Not bad

This is a nice service, and I found them after a rival lens service failed to fix my glasses. I like my new lens, though I am going to need to get my frames professionally refitted to my face.

Good lens bad invoice

Service and lens order went fine. I have lost money due to the inability to have a full detailed invoice for lens type and individual coatings. I asked and received a new invoice without detail I requested. Not please with inability to detail invoice although when ordering there was detailed choices. Also a bit slow in responding to emails and no ability to call.

I'm pleased with the glasses. Originally I bought 2 pair, but I had to replace lenses on one because I sent u the wrong prescription. Totally my mistake. But as it was, in fact, my 3rd pair of glasses, I was very disappointed that you didn't give me any kind of discount, while you are advertising sales for multiple pairs.

So worth it. Got to keep my favorite frames and half the cost at the optometrist. Even with insurance would've cost close to $400, Lensabl saved me so much money. This is tge way to go!

All good but trifocal is too distracting and in the way of total vision. It is actually not needed and the lenses would have worked if only bi focal. Too bad.

Filling out the form(s) for the process was a little tricky, the instructions were good except for the "taking the Selfie while holding the credit Card under your nose..." was a little difficult to understand. Bottom Line it must have worked out OK? I thought your Lab would be able to get the information you were looking for off the old lens in the glasses.

I would like to know if Lensabl works with insurance programs; Medicare, or AARP United Healthcare?
I will be sending another pair soon.

Happy with purchase

I ordered lens replacement for my Coach frames. To be honest, I was uncomfortable sending sending my frames through the mail. I had doubts whether I would see the frames again.

Amazing Quality and Service!

I am a nurse who has to wear safety goggles or a shield over my glasses while at work due to Covid. I hated having to wear anything over my glasses and I had to tape my face mask down as well so it would stop the fogging. I found safety goggles that were stylish and used Lensable as their recommended prescription lens company. It was so easy to use Lensable, from putting in my prescription, to directions on taking a picture and uploading it to the site to get the correct measurements. I was a little skeptical due to the fact that I wear progressives and have never had great success with "anti fog"lenses, but when they arrived I could see clearly and the anti fog lenses really worked! The website said progressives could take up to 2 weeks, but I received mine in just over a week. The ordering process was so easy, they sent me a box to send my frames in and they kept me updated on when they received them as well as when they shipped them out. And the price! I can't believe how much cheaper it it was to get these lenses through Lensabl than what I usually pay through my optometrist! Even with getting the top of the line progressives, anti fog coating and safety lenses the price was less than half what I would have paid if I went through my optometrist or even lens crafters. I highly recommend Lensabl and know I will be using them again in the future!

Lensabl did an amazing job on my BOSE TEMPO prescription lenses I ordered. The quality, mirroring is perfect and the prescription is exactly as I needed. Only issue I have is if they could have done a better job of finishing and polishing the edges in a more better manner. Seems a bit rougher compared to the original non prescription lenses.
Customer service was super and updated me all the way Theo the process (Jason and Ann- thank you) I will surely be ordering my lenses from them in the future

Sending in another pair

Just like new. I would not say the service was lightning fast, but it's not buying something online, they have to make the lenses, after all. After I received them I realized that I like my backup pair, which also has scratched lenses, so I am sending them in too lol.

Horrible experience and actively trashing the brand to anyone that asks for my opinion. Poor craftsmanship deformed my frame. The whole time I've spent dealing with your company has been since Black Friday 2020. Just wanted a pair of sunglasses and it takes over 3 months!? I needed to reach out each time for status updates, order details, and customer support. No one cares to check in with the customer or provide meaningful information. Never again!

Broke Frames.

Process took over 3 weeks to eventually be told that 1 out 3 frames were damaged during their process. Entire process takes too long.
