I bought a dress on this website, when I found out there was no stock, this page suggested similar dresses that I might like. Fantastic service, the payment option is great too, and it definitely makes it more likely to buy as I don't have to pay anything until I'm sure I love the item.

Smooth transaction. I liked that there was no quick timeout on completing the order. Took longer than expected to arrive from China. Shipment tracking on line was not very helpful, considering all the handoffs from one part of the chain to the next — for example, was customs clearance in China or the US? Emailing a question to customer service helped, because they provided more detail. It was a gift, so I've not seen the shirt to judge quality. My wife bought something, and her conclusion was cute but not great material.

I ordered 3 items 4 days ago. They are still listed as "processing". Every order I made from other companies on the same day has already arrived.I have tried twice to contact Lillicloth using their online chat, but no one responds. This is a black hole! There is no way for me to expedite my order. Communications is paramount and lillicloth has failed in this arena.

Placed 2 orders minutes apart as I changed my mind.I asked that they ship together and they responded hey couldn`t. I have said before there shipping costs are high and this didn`t help save a few $$$$

Sept. 19,2021 I received 5 items from Lilicloth yesterday and 4 were not anything like I expected. One t`shirt had a typo on it (said Gould instead of could) and was supposed to be a small but fits my large size son. Another was supposed to be long sleeve but is 3/4 length, looks little like the picture, and it a weird shiny knit like one of the shirts made for swimming. The other 2 were also way too big and said cotton blend but are an acetate or rayon. One tag says machine wash, another says "dry clean only".
Please save your money or order from Shein where you can get fun, inexpensive clothes. Lilicloth is not worth it.

The products are not as represented in size. Even though I went by their size chart, the sizes are not accurate. They say its because they purchase from different manufacturers which is a poor excuse. One shirt had the lettering coming off. I spent about $150 and they only wanted to refund me $33 and change. They want me to pay for the return then they will decide if I get a refund, why should I trust them. Then they will have the shirts and can give me anything or nothing. I asked for a $50 refund but they said they can not afford that... I just gave them $147.00! I ordered 7 shirts and 3 are passable. The sizes are too big or too small.

I have bought shirts before and my wife liked them.
Two of these shirts were unfinished. They had rough edges, no hems sewn. All of the 5 shirts looked like rejects that they decided to send me anyway. They do not offer refunds or exchanges.
I will never buy anything from Lilicloth again!

Too many choices. Sizes inconsistant and questionable. Shipping rates way too high. Coupons offered could not be used on this order even though I'm a new customer. Quality not that great for what was received. A couple of items I received looked they needed more stitching on the product.

I am an experienced buyer both domestic and foreign and understand international ship times. Promised delivery is untrue. Poising as domestic shipper but warehouse is in China and they use very slow shipping route (cheaper) to deliver. They create shipping document 10 days before sending to fool customers. Stay very far away. Inquiries are answered quickly with false information. Nice words with no meaning.

Deceptive business practices. Order still hasn't shipped 15 days after I placed it and now they tell that once it does, whenever that is, it will take 15-25 which probably means 30-60 days! These types of merchants should be reviewed out of existence. Buyer beware on Wikipedia has the Lilicloth emblem next to it. Not worth it.

Good job in the web design and technology. Fast pages, not too busy, a big win for you guys. The only thing that could make your site better is if the search function was programmed to return results that include keywords from t-shirt messages. I saw a design that I would have ordered but couldn't find my way back to it.

Was good until shipping. Yikes! Price was outrageous, which would have been OK but they didn't even ship until a week later. Do one or the other, make your shipping match your terrible delivery times or charge that much and get it shipped to me in a few days like everyone else.

One item is nothing like what I ordered, completely different fabric/print and is absolutely horrible. Another item sizing was way off - stated as 98/106/118 is in fact 94/94/94.
Remainder of order is of poor quality, most of them the fabric is like nothing I've worn before and I fear is highly flammable. Because they were in final sale am unable to return any of them so they have gone in the trash.
When I found the site I told all my friends - I have now warned them against this site.
Won't be buying from Lilicloth again and neither should you.

Worse place to order from. Here it is december. Still havent recieved a shirt i ordered back in may for my mother. Ive contacted these people on several occasions. Two months ago, it was we are sending u out your shirt, um hello its december. Where is it? Dont waste your money

So I knew it was going to be cheap but didn't think it was going to be that bad. Misspellings, thin material. Then when I did a return request you have to return to China. It's a scam because they know you don't want to deal with shipping it to China and paying for it so they offer you 20-30% refund and you keep the crap. And you remove your bad reviews. Never again! I'm out $110. Don't make my mistake.

I spent more than $35 but at check out I did not receive the percentage promised

You've already explained the answer to me. I'm doubly unimpressed. Please take my name and email off your records. I don't want any more Lilicloth items!

I was so confused. Very confused… by all these games you play with discounts. Just put the discounts on at the end. Dont make me try multiple discounts to get the best deal. I was about to trash this whole thing out of frustration. Dont make it so complex.

I ended up getting a item i didnt want due to the stressful ordering process. Also, i received 1/2 order before christmas and other items after christmas. Quality is below avg but acceptable for short term wear.

Ordered early Oct 2020 still waiting for 2 items as of today Nov. 23rd. Emailed them 3 times they did respond stating item has been shipped. Tracking does not show where or when I will be receiving them. Still waiting for service.

Ordered 12 items, only 2 are worth keeping. The customer cost of returning to China is totally outrageous. Stuck with poor quality, misrepresented items that don't fit properly. Some of the visible seems and edges are raw and unfinished, looks very cheap. The items pictured on their website are misrepresented, materials are not as shown. No fabric or care labels in garment. Ordered a "sweater" that turned out to be a pattern printed on the cheapest "fleece" I've ever touched. Tried writing a review on lilicloth website and it wouldn't allow me to submit. TOTAL SCAM!

Having used the services of this online boutique, I can certainly recommend it. Their fashions are updated with a wide variety for all ages and their catalogs are delicious. Receiving and returning your packages runs smoothly.

I've ordered a number of clothing items off this website and most items appeared fine. Two items however had a very musty smell to them, that may or may not come out after multiple washes. The biggest issue was with one knitted hoody, as this item should have never passed their quality inspection. It was much longer on one side than the other and knitted very uneven overall. As a result, it cannot be worn. The choices I was given were either ship it back to China at my cost or get a few percent in price reduction and keep it. Either way, I leave money on the table for items that should have never shipped.

Wish I could shop by fabric type, prefer cotton. Most of the womens tops that I purchased because they were described as "cotton blend" perfectly meet my expectations - some are better than others.

I took a chance ordering one polyester product, because I liked the pattern and style very much, and that is a top I probably will rarely ever wear and likely to donate to a local thrift shop. Another top was not as pretty as advertised - the forest mural is disrupted at shoulder seems, completely ruins the beauty and looks like novice seamstress made it. I can't wear it at my job.

Lilicloth offers some designs that I really like and most of the fabrics I received are comfortable. The tracking notices are helpful. Everything arrived within a reasonable period of time.

Very easy. Used chat which was also very good with Ada. Only problem I have is I normally wear a 2XL assuming some shrinkage. Your product didn't shrink but was too small prior to laundering. I'll know better next time.

I love the shirt and the material.
