I recently did a couple of online purchases here that included a jacket, blouse and dress. In general, the quality of their clothes is good and the price is very reasonable. I wrote to them twice with customer service and they resolved my question quickly and professionally.

Nice selection of shirts and sweatshirts. Was confused about the sweatshirt material though, was expecting normal cotton and instead received something shiny, slippery lycra type fabric. Definitely not the warm fleecy cotton fabric I was expecting. They will do though. Still good to have some new shirts/tops.

After reading (probably fake) reviews that said sizing was correct, I ordered one size larger than usual so 2XL. It's supposed to be loose but it fits like a leotard. It is so tight that it's uncomfortable... I'm very disappointed to say the least!

OMG... what a scam. They should just say they don't make clothing for "larger" people. I ordered a 3X top knowing I wanted it very big. What a joke. I'm not sure it would have fit a size 10 person. Then, if you want to return, they tell you this long story about the costs and time, so you might want to just take a 15% refund and keep the top. All of which is poorly and cheaply constructed. Totally my fault. I should have read the fine print and recognized it's coming from China. Just beware... it's not a good company

The site responded well. However, the product took much longer than expected to arrive. I wanted the items as Christmas gifts, but they arrived after and they are still sitting in the original packaging until I see the recipients of the gifts again as they do not live close by. There were three items ordered.

First, you do not know this is in China, until the end.
The shirts that i ordered are of poor quality, not as the picture shows.
I was out of town when the product arrived.
I wanted to return but missed the 15 days deadline.
It took over 2 months to arrive but i only have 15 days to return?
If they want to sell in america, please allow 30 days to return as most retailers do.

Love the sayings but the quality of shirts was not consistent. Some were great, others, not so much.

And the shipping time was terrible. We used to have a saying, "slow boat to China". Think this was a " slow boat from China". That being said, I have ordered twice more since this initial order.

Had a little trouble trying to return one of the items that was too big. The instructions were very vague and I could not get to the part to finish my transaction. Because of this I will be ordering less frequently.
Also it was listed as a sweatshirt but was the material of tee shirt.

Very bad delivery system! We ordered 7 t-shirts and they came at unpredictable different moments, 14 days apart causing various inconveniences to pick them up because they weren't delivered at home but at a post point a ferry away.

Your site is difficult to navigate and removes you from a search topic after moving it to the cart. Banners cover things. There was no place to enter my discount code Hello15. I wanted to purchase more but could not because the screen went grey. This was on an I phone. You should take people back to where they left off not back to the main page. I tried yesterday also and the same thing happened. I received an email with items in my cart. Where are you located exactly? Gail :). Also there was no info that my info is secure at checkout.

My first time shopping here. It was easy, with tons of choices! A very good selection to choose from!<=== I agree with this statement! (para.) I ordered a t-shirt for my sister's birthday and hoped for a 6 or 7 day delivery time ( I did not know y'all were in England!). MY BAD! Received it a few days after her b/d. Gave it to her a week after. She "LOVED IT"! Also ordered my other sister a t-shirt at the same time, her b/d is in May so I already have that one covered! THANKS A LOT, Lillicloth! In your initial advertisements, it is very difficult to understand HOW to order.

I have been a satisfied customer for around 5 months. To date, I have never been disappointed in the service, pandemic delivery, and clothing. You can rely on their friendly and supportive staff to accommodate your needs.

Ordered 3 shirts on this order. None of them are as shown. Poor cheap quality for two of them and the 3rd is supposed to also be the same size as the other 2 but it is massive. Certainly not a medium. They offered me a 15% refund to keep their falsely advertised clothes or I can pay at my expense to return them to China! They know most people will take the 15% as they continue to cheat. They must make a fortune with this scam.

Ordered various size shirts with the hole puncher tagline. I don't know where the 5 star reviews came from but they can't be real. Material the shirts were made of was very thin. So when someone gives a 5 star and says they are "light weight". Why would you want "light weight" with a cotton shirt? I don't think anyone who reviewed them with 5 stars washed them first. Once washed they shrink. Not just normal 5-10% shrink. I would say the shirts will shrink nearly 20-25%. My XXXL shirts shrank to slightly below XL size. Not a great product whatsoever.

The discounts are not very attractive because of the large order needed. Sizes are smaller than the sizes I wear (so need to size "up"). Fabric is soft and comfortable, but the Tshirts are too long. Cannot comment on durability. Not going to order from here again (despite the cute graphics), because returns seem to be costly and complicated. Overall, not worth the purchase.

Was a little nervous about Lilicloth after I read some of the negative comments on line, and One item took so long. I had trouble getting a phone number for them, but finally after much searching was able to have a "chat" with the company rep the day my merchandise arrived.

Sent unfinished merchandise and when I complained they said "it was the style". It did not specify that in the description nor did it show in the pictures that the sleeves, hems and necklines on many items were not stitched nor finished in any way. Ordered specific sayings, but received different wording on shirts. Said could send them back at my expense to China and mail being slow as it is, could not credit my acct until after it was received and examined by their personnel, which may take many months OR they could credit my acct. 15% of the items I complained about.

Website repeats same item to many times. Placing actual order difficult if ordering more than one item. It kept dumping my first item in the cart when I wanted to continue shopping. Please add a Continue Shopping button.

After placing order, I learned the items were shipping from China, that was not indicated on the website anywhere. Had I known that I would not have placed the order.

The website was very easy to use and there were sizes available which at this time with COVID is hard to come by. Quality clothing with a large variety available at an extremely good price. I will definitely order from this site again.

I ordered several items and a couple of them were different than described. I don't feel I should have to pay for the returns when I got something different than it was described.

Your filtering doesn't work. Also, I would have liked seeing the specific colours in the large photos when I clicked on them, rather than having to go to my shopping bag to see the color I'd chosen.

They just said it’s your policy that the customer pays the return shipping charge.

They are fast, they sell good quality clothes, they have unique designs, they cooperate, they help you and above all they give importance to your time and money. I have been using them for more than a year, I never found them wrong in what they do.
