I joined this panel many years ago and after some time they did not recognize my email or my password. I managed to close that membership and forgot about it. I joined again few months age and the same thing happened again. There is no support for this problem- let alone a contact info.
I recommend this site to anyone who wants to start doing surveys online. Good surveys, payouts add up quickly. Love knowing my opinion counts for evaluating business, politics, and just in general surveys

I was left wondering what on earth I had done wrong after having my membership cancelled for a supposed violation of terms. Now that I have looked on various review sites including here I see that I am far from alone. I have been a dedicated member for many years with regular participation so this is extremely disappointing. I would at least like to see the vouchers I have already applied for honoured.

I was a member of Globaltestmarket, still got points left when Lifepoints took over, and until then I cannot log in to my own account. Every time I try to log in, I always get "Your email or password was entered incorrectly. Please try again or contact us" pop-up message. I tried to reset my password many times but got no reset email at all. I sent tickets and got template replies that didn't solve anything, I bet they didn't even read any of my tickets. Yet they still send me survey invitations everyday. How annoying is that! Getting tired of this, If the problem still persist, gonna delete my account by the end of this month :((

I was a member if My Survey for many years and it was great. It was recently taken over by Life points and that is awful. Besides having small problems, suddenly there was a problem with my points. I have about 5000 points. I can't log in to cash them in or answer more surveys because they say my account is " temporarily unavailable." This has been going in for a month. I have contacted them repeatedly. I receive stock responses saying they are working on it but they don't do anything. They have ruined a good thing.

I don't know what the other reviews are talking about as I've received around £200 from them (usually around £30 at a time)... the only bad thing I can say about them is you earn a little less per survey than you used to, but then they've become a lot more popular. Definitely not a scam.
I just started doing Lifepoints survey but quickly realized that you will spend a whole many hours for measly pay. So according to this point system example 428 point to get $5.00. Will have taken 11.35 hours worth of survey questions. That means your getting paid. 44 cents per hour for taking surveys. I don't know about you but spending 11.35 hours can be put to better use. My time is worth more than. 44 cents per hour. Ridiculous!

I joined life points thinking that they will provide normal service. Well at first everything was great, until i decided to get a reward i ordered an e-gift card and they told me it'll be a 5-10 day wait. Well i was not so excited but i waited and what do you know they only e-mailed me one. When i replied asking whats going on with the other one they tell me that there is a 1-3 day wait just for a reply

I took surveys for several weeks and when I tried to cash in I'm usually $10 they refuse to pay saying that it's an IT problem, one that I have submitted five tickets about and has taken 3 months with no resolution. They aim to make it so hard to get your money that you quit trying.

There are usually plenty of surveys to undertake, if you have the time, and although the longer surveys can be very tedious, the points accrued, which can be taken as PayPal credits, do add up. It's not a way to earn a living (unless you're prepared to bend the truth, but that will inevitably be discovered), but you can earn some useful extra money for a couple of hours per day, and you can express your views about products & services.
Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.

Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
