not use this company. I ordered Transition XtraActive Polarized lenses and they were not polarized. The lens fitting into the frame was horribly done. The lenses rattle and shake. Forget about calling in and trying to resolve an issue. You will be contacted eventually by email to resolve the issue. I did receive and email from the support manager, Rudy Widjaja, but his condescending tone questioning my ability to determine my lenses were not polarized was very insulting. I simply requested to send back the wrong, poorly made lenses for a refund. I do not trust Lensable to fix the problem. I feel they are either being dishonest or are incompetent. Either way I just don't want to do business with them. But Lensable will not issue a refund. I just don't like dealing with a company that makes resolving a simple issue such a miserable experience. I also wrote the president of the company, Andy Bilinsky... we'll see where that goes. So now I'm left with the wrong lenses that are pretty much falling out of the frame. Now I need to contact my credit card company and open a case against this abusive company. What a horrible company.
I sent them my Echo Frames and they returned them back with my prescription. Awesome job! Other places didn't want to deal with my frames because they weren't water proof
I cannot used it my stoggles. The prescription lens is not right. I got double visions when I used it. I have to see my eye doctor and I was told that the lens was way beyond not my correct sight.

So I'll be as kind as I can to a "startup" company with seemingly less than a dozen employees who probably work their tails off. I ordered on January 1, paying extra for one day shipping of my glasses to their location. Tracking showed the glasses delivered to them as expected. Five days after that, the order status on their very nice, professionally created website said "at the lab - six days to shipping your order." It sat in that state for... wait for it... 22 days. Around 10-15 days in I emailed their customer service and they said they'd check with the lab and provide a status back. After a couple of days, I received a "four to seven days" message from support. Shocking. That's what the website had said for much longer than seven days. So I received my glasses thirteen days after the status inquiry, just over a month after they received my glasses. They are as expected. The whole experience was frustrating because other options similarly priced had much shorter deliver time promises. Had they said it would take over a month from the beginning, I would be giving them 5 stars. Had they said it would be another two weeks when I inquired about timing, I would be giving them 3-4 stars. They didn't. Their site even stated "no Covid delays" before I ordered. Set expectations realistically, meet expectations, great experience. They failed those two misearably. For reference, I had another set of lenses recently from my local eyedoctor made and delivered in six days.
Lensabl failed to follow instructions and later refused to correct their error. I obtained retribution through Paypal since Lensable failed to refund their charges.

No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
