I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!

It began as pleasant, with ease. Never did I receive a "been shipped" & "look for" email for any of my packages. Then after receiving 2 pd for items out of 5 ordered,+ 1 "free" xmas card, things slowed down. I still waited for emails of delivery, no luck. Originally I rec'vd Congrats on successfully submitting your order, came with pretty background in email too all itemized of what I've ordered. I had to reach out 2 times via email, wher is my 5th item ordered? I rec'vd there is no such item...? So I sent back their pretty itemized email. You have products not readily available to purchase in my area. The logos that are available are sometimes (in)appropriate - lmao. The vibrancy of colors on the female product lines looks promising.

With such beautiful clothes and excellent customer service, what more could a woman want? I was very impressed with how quickly they shipped my order (one of the items I purchased was out of stock) and how kind and helpful they were in finding a solution that worked for me. I recommend them
Shoes I ordered cost $30.90 (USD) but did not fit. They were incorrectly sized. Since it was not cost-effective to return them all the way to China, I accepted a 10% refund ($3.09 received) and will use the shoes as a gift for one of my grand daughter's friends. Lillicloth's products looked decent enough but future purchases with them is not an experience I will likely do again.

I always buy clothes from this website because they have nice styles at a reasonable price. I also like that they have a lot of offers and free shipping. Also, their customer service is very helpful and gets back to you quickly. I have been shopping on this site for over a year.
I bought 5 items 4 weeks before Christmas only to receive 1 in time. Two more showed up today and I'm still waiting for 2 more. My wife shops often online and never waits more than 7 to 10 days. You need to improve on this.Irratating

Easy to order, great selection. Hard to track - status has to be manually translated. Tracking status is not timely - weekly (if you are lucky) updates. Tracking updates are vague - "at port", "Warehouse"... what do those mean? Finally, no one really knows when your order will arrive... 20 days... 30 days... who really knows?

I get why you do it, just letting you know it's a downer. I almost backed out of the sale. We ordered early to receive some discounts for Christmas gifts to kids and grandkids. The items arrived at different times. Once the last item was received we examined them but determined some were too large. Attempted to exchange but they do not accept exchanges, which they consider a return, after 15-days. Have no further plans to purchase from them ever again.
Definitive statement that an exchange is a return and their "website" will not accept exchanges. Essentially, there is no customer "service".

I LOVE this website. Not only do they have a large stock and variety of clothing, but the customer service is excellent and the processing and shipping of your orders is very fast. (of course not 2 days, but it certainly exceeds my expectations for retail). They are a shopping destination for me online to dress me up.

Since it's my first time shopping with you, so far so good. Now let's see how the sweatshirt turns out.
My biggest disappointment was fabric was not as described. Cotton was replaced with polyester. Sizing was another issue as small was a large or xl. If you elect to return anything, you have to ship to China or they offer you 15% off the order to allow for alterations. I didn't recognize three of the items as the cut, fabric and color weren't even close to what was pictured.
Tip for consumers:
Although the reviews I read were favorable, my experience was the polar opposite. Maybe they've changed the source for items.

Overall, my experience was very good! The clothing arrived in time for the intended use. However, I was surprised to see an additional Foreign Transaction charged to my debit/credit card. I simply did not realize that Lilicloth is somewhere outside of the USA. The size charts on some items included seemingly obvious inaccuracies. I was disappointed that the sale discounts and associated price ranges changed if you had to interrupt your order preparation and return to complete the order at at a later point.

Very satisfied with all my clothing purchases here. If someone is a little concerned about buying a product from the internet, I can understand that they were, but since then I have ordered many clothes, I am a very satisfied customer.

What I received was way too small. Previously I had ordered 3 of the same size and they fit perfectly. I have no idea what went wrong. Is there anyway this error can be corrected or NOT?

I just hope that the items I selected are as pictured. I've NEVER ordered from lilicloth, so I will see with my first purchase.
Ordered well in advance of our Northern fishing trip, but delays happened and the product didn't arrive until 2 days after I left for the trip. Disappointing. Caps are nice, but shouldn't take 3 weeks to ship a product that was highlighted in your emails.
Don't order from here. Took months to get my merchandise. Nothing was true to size. The Smalls were actually 2X in size and huge. Then there is no customer service to speak with and they make it extremely difficult to return anything and will eventually offer you a 15% discount to keep the items that are totally useless which I still don't have. I started a return the day I received my stuff and they made sure they did not get it until it was past the 15 day return policy. Worst company I have ever ordered from all around. Any decent review is probably fake as no one could like this place. Awful service and cheap awful clothes! Totally disgusted!
