I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
Great for loyal customers. It has so many added perks to keep you shopping: 10% off first orders, I love the variety of clothes on sale, but having extra rewards available makes it a little more tempting to fill up my shopping bag. I have ordered four times and have never had a problem with shipping, payment, quality, etc. Very happy!

Reply email hit my spam, so i didn't respond within seven day. Weird. All their junk mail comes through. Also, reply to request for refund stated "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China," in red bold letters.

The quality of materials is extremely poor, using thin synthetic material rather than appropriate sweatshirt fabric. One item I ordered was not shipped, I heard nothing from them for 3 MONTHS and had to contact them. Then they said it was not in stock, never informing me beforehand. Customer service was awful, refunds were very slow. This is a company to be avoided at all cost.

Bought a sweatshirt for my wife for Christmas. Bought December 5 delivered January 16. Cheap low quality product and poor customer service. Product had stains on sleeve. They would only refund 15% of the purchase price. A big scam. Don't buy anything from this place!
Beyond shocked that this merchant gets ANY good reviews. Out of the 6 shirts I ordered not one is wearable as each size is different. Not to mention poor quality. They hide behind their return policy of returning item to CHINA at our expense which defeats any savings while making you think they are U.S. based.
I would not buy from here again. My primary complaints:
A. Shipping was very slow, it took over a month to receive my order.
B. Sizes ran very much smaller than advertised.
C. Return policy is horrible. I was denied a return because I didn't respond within 7 days, never mind that I was out of town.
D. Quality is questionable. An item titled "sweatshirt" was very thin and unlike any sweatshirt I've ever seen. It felt like a tea towel.

Ordered two blouses in November as Christmas presents for my wife. When she opened the package, neither fit and one is mis-sized. Also the material and the stitching are not good. The company won't take them back because it requires returns within 15 days. Also note that this company charges more than double what Lands End and other clothing companies ask for shipping--$13 for something mailed in a plastic bag.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts as gifts. One black sweatshirt was really a poor quality t-shirt about 2 sizes too small. Plus, returns are only accepted for a few days after receipt. If it's a gift, you own it.
First after reading some of the positive reviews, the company is clearly padding the reviews. I placed the order on December 15 and received 7 of the 8 things I ordered yesterday, Jan. 5. Everything I bought is crap. The women's sweatshirts run very small so they haven't corrected the size to sell to North or South America or Europe. Nothing looks anything like the website photos, clearly a bait and switch. Very cheap and won't last past a few washings. Everything has a strange chemical smell. Returns take 48 hours to approve and from other reviews I guess I can expect to get screwed. I will never again bend my policy of never responding to random internet advertisements.
Yes... clothes look so cute in the ads, BUT please don't be fooled by this China-based rip off company... AND. Sizing is way off and very inconsistent for plus sizes... most materials are very thin and cheap. The return policy only works IF you're willing to pay to send it back to China (avg. $60 per shipment). They try to offer different refund amounts (max is about 25% of what you paid, so in essence they are stealing 75% of your purchase.) Please don't be fooled. Read the reviews... most are negative. The positive ones are from people they hire to write enough reviews to bury and hide the true crappy reviews.

I ordered three shirts. All were way smaller then advertised. I did some additional research and found that the site is not secure, there is no address, phone number or customer service. They are in China and if you need to return anything it will cost you more than the item is worth. They advise you to contact your bank due to the risk of your information being compromised.

Scam company. Wife bought me two shirts, same size, one fit great, the other looked at least a size too small. The shirt that fits seems well-made, the other is terrible. Went to return the one shirt but the fine print says that you have to ship it back to China at your expense, and then they will issue a refund once they get it back, however long that takes. Obviously, shipping is more than what you probably paid for the item. If you chat with customer service, they will bargain with you to give you up to 35% off instead of shipping it back, best part is they won't even take exchanges. Complete scam.

I bought MANY items for Christmas gifts. The quality and fit were very poor so I requested information on how to return them. I was told they only have a 14 day return policy regardless of them being gifts. Never worn, still in original packaging, trash. I will never buy from them again, and suggest you don't either.

Poor quality fabric, poor fit, takes a long time to ship to you and if you want to return it, do it right away.

Out of the many shirts, socks and hats purchased, I only like the hat. Everything else was poor quality, poor fit and they wouldn't allow a return because it was after the 15 day return policy (which wasn't clearly displayed) for items ordered for Christmas gifts, so they wouldn't allow a return on brand new items that do not fit and we do not like. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
I really like the shirts but the company is non-existent for customer service. My email address was submitted incorrectly so I have never received any confirmation or information on my orders, they say they can't correct it but they can forward the information and haven't done it. The live chat people ignore you and just drop your conversation without finishing what needs to be done. I bought multiple shirts and one did not arrive so I tried to find out where it was and live chat just didn't respond back to me. It's frustrating and for that reason I can't shop here anymore.

I ordered multiple items for Christmas presents. Actually searched high and low on the site to meet the free freight level. Normally I would not bother, but on the website the product quality appeared great. The sayings were funny and unique.
What a disappointment. My entire order arrived 14 days after Christmas. The merchandise quality is terrible, and sizes are completely wrong. One large is tiny, the next is huge.

You deal 100% with customer service people in China. Courteous, very slow to respond and they do whatever they can to prevent you from returning items regardless of fault.
Ordered 12/4/2020 - delivered 1/15/2021 (missed Christmas). Item shipped from San Francisco, but still took 7 weeks to finally ship and arrive. - Yes you can return your item, but you have to do it immediately and spend $28 to ship it back to China. All returns are paid by buyer and ship to China regardless of circumstance or fault (see return label). Then they tell you that you will have to wait 8-10 weeks for them to refund your money. If you buy something-- expect to be stuck with it. Regardless of your issue that's their policy -- don't expect more customer service here...

Almost too many items to choose from. Pink top arrived in a timely fashion. The 2nd took several weeks longer. With them being Christmas gifts, it made for some anxious moments but at least there was communication to that effect.
On 12/13 I chatted with customer service. I thought there was a printing error on the blue t-shirt that arrived 12/12 but after taking it out of the package as requested all was OK. A fold must have obscured a letter that I thought was missing.

The worst experience I have every had. I ordered $$223.68 of merchandise that looked adorable on the website. It arrived and the quality is horrible. Paper thin, colors not bright at all, and the sizing is not even close. The size small are super wide and I cant even put in words the terrible quality. Forget returning it, the shipping cost and custom paperwork to Hong Kong is a nightmare. Lesson learned. I hope I have saved someone else this nightmare with my review. And, the worst customer service ever.

Ordered items 22-Nov for Christmas, all but 1 shipped 26-Nov, I was charged for the 1 that was out of stock, and had to contact them to initiate a refund. 17-Feb, 4 communications with them, and still no refund. The items we did received arrived 23-Dec, just in time. The pieces we got are cheap and not worth what we paid, although we didn't pay much for them. Will never use them again. Giving up on my refund, as it's just not worth my time. Duped!
