Has anyone got any Ideas. I have been doing "My Survey' for probably 2 Years. About 3 weeks ago, it changed. Suddenly, every Survey went from "Directing to Survey", Straight to "Report Issue". My Survey has given Computer Settings to check, but all is OK. Can anyone assist as to why this has happened. Myself, and Computer wise Friends are stumped. HELP!.
I had been a member of this group since 2006. I had a few problems along the way, but mostly they would give me credit for surveys and allow me to redeem my points for rewards. Recently, they put my account into an "inactive" status for no reason that I can figure. I lost over 5500 reward points. They have not responded to my emails. Over the last decade, I tried dozens of survey sites and this was one of the few that I tried to stick with. I am very disappointed with this site after all this time. Become a member at your own risk and don't forget that the hours and hours you might spend filling out surveys, might not get you many rewards.
They pay very little, but the real problem is that they will give you a lengthy survey, you will work on the survey as if you've been qualified, then MyPoints says you don't qualify for the survey. So basically you spend your time answering their questions and don't get paid. I just spent over an hour answering a survey that was supposed to pay 550 points,
This site is an absolute waste of time! You are invited to participate in surveys to earn cash through a points system, easy enough I hear you cry, lets do it! The flaw in this system is that you never get to complete a survey, it goes something like this- you waste 5 mins of your time answering questions, then you won't qualify, or the survey is full, or you don't have Adobe( they are aware your using a tablet) or the survey is now closed. I made ten unsuccessful attempts to complete a survey. Don't really know why I was doing in the first place to be honest, It confirmed my thoughts dull, boring utter waste of time. Spend your time and the little money you do have on something far more constructive!
Joined last month. Furiously did loads of surveys. Applied for some gift cards.
Then they told me I had violated their terms and conditions. My account was closed and my rewards forfeited.
This has happened to many people.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS - they don't pay out!

I think this has become a site which is more focused on harvesting your data, less focused on a solid experience for survey takers. If you're cool with giving away your personal information for nothing. Have at it.

I was doing surveys when they were My Points. The format now took a little time to get used to but you get the hang of it soon. Join to give your opinion on all sorts of subjects and earn points to cash in for items or cash.
I wish I had thought of checking for Reviews of LifePoints before committing so many unrewarded hours to completing their surveys.
I have now read the Life Points Terms the panel sent me. I have read nothing that would indicate that I have "violated the LifePoints Reward Point Rules" which their support staff has claimed.
All I know is for 2 weeks I answered all surveys in good faith, earned the minimum 1100 points and sought to redeem these points for $10. I was told it would take about 10 days to receive the reward. But from that moment I was not offered any further surveys.
I have no understanding of why LifePoints took this action. I apply an ethical approach to everything I do in my life so am both mystified and offended by their judgment.

I think lifepoints is a great app for everyone. Aside from having fun answering surveys, you can also earn rewards. And the help center has quick response to my request yesterday. Thank you lifepoints.
We are very grateful for your kind words. Thanks for sharing your review with us and the LifePoints community. Kind regards,

This survey site is a big change from the old sites of MySurvey and GlobalTestMarket. I'm getting used to it now and I don't expect any major problems. I haven't cashed in points yet, so I can't comment on that part. If you're new to doing surveys, give LifePoints a try. It's better than some other sites I've joined.
Hi Merlyn,
We are very grateful for your kind words.
Thanks for sharing your review with us and the LifePoints community.

Ben
Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
LifePoints has a rating of 2.1 stars from 727 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with LifePoints most frequently mention customer service, many years and gift card. LifePoints ranks 342nd among Work At Home sites.
