I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
Shopping was easy, shipping took about a month. PayPal notified me payment was made but Absolutely no feedback from the company, didn't know for sure the order was processed until products were delivered.

Before I was skeptical of ordering from this boutique on the web. I had a chance. And it was worth every penny. Although the clothes are reasonably priced, the quality they offer is amazing. Sometimes though there is a delay in shipping. So you have to be patient, but the customer service is very friendly and helpful.
This is definitely the best online clothing store, out of many that I buy. The name says it all as women love to shop. Their prices and shipping rates are the most affordable of all. I receive my orders very quickly, I have been buying for two years and I will not change :) Great job and great team, I only wish you success.

I don't quite understand why things had to be shipped in three separate packages and shipping being slow. But things did arrive and appear to be a good quality except for the shoes which were of low grade

I've been pleased with all my purchases and the fabrics are great. However, one blouse [t-shirt] did not have the bottom hem or sleeves finished. I was, however, able to do this myself and love wearing this item.
Ordered items on 2/2/2 for valentine's day. It's now 2/26/21 and I still have no idea when I'll receive the items. I understand that the pandemic has impacted the shipping and delivery of items, but this is ridiculous. Beware - my items had to go through customs for some reason, that little detour is not mentioned anywhere on the website. But once through customs it appears to now be waiting for hand off to USPS, for 6 days? If you need something for Xmas 2021, you better order it now or shop somewhere else.

This is the 4th similar tee shirt I have purchased that when using your USA sizing chart I get shirts in wrong size. They are huge on me and your return policy offer says I can get a 15 % return of purchased price or send it back to China even though it was mailed from the USA. That is as much as the shirt cost. I ended up having to keep shirts and pay $45.00 a piece to have altered to fit. NEVER AGAIN! Remove me from your mailing list. I tried by using your unsubscribe tab and I still get several a day. Bad bad service and sizing charts. Do not purchase from this site!
The sizes are way off. They must be child sizes. This not my first order that was wrong. A true waste of money. Their return policies are hard to understand and a waste of time. It's impossible and embarrassing to use or send as a gift because the return time is too short.

I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise on December 21,2020. I have been in touch with customer service several times asking where my shipment was. Finally yesterday they told me there was a problem with the address and the items were being destroyed and I was not entitled to a refund! This was the first they ever mentioned a problem. Prior messages kept apologizing for the delay and asking me to be patient, which I was. They had my address and phone number in their records, but never contacted me about a problem. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Ordered 2 shirts in XL as I normally do. The shirts fit, but were on the short side. After wearing them I washed them as normal. I am only 5'6" tall. Now the shirt does not even come down to the top of my jeans. More like a midriff shirt. I'll never order from this company again.

The quality of the items sent are not only made poorly with horrible, cheap material they also do not align with the visual advertisement they have in circulation.
They are basically scaming me and others and should not be allowed to continue in business.
Return option is to accept a 20% refund of what I paid or return to China with all associated cost.
Look where the sleeves come together! This was supposed be to a sweat shirt but the material is something else completely.

NOT happy at all. Poor quality t-shirts. Washed them once before ever even wearing them and the seams got all twisted and the shirts shrunk. They look terrible. Contacted them regarding the issue and was told that they have a no return policy on washed items. How convenient that they become garbage after you wash them. I spent over $80 on that order. What a waste of money. Totally dissatisfied. Will ABSOLUTELY NOT buy anything from them ever!

They made me laugh
I was concerned about how long it took to get the order especially since I was not able to contact you.Any email addresses I tried did not respond. Regarding size problem: the small size tee shirts are way too big. I also would have expected a more finished hem on the sleeves and bottoms. To make them fit I will need to do some tailoring. I like the feel of the material though.
I saw the ad and liked so of the sayings on the items.
Again, I liked the messages on the ones I picked. I had hoped to use them for Christmas.
It was easy to navigate and check the details of each item
The men's tee-shirts run small. When I tried get a trade for a larger size, I was told that they "didn't do that". Finally ended accepting a discount and keeping the merchandise (which I cannot wear). Poor customer response. When I tried to do a "return" from their web site, the site stipulated a 48 hour processing time. A week later, it still showed "Processing". Contacted their customer service via "chat" and got the issue resolved (see above).

Contacted their customer service via their "chat". Was told that they did not do exchanges. Ended up accepting a partial refund and keeping the merchandise (which I cannot wear).

I like all the graphics and sayings, but having all the available fonts for each saying would make things easier, rather than having to scroll through multiple pages hoping that the saying is available in the desired font. But, maybe that's the purpose - making customers scroll through multiple pages hoping they find what they want.
I ordered 2 Men's T-shirts but the shirts I received were much more like women's shirts. One even had a women's label in the neckline. They were also poor quality for the price I paid. I contacted the company, as directed, about product return, I was advised I would have to pay for shipping and customs costs back to China before I could receive any refund. Instead I was offered a a small percentage back on my purchase price. I am still stuck with shirts that are not suitable as gifts they were originally intended for.
I was offered a small percentage off my original purchase price but was definitely steered away from returning the product.

Interesting products
After receiving notification that your service felt needed full details of the items I wished to return and taking considerable time to copy it all out, I received in reply different instructions. Having followed those, I am asked to provide you with a photograph of the items that did not fit? Since those items were gifts and the recipient has meanwhile returned to her home out of state, I am unable to do so. Rather far-fetched as an attempt to deter returns.

It is a shame that so many of these China based companies have nice products at good prices, but their customer service sucks. I really like the witty sayings on their t-shirts, but the two I have ordered for my wife are both too small. The sizes are youth at best. I probably won't bother with returning them, due to the vaque return policy. Return the shirt at your expense, we will evaluate and decide if you get a refund, then we will issue it a few days after that. If you don't get it, check with your bank, then check with your credit card company, then send us an email if no luck and maybe we will respond. The whole point is to wear you down so you just go away. Sad
