I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!

There are many different shirts with neat sayings on them. I have ordered quite a few over the last several years and haven't had any problems. There was a misunderstanding reference the shipping on my last order and customer service responded back quickly to help me understand.

I find your shipping charges unreasonable. Also, advertising up to 50% off winter sale merchandise is a false leader when very little is actually discounted 50% and some items not at all. This will be my last purchase here.

I have enjoyed looking at all the options for tshirts. Some really neat ones and many more that I hope to purchase later on. I was happy to receive the shirts I ordered however one of them had a misspelling. So far they have been very courteous in working with me to make things right. I will shop there again.
Overall was good and items were as described. Main concerns are related to shipping/delivery:
- Items are not all shipped at once. This appears to be due because they are shipped from different locations. This would be OK, except that there is no notification/tracking if/when items are being shipped, much less what is being shipped. Lack of tracking means not knowing when something is expected to arrive which inreases opportunities for "porch pirates".
- some of the items ordered in late Nov didn't arrive until Jan - well after a month... and too late for Chritmas.
- Vendor checkout lacks any option for expedited shipping so you need to order 4-6 weeks min in advance
Their products have allways been good quality and reasonably priced.

Took 2 weeks to deliver. That was OK. Finally today, 2/20/24 I looked closer to the 7 T-shirts I ordered. All except one seems to be acceptable. The Khaki one,
SKU: SHBCAAAFE5FD has unfinished sleeves. Both sleeves were just cut off, no finishing. Very disappointed in that. Wish I had looked sooner and seen the unacceptable Khaki one. All were purchased for an event on 2/24, so I can't return it. Also, the information sheet showing "how to return" was impossible to read. Will probably never order from Lilicloth again. Poor quality control.
Shipping: I ordered this for a birthday gift. Ordered a similar product two weeks after from another company and that on came first. It appears Lilicloth does not have a very good shipping service. Then after three weeks, the sent an email that one of the items was out of stock. It just seems they take forever to get their products to the customer.
They keep sending me emails of their products but no response has been received with my out of stock items.
Never will again.

I bought this sweatshirt as a gift for an animal-loving friend. I was a bit nervous because I'd never ordered fro this company before, but I emailed with a question and got a speedy reply. Nice top but, NOT a sweatshirt because It's very thin. It was shipped within a week and good communication. I ordered a size Medium (fits like a small) could of gotten a large to be over sized. I normally would get a small-medium.

Outstanding customer service! All products received were as described. Shipping was good, not fast but my order arrived with about 30 days. I can highly recommend this seller and the products they offer.
I expected lower quality items, but some were really nice. However, sizing was not standard, of all shirts ordered in the same size, some were very large, others too small for use. That was disappointing, as I expect returns would be difficult because of the extended initial delivery times. The continual 'check-in' emails prior to delivery are excessive, and ended up being just annoying, instead of reassuring. Those emails should be decreased by 50%. Still waiting for some items, one month after order was placed. I also received a tiny refund, without any explanation. Thanks
