Lilicloth

I have ordered other t-shirts from Lilicloth in a large. They're always very big and lose so I tie a knot in the center front and wear them that way. I was hoping by ordering a medium, this would fit better. Unfortunately, it is too small.

Website bit awkward to navigate. Also, it was to be a Christmas gift and ordering by Dec 8, I felt it would have been delivered with adequate tracking included. I did not get it until Jan 4 with limited direction of where it was or when it would arrive.

While doing some late night internet shopping, I was so thankful that my question was answered in a matter of minutes by a lovely lady from this boutique that she was so helpful. I was able to complete my purchase that night instead of waiting until the next day! Unbeatable customer service. I can't wait for my dress to arrive :)

The service at the online clothing store was great. The clothes arrived on time and looked like the photos. The dresses are very high quality, especially the material they are made of, the price is not indicative of that, so I can say that it is the same as advertised. For now they endure the use, I decided to buy again.

Sometimes I find it difficult to buy things because I have a small frame and a small bust, the quality of the clothes on this website is good, and most importantly, the photos online do not lie. Shipping is a great way to win me over too. I'm impatient, so having my clothes on in a couple of weeks is perfect.

Lilicloth return statement regarding a request to return an item:

"Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s). Please note that customer must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline. Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package. Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue..."

I bought the dress in this online boutique in navy green, I was a little doubtful about how it would look and size in person, but it suits me very well, the color works very well with my skin tone. The zipper came undone once on the back so I'm a bit worried about fixing it, but it looks impressively good.

DO NOT order from this company. After dealing with Lilicloth, it is obvious they are a Chinese company with a USA website front. It took forever to get our t-shirts. Quality was poor. Sizing was horrible. There is no way to return or get a refund. Don't be lured into buying from Lilicloth because they have cute sayings that get your attention. There are other companies that have quality product and real customer service with cute sayings. I was so angry I threw everything in the trash, so I do not have a photo or receipt. Buyer beware.

I was a bit concerned when it took longer that I expected it to for the package to arrive, but in the end all is good. With the number of people using on line services what use to take 3 to 5 days now takes 10 to 15 days and I can understand that.

Very impressed with this website. I bought a dress, the size small in the previous order, although it fits me, the M is roomier. As for the pants, there is a bit of room to stretch in the crotch area. I got this for a workout and it's definitely squat proof. The top also fits very comfortably. I'm small but my shoulders are fairly broad so I prefer the way the M fits. I usually wear a UK size 6-8 or an xs or s. Therefore, I would recommend wearing this one for a more comfortable fit. It took 18 days to arrive from the order date.

Better filters would be nice - to narrow down selection. Fabric is poly/cotton blend - 100% cotton would have been better. Colour of fabric is different from image on website. Dress really needs a belt, to hide the seam around the waist. Sizing is very small - I am normally a ladies medium, ordered a large and it fit. A medium would have been too small.

The shirts are great! I had some trouble during the checkout process getting the style and color I wanted. For instance I wanted "underestimate me" with the v-neck and collar in green, but after a lot of clicking around I guessed that style only comes in red. A usage hint would have been helpful.

The clothing designs are amazing, not only high quality, the price is reasonable. Also, the customer service is amazing. I have been shopping for clothes on this website for quite some time and it has been a great experience. I recently bought a white blouse. Shipping was fast. I could not ask for more.

Nice shirt about 2 sizes too small. Lilicloth's return policy is a serious problem. My items shipped from Illinois. If you request a refund, you are told you must return it to China using their label. Cost and hassle would be horrendous, so you are offered a 10% refund! I will never buy from them again.

Ordered items for Christmas. 30 days later USPS is still waiting for delivery. No where does any advertising say this is all from China. Customer service is useless. You cant even track the shipment, it just says USPS is waiting delivery to them.

I found the site difficult to navigate in regard to finding and using the available discounts. The clothes are of good quality and unique. Love the flowered shirts and the tees with clever words on them, Everything runs a bit long for me.

I am surprised by some of the other reviews here. I have been shopping with this website for about 2 years and have always had a great experience! Delivery is fast and clothes always look great on me! A couple of times I received a faulty item, but I emailed them and they quickly fixed it. I will be shopping with them for many years to come!

Although it took a few weeks for my order to arrive, not nearly as fast as a previous order, it was worth the wait because I love the dress, and haven't seen anything nearly as cute in any store or boutique. Fabulous price!

First time shopping here—-so far—excellent—-I loved that it has such a vast selection of women sizes in all of the shirts! That impressed me the most. Second thing was the captions on the shirts! So many to pick from, it's hard to decide!

I have had an ongoing problem with my touch password. Not just today. I think I finally got that fixed, but there were still too many hoops to jump through to get my order completed. I think I finally did. Then the postage is awfully high.

Spotted the ads repeatedly on line with very interesting and unique offerings; eventually, I decide to check the site for pricing information and was impressed with what I found. Ordered a shirt perfect for our daughter; it took longer to deliver than I expected and it was impossible to track until it reached the US. After that, things moved quickly and she loves the shirt!

Over four months and still no product. Check wit the BBB and see the truth. Lots of marketing, never delivers on orders, and you will never see your order. Quickly contact your credit card company while there is still time to stop a theft of funds

Easy navigation. Love the fabric. A bit overpriced, but I'm happy with all but one item. The T-shirts and sweatshirts are true to size. Didn't wash them yet so I can't comment on that, but I plan to was inside out and on the cool setting.
