Lilicloth

My T shirts were all supposed to be XL. All 4 were a different fit... when washed only 1 fitted comfortably. Will probably give the other 3 away. I am a normal size 74kg male so XL should have fitted into XL quite easily.

First time shopper...and might be the last. I ordered a size M ad was sent an S...I called and was told I could not change as the order had already been shipped. I called within minutes of placing the order trying to make the change. This was NOT fair to me. I will think twice before ordering anything from you again. I would add that the mdse was first rate in quality...just not the right size, which I kept because it was too much trouble to return it.

One of the very very bad customer service I order ladies cote set before 25 days ago. April finished now may start already still not deliver I paid already from online n when I ask for refund they said 10% or 15% they cut money n restun but still nor they deliver my order nighter they return my money what a frud team. Please everyone don't order from this website or this apps site..

Had trouble with the shipping.It took over a month to recieve. All order take over a month, even if you pay express mail. You get what you pay for. Buy 2 sizes bigger.the 7-10 day s is after being processing 3 weeks in china.

Website dumped items and I had to keep putting things back. I couldn't determine how much shipping would be. Wish they had an extra small size. Colors were not as vivid as the website. All items came.
Order received quickly. Shipping was too expensive.

I did NOT get the coupon I was offered. My new total went from $65 to $79, and I am not happy with $14 shipping! Then when I hit "place order" a banner shows free shipping over $79 - a little late huh?!

It great! Love selection! I just didn't get my 3x shirt got 3 mediums instead. I gave one to daughter and two of sisters, what compliments did they get from strangers when they wore them out shopping! Made me sad I didn't get mine.

In spite of all the violent and gun-toting shirts, I figured I'll try your shirts out. The sizes were much larger than expected. I still need to hand some out but I gave you 5 stars because you responded to my emails.

This will be my first order with Lilicloth! I wanted one of each but reality set in and I ordered 5 shirts my first time around...we shall see!
Order received and shipping was spot on if not sooner than expected!

Very excited for my first purchase and the first purchase discount they offer but then at checkout the shipping is about half the price of the hoodie I purchased. Ouch. It took nearly 3 weeks for my package to arrive only to be disappointed in the item. It's cheap and not what is pictured nor described. Won't purchase from this site again.

It's always such a nice experience to order clothes at Lilicloth! I literally check every week for new clothing models. It really saved me, less hassle than going to a physical store for me. Add more dresses to my closet!

I like my t-shirts good price good material color is great to. The size rins larger than expected, I should have got the next size down. But a little alterations and they fit better. Over all I love them. M

All the Flash sale and coupons popping up were confusing, How to apply them was also confusing. I was also offered 20% off coupon in my email but did not get a chance to enter that code - which was: LL20

Just hope the items are tru to measurements listed. I am petite, and the dress length is perfect according to chart.
Received the dresses. They were 2-3 inches longer than the 34 3/4 inches in material. Had the have them shortened. The red dress looked like a muted mulberry/red in the picture, it was not muted.
Inspire of this I really like the dress.
The purple Rose T shirt looked just like the picture. REALLY like it.
Wish you made the cloths in extra small... That would be awesome

The items are so pretty -- and funny -- I bought several for myself and for gifts. Unfortunately, I found that the sizes run small and am returning several things. Also, although I will keep them for casual (sleeping, housebound) activities, the fabric is thin and very "clingy" - more than I prefer. So, if I make further purchases, I will choose larger sizes and be careful of reading the fabric content.

Order placed Dec. 2nd. Took my money but gave not received order. It will miss Xmas if I get it at all. They offered 10% refund IF I contact them after I receive IF I contact them. Very poor customer service. I have to contact them every time I want an update. Now told it will be another 10-15 days. Bet I never see my order.
Buyer beware

4 of the 6 tops I ordered ran very small. I ordered XXL on most of them anticipating them to run small. I am usually an XL. Those tops barely fit over my head and shoulders (more like size L.) Luckily, I have a friend who can wear the tops.

Overall the experience was very good however I was disappointed in how thin the material is for the T-shirts and for the sweatshirts. I was thinking they were going to be thicker. More like a T-shirt or a sweatshirt that you would buy at a standard brick and mortar store.

As soon as I contacted customer service in the morning, I received the rest of my shipment that afternoon so, I suppose, if I had a little more patience I would not have had to contact customer service at all ha ha Ha ha ha

So far sorta good. I had a reunion with some friends and wanted to get sweat shirts for us to all wear together and they did not arrive on time for the event. I thought I had placed them in plenty of time. I do like the products but will have to mail them to my friends.

If you need to return one of these cheaply made garments, look out! You have to pay for postage to China, pay for customs, and await inspection by their staff. This is the worst return policy I have ever seen. Be sure you want these clothes before you buy them.

The company is based in China and it goes downhill from there. They have a non-existent return policy, poorly sized items, like an XL that is actually a small, and a real runaround if you try to contact them to authorize a return. When I tried to get an authorization to return the items, they offered 15% return on my cost to purchase and told me "to get the clothing altered with the 15%". If you still want to try to return the items, the hoops you must jump through are many; over seas shipment, maybe customs charges, and no guarantee they will refund you even if the items are returned.
Do yourself a BIG FAVOR and avoid this company like the plague. There are lots of other cute clothes out there, and they are way better quality. And those other stores will have customer service, which Lilicloth does not.

Not at all happy. While the product is great and well liked I will not be using Lilicloth again since it was promised before Christmas but not delivered until the 27th. Not at all good since it was a Christmas present.

Took a long time to receive but once they came (3 orders, over $300 spent) one on top of another.
One white top had stains on it, I treated stains but they did not come out.
On website many of the tops said mixed fabric... Almost all are polyester 100%, they do not breath well so am disappointed. Colors were good but the website models make all the tops look better than they are in person, sad. Collars & sleeves are not shown true to what they are on some of the tops. Out of this large collection of tops about 1/3 I like. Sorry but true.
