Do not trust these thieves: after taking a long time to earn enough to actually make a withdrawal, they immediately close my account and take all my points because of a claimed breaking of the rules. I am am member of many other survey groups and have never had an issue. They refused to give any details of why my account was closed. Funny how it was only closed after i tried to withdraw!
I have been on this site for about 3 months. I would do surveys whenever they would appear on the site. They do payout and have been paid a few times. The one day my account was cancelled, right out of the blue. I wasn't given a warning without any legit explanation of exactly what I had done. I never got pai out for my last 15 dollars. I wrote them for an explanation and got the response posted below. I was pretty offended that i was accused of "We are aware of certain members completing surveys in an untruthful manner". I was very disappointed with their email responses. I like to believe i am a pretty honest person. I have been doing surveys on other website for years now without any problems. If you do anything business with this website cash out ASAP just in case they decide to ban with without warning. You have been warned.
Update: I did get my 15 dollars a few days later.

Agree with what others said: offer many surveys with different lengths and points. Rewards are good and easy and fast to redeem. I did have a problem with product testing, no follow up survey (so I didn't get those points), and they didn't seem to care. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.

I have been using life points for a long time. It is a site where you can accumulate points easily. Once you cash in I usually receive my gift card within a week, sometimes even the next day. I log in everyday and love it when I find surveys with large rewards. I have recommended this site to several friends.

Life Points blocked my account and gave no valid reason, other then to say it was an overwhelming breach of their terms and conditions.
They are a bunch of cowboys and thieves who have stolen 2200 of accrued points, and then make up some excuse for cancelling your account.

I had to stop using them. Although they send the payments you have earned, many of their surveys last at least 30 minutes and they got to the point where they were arbitrary about crediting you for the surveys you successfully completed. The straw that broke the camel's back was not getting the 750 points that were promised for finishing a certain survey that took about three hours total.
I started off with decent and consistent surveys, accumulate great points and good payouts. But it seems that I gotten them way too much money for their liking. I wrote this after my 3rd survey FAILED YET AGAIN to issue points (see attached picture). The support is also non existent. Forget about this crap site. Go for something else.

Was due for an Amazon gift card to be sent to me for my time and I suddenly receive an error that my account was disabled. When questioning the reasons why I was just simply told I had a violation of terms and conditions with no explanation on what violation was made. All points were taken away, so the time I spent earning the small gift card was totally wasted. Don't bother with this site.

Save yourself a massive headache and skip this one for extra income. The customer service "support" is ridiculous. They won't pay you for the surveys completed unless they feel like it that day and they will cancel your membership if you are making money. Too much of a headache and seems good in the beginning but it really isn't worth the headache.

I had been completing surveys from this company for a few years, and everything was fine, although always slow to pay out. However, on 15th January last I asked for €10 to be paid out and their system did not allow my claim. I contacted them and after messing around until today with lame excuses, today they blocked my account and stole the balance form it (€15, not much but still) with false accusations.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
