I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!

At times confusing, have no real idea what this coupons stuff is about. First i'm told i have one and then i'm told it doesn't exist. Otherwise ok. A big plus is the speed with which the ordered goods arrive. It seems far quicker than any of their cmpetitors.

An item that I received was it what I ordered. After many conversations and threats, money was returned to my account. The shirts that look like sweatshirts are very light weight and not finished well. After I ordered I found out they were made in China. Will not order again.
After threatening I was refunded my money.

This is my first time ordering from this company. I was hoping for faster delivery choice other than standard shipping.
Very poor quality. Tee shirts marked the same sizes weren't the same size. Arm sleeve placement was off and/or twisted. One shirt had only raw edges and not hemmed on bottom or sleeves so that they curled up all over. Material used was not of equal quality for each shirt. Some was too thin to wear for modesty. And another shirt side seams weren't straight. I donated them to Salvation Army. I don't see myself ordering more shirts for gifts or myself.
Mislead by cute photos.
They were to be gifts for family and friends but I was too embarrassed to give. I did not contact customer service because I thought it would mean the same type of disappointment and aggravation as experienced by the product.

I am 5'6,127 lbs have been wearing mediums all my life. Their clothes are way small their not based in US. Only 2 out of 6 items fit. You have to go back and forth with them to get a return address which is in Guangzhou, China. You only have 15 days to return. They offer 15% cash to get the item altered! How do you alter something that's to small? They are shippingfrom there as well. No integrity at all. I have to pay for shipping. I'm out $110.00. The other items I can return has been 15 days or if item is on sale you eat it. Never recommend!

I ordered 3 tee shirts size large, they are a little larger than medium but smaller than large. The sleeves were cut oddly and the shirt felt restrictive to wear. Haven't decided what to do with them, but they don't fit very well. May have to give them to Goodwill.

You advertised free shipping over $109 but did not honor that. At check out it did not apply --I reached out regarding this matter and the company immediately handled the situation. Even after immediately refunding the difference, a customer service rep still reached out to make sure it was resolved.

The online service of this boutique on the internet is always excellent. Every time I am satisfied with the online experience, the fit is not always optimal, but that is no one's fault as my body is a different size than normal, but their clothing design makes up for it.
The price overall was good especially with free delivery, but it did take a long time. I would have liked to know an Expected Date of Delivery when I ordered. The all polyester items were a disappointment as the texture was very shiny/satiny, which I don't like for everyday wear and wasn't evident from the photos.
Thought products were pretty clever. Fabric and transfers not high quality especially for price. Due to previous reviews that I read I got what I expected. However I did need to exchange one item for a larger size. Not a possibility. No exchanges. Must do a return which involves sending to China with high shipping costs. Interesting since garment shipped from California. I received a 15,% refund. Rather than mail to China. Be sure you have correct size and that you really really want their product. Lilicloth probably not a scam but pretty shoddy quality.

Two of my 5 items I ordered were incorrect. One wording was backwards and the other wording didnt even make sense. Supposed to say "lovely weather for a sleigh ride together" as you can see it doesn't! I have been trying to return for a 100% refund for over a week and they came back and said the most we can offer is a 70% refund if you choose to keep. I DONT WANT TO KEEP! Soooooo frustrating... will never order from them again...

Yes, it was easy to place an order and I received notification when the delivery started BUT nothing after that until I called into the Post Office with the notification that a parcel was waiting for me.
There probably needs to be an in-between tracking to say that it has arrived or whatever.
Overall I was quite satisfied.

Update: While it's still to soon for my order to have arrived, I did get a notification that part of it was on the way. Given the current shipping issues and logistics troubles nationwide, this is understandable. I have therefore raised my "star" rating of the company based on their kind outreach and because of their dedicated employee Finn. Until I actually have the products in hand I cannot in good conscience rate them.
Original: It took two days to complete this order. While I look forward to receiving the products, using the website has been a colosal chore and even the "live chat" link for help didn't work the first day. I'm hoping this is not typical of this company. Certainly have a poor first impression. Today Finn in customer service was very helpful making this order happen or it would not have!

The order took a long time to reach us, and the body of the shirt was white instead of light green.
But despite those issues, we really like the shirt, especially since it seems to be very well made.

We ordered the product on Dec 5 to be used as a Christmas gift. We received it on Jan 5 via USPS. I'm not sure why it took a month, but we have had Christmas Cards this year that took two weeks to go across our state. So it sounds most likely the issue was with "pony express".
The team on this website is fantastic. They are very helpful and creative. They had my order at my house in a few days, without problems, what I wanted arrived. I plan to use this website to buy cute clothes for a long time.

Wife needed Christmas gifts and she is always cold.
It is difficult to know what size to get as I cannot try on the clothes. I usually take size medium and ordered that on my first order but the clothes were a bit too large for me. I hope these fit better. The "faith, hope, love, snowman long sleeve top which I purchased did not show the bat like sleeves, I would have ordered the size small in red if they would have been displayed. It is quite large on me. Also the sleves' hem was folded over and sewed but the fold was cut so there are now two raw edges of material on my sleves.
By chance. I hope I Ihave better success in the way the clothes fit. If there is a problem I will no longer purchase an more from you.
I find the poatage rather expensive as I usually do not pay that much for parcels from the USA.
I received my second order. They were all size small but they don't all fit the some. Some are smaller than others and so are tighter then I normally woud wear.
I do not plan to purchase any more of these cloths on line.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.
