The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,

I was really disappointed with the condition of my frames when they were sent back. Frames and nose piece were comically bent.
The lenses I ordered are the Bose Soprano with a very strong prescription. Y'all made sure the lenses were correct, and the thorough prescription information was very nice and ended well. The last few online lenses kinda sucked. It did take like 2 weeks to come in, even though the information provided made it seem like 4-7 days.
It took a bit longer than I expected. The whole process took 5 wks from order, to receiving box, mailing box, and receiving the new lenses. It felt like it took a long time to receive the box and then I was without glasses for 3+ weeks. I think this company can do more to set expectations about turn-around time depending on geographic location.
When I received the glasses back, there was a human hair stuck between the lens and the frame which I had to tweeze out. I was also surprised that my glasses looked different. The right lens has a think border that really catches the light, that wasn't there when I delivered my frames. It almost looked like the right lens didn't really fit the frames. I am assuming my prescription went up and required a thicker lens in the right side. There is probably nothing Lensabl can do about that, but unfortunatley in pictures my glasses look like they have a white rim around the lens, but only on one side.
The good news is that I can see perfectly, so I am happy about that. I appreciated the email communication with progress updates because given how long I was without my glasses, I was getting a little worried I wouldn't get them back. I also appreciated new case and glasses cleaner. That was a nice touch.
When you buy a nice pair of glasses, you hope to hold onto them for a long time and keep them with the case. I needed a prescription pair so chose Lensabl. The lenses are good, however I would say the reading portion of the progressive glasses are a bit off. So don't plan on reading a book all day with them. I sent my original glasses in the box they provided.
When my glasses were returned they came in their very clinical looking, super large, won't fit in my purse, case. I emailed them right away about the original case and said: "We ask customers in our shipping instructions email or on the box we send to you to send your frames back to us, not to send in cases or accessories, as they will be separated from the frames during production and may not be returned." Um, what!?! First off, they need to do a way better job at alerting customers of this policy! I wouldn't have sent the case if I would have seen the disclaimer. I sent them in the case to protect the glasses which seems totally logical. I was really OCD with the whole send them my glasses thing too so I don't know how I missed it? Second, why would they just assume at the lab, "hey, here's a really nice pair of designer glasses and designer case. I'll just throw out the designer case or lose it or keep it and that's the end of that." What?!
It kind of just sucks. I don't buy nice glasses a lot but when I do, I want the case that comes with them. I plan on keeping them for a long time so, just plum out of luck and their response was really flat about it. No offer to discount or anything like that. It's not cheap to have glasses turned prescription. So there you go. I don't do a lot of public reviews but this just kinda hurt.
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT send in the original case. Find another way to protect them. Totally illogical, but you have been forewarned.

Don't use them. They don't honor their return policy. They will blame you if they screw up the prescription.

I needed to order new lenses and somehow stumbled upon the Lensabl website.
They appeared to be just what I was looking for. I received a discount and filled out the online form, paid for my lenses and waited for the next step. The next day I started to have some doubts (regrets) about using Lensabl. First, why do you have to wait for a mailing label when they could just email you one so you can mail out your frames right away. I had to wait a week just to receive this fancy box (totally unnecessary) guess who's paying for that? Then you mail it back and sit and wait. I placed my order on 10/7/18 and I had to call
Them on 10/27/18 to see when I would be receiving my glasses (I didn't order anything fancy, just standard one vision lens). Finally two days later they tell me that the glasses are ready and in the mail. On 11/1/18 the glasses arrived, but they messed up the left lens (it looks like a magnifying lens) the glasses I waited for nearly a month are garbage! I emailed Lensabl (no phone number to call customer service) and the next day some rude person
Answered saying how sorry he was and they would replace the lens for a fee of $68.50.
I paid $72.00 for the 2 lens and now they want me to pay $68.50 for fixing 1 lens? What is wrong with this picture! I told him that it was there mistake and they should replace the lens. He became very angry and told me if I didn't want to pay for the new lens that there was nothing else he could do. I knew I was got involved with a company that was scamming people and probably don't even know the first thing about eyeglasses.
I know this is a long review, but based on what I went through, find another honest place to get your eyeglass lens. This place should be shut down and fined for taking people's money.

Unfortunately, you had provided us an incorrect prescription when you submitted your order. When you received the lenses and alerted us of this, we sent confirmation of the information you provided, which was also verified per the order confirmation email. We of course are happy to redo the lens for you using the new prescription info you have provided, but there is cost associated with that (and we simply ask to have that cost covered). I ordered new frames and lenses. I received the old frames with the new lenses and the prescription is messed up. My husband still can't see...
NEVER again. Glasses were horrible and worthless I can't wear them without headache and you wouldn't do anything about it
My glasses took over one month to come back and I had to call customer service three times to get anyone to look into the matter

They sent me my old (worthless) lenses. But they kept my glasses case. They replaced my case with a crappy case.
