We had a great experience. Compared to what typical opticians charge Lensabl is a much better price and do a great job.
I was excited to receive my Stoggles and when I put them on I found it difficult to see. At first I thought I would have to get use to the new lenses especially because these are progressive lenses. After several days I realized it wasn't me and I had a problem with the lenses themselves. I immediately sent an email and an explanation of the problem. After multiple emails and explanations Alex and the team addressed my concerns and realized the lenses needed to be sent back, reviewed and ultimately re-made.
Following my purchase I had an updated prescription while not a significant change the team was willing to remake my lenses with the updated prescription.
I have since received them back and can't tell you how appreciative I am for the response and the teams willingness to address my concerns and remake my lenses.

Just received my glasses. I think they did a really good job. My only complaint was it took almost a month. The website only said my order will be shipped in 6 days... FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH. Only after sending an email requesting an update were my glasses shipped to me.
The process took longer than I expected but the results were worth the wait. Local shops either didn't want to use my frames or were twice as much. Communication via email was responsive when it was required. Satisfied customer.
I ordered some frames for prescription goggles from a company that has an arrangement with Lensabl to make the lenses. I sent all the information requested and the frame to Lensabl. When my goggles came the lenses were made incorrectly. I had several emails back and forth with company representatives. Days passed between each of these interactions, with representatives explaining they were very busy. This was not so cute to me because I'm very busy and the customer. Anyway, eventually a rep sent me a return mail sticker and told me to send the goggles back in the box they originally sent to me. I did, and about a week or so later the goggles showed up correctly made. Overall, the product is good, it's just annoying that it took weeks for this result.
The lenses themselves took longer than I expected but wow was it ever worth the wait. These are hands down the best pair of lenses I've had in the last 30 years. The biggest standout is how my peripheral vision looks. I have a strong prescription and didn't know it was possible to have vision this good.
This is my 4th time using Lensabl. I sent in 2 frames (same frame but different colors) and the prescription was switched on the frames even after I labeled them. The prescription lenses were put on the reading glass frame. And the prescription lenses are not clear. I am not sure why. I will need to call and ask.
This company does a great job filling in your prescription lenses. The quality is excellent. The lenses don't scratch easily at all. The Anti Reflective coating stays on and does not chip or peel. They do a perfect job with aligning your lenses to your frames. Their service is very fast. The price cannot be beat. Their website is very simple and easy to navigate. I have had 6 pairs of glasses done here so far and plan to do more in the future. I hope this company does very well so I can come back in the future. Thank you very much!
Lensabl does not appear to have a quality control process. I ordered Rx lenses for a pair of Stoggles through Lensabl because of the special arrangement between Stoggles and Lensabl. However on each lens, there is a small roundish blemish- in the lens itself. You can see it easily and feel it with your hands. It is not dirt or a smudge or even a scratch, more like a gouge. I'm surprised these lenses made it out the door. I had placed another order for replacement lenses in a pair of frames but not yet sent them out the door and am planning to cancel that and use a local optical shop if Lensabl does not offer an appropriate solution.
Pls fix this. Been waiting for my order and now I got a completely different frame!

I bought some goggles to be prescription ready. The company I bought them from recommended this company to get the prescription. I sent them in with the website reporting average time to process is 4-7 days. Mine took 16 business days only to finally get them with defects on either side of the lens.

Ordered new lenses followed instruction easy peasy. Received new lens attached to my old frames and I've using them non stop today. My eyes aren't tired and I'm going to say they are great.

When there were issues that left my order out on pause,. I wasn't reached out to so it wasn't until after 2-3 weeks of my order saying it would ship in 7days that I reached out and was told they couldn't do something I'd asked for. But Lensabl never reached out to me so my order took way longer than it should have. I would have appreciated more contact when issues arose because my order ended up taking almost 3 months and some of that time could have been cut down so I really wish an email had been sent to me if there was an issue and that there was more transparency with how long it would take because I would rather you be honest and I have a realistic expectations of when my order will be ready than hear nothing and think everything is fine.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
