I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
The website was slightly difficult to use on my iPhone when I tried to filter. If I order again, I will try to do so on my laptop. The item arrived on time but took quite a while to arrive, apparently coming from overseas. While the top is cute, the material is rather thinner than I expected from the description and photos. For the price, I expect better material.

My overall complaint about this experience was how long it took for the merchandise to reach me. I ordered a week before Christmas, and although it was unreasonable to expect delivery by Christmas, I did think I would get it before the year ended. But it turned out to be 2 weeks into the new year before my stuff showed up in a Sunday delivery.
I attempted to contact Lilicloth by email, but was unable to confirm that they received it. I never received a response.

I found them humorous and they fit the personality of the person I was buying them for.
This company makes you think they are an American company. They are NOT! The clothes I received were the worst quality and trying to return them is impossible. They say you have to return them to China and you have to pay for it but since it's so expensive can't you just keep the clothes? They're sending me a shipping label for China return which I am not going to use. Just wasted $100.00. All these positive reviews are probably BOGUS! DON'T BE FOOLED! There are plenty of good American companies to buy from.
The Large "drive a stick" sweatshirts were far from large. They were small not even medium. I am enjoying two of the blouses which are not large but XL. I was disappointed in the sweatshirts because I wanted to send one to my daughter for whom it would have been perfect. I ended up giving it to a tiny friend. The second one?

It didn't let me save my 15% as told in the beginning of shopping! Also I want to return 8 of my tops as they do not fit as per your sizing guide. How do I send them back? Only one fit. What is the return address? I do not like it that I cannot speak to a LIVE person about my account.
All shirts are way too small. Never received cap. Offered to refund 15% but returning items would cost more than the cost of the shorts. Never received 15% refund or cap. Total loss of my money. A voice this seller like the plague. Clothes are undersized and no recourse for refund or exchange. Total rip-off. Do NOT buy from this seller!
I was a little confused by the sizes of your tee shirts but I realize they all come from different places, and they all fit okay. My difficulty was that the packages were sent to the wrong town, not your fault, I think my auto correct filled in the wrong town. But you got them to me just fine! Thank you.

Wanted pretty shirts and cute slogans
I placed an order for 4 shirts on December 1st, expecting to get them in plenty of time for Christmas. I chatted with someone from the company a few days prior to Christmas and he could not tell me when the items would be delivered. All he knew was that the warehouse was backed up and items had not yet shipped. I expressed my displeasure, so he offered a 10% discount once I am in receipt of the items. Well... I received 2 of the shirts on 29 December and the other 2 on 13 January. I notified them I had received the items and was expecting my discount. As far as I can tell, I have not received the promised 10% refund. I will NEVER order from them again.

Received my hat in good order, although wrinkled from the shipping bag. A simple dump in a bucket of water and drying it over the end of a plastic jug and it's back in shape! I love the motto on the front: "WTF? Where's the fish?" is perfect for an Oregon fly fisher moved to AZ!

I was so impressed by the dresses from my first order at this online boutique and the on-time delivery that I ordered 7 blouses from them. It is OBVIOUS when you look at the images on the website that the models are not actually wearing the clothes. Dresses or blouses are stripped on random models that only use 1 or 2 poses: D (look at her hands and feet). About the quality, they have been worn and washed, they feel beautiful and get a lot of compliments.
So many great sayings to choose from! Hard to decide which to get.
It would be great if the printing was on the back of the shirt. Is that possible? Also the sizes are very small. I ordered 3X but they are not an American 3X. Order 1-2 sizes larger than needed and it should fit.

I needed stocking stuffers for grandkids. Ordered the perfect shoulder wrap for daughter in law and a top for myself!
Prices were too good to be true... BEWARE! I purchased 7 items, received the first of 7 3 weeks after the order. The last item ws received 6 weeks after the order. All items went into the clothes donation bin. Quality is absolutely horrible. Material is not as it appears online. Sizes extremely small, seams are not straight, and sweaters were shiny tshirt material. The other reviews must be paid by the company.
Good news: Your website is great. The pictures of your items are adorable. Bad news: My order arrived one month after I placed it. It did not arrive in time for me to mail some of the items for Christmas gifts. One shirt was not the size I ordered and did not have the graphic on it that was shown on your site. One shirt I ordered was missing. The socks said "one size fits all" nope they won't. The quality is below average. Overall, I am extremely disappointed.

However, the merchant refuses to exchange or issue full refund, citing:

I love this online boutique. I have shopped twice this month and have loved it each time, my new dress is even better than the photo on the website, very reasonable prices and excellent service, I chose a fantastic way to buy clothes. I recommend Lilicloth with all my heart.
I ordered approximately 10 items on November 10th, and now, after 4 weeks have only received a partial order. The items I did receive were not good quality. Colors were much different than photographed and sizes were huge, fabric was poor quality. I will never order from this website again.
The woman's small was fine, but the two xxl shirts looked like larges from the start and after being washed once they've already been turned into rags. So my experience is that the quality of shirt that is used is lacking and they must be sized by the metric system.

The return policy seems difficult. I hope everything fits. Update: I ordered 3 items and only 1 fit and was true to size. Ordering medium doesn't mean every medium will fit the same way. I learned that the cost to return is PROHIBITIVE since it's going to China. I ended up giving two shirts to charity and keeping only one. Lilicloth offered me a 15% refund on the two shirts that didn't fit. I like their tops but I won't be ordering again.

I received a defective sweatshirt from Lilicloth and sent them pictures to demonstrate the defect and they will not make good on replacing the shirt. The right seam is three inches longer than the left and the right arm hangs baggy underneath as a result. It costs more to ship the shirt back to China than what the shirt is worth. BEWARE and do not order from this company.

I love the T-shirts. I would buy more if I had a place to store them. My husband complained that one of the dresses I bought looked like a nightgown and was too low cut. The other was too short, but it works well as a tunic.

In this current age of convenient online shopping, I was quite surprised and less than satisfied with Lilicloth's shipping time, as it was way too long. Additionally as a new customer, I am disappointed that returns are not offered with prepaid shipping. In today's competitive online shopping environment, shoppers expect better customer service.
