I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
3 items received were from very cheap material. Pillow inserts never came. I won't be buying from this company again. The products that arrived did not match the quality of the materials in the ads and the pillows were never sent. Totally false ads.
Great variety of clothes. One of the best things about this online boutique is the fact that they have a huge variety of clothing designs, it took days to go through everything! I usually buy the clothes that have feedback to make sure the quality is good. Overall I would say this is a website worth visiting as it has a great variety of products and reasonably fast shipping.
I ordered in this online boutique a set of long skirt and top, two overalls and a skirt and everything is very good quality, they have a lining so that nothing is transparent. It also takes a few days to arrive. I am delighted.

The product you sell that I received is nothing like the product pictures that you have on your web site. Colors are different than pictured, fabric is not cotton as stated and quality of stitching and product is cheap and poor. Did you think no one would notice? I would like to return all items. These were intended as gifts that I cannot give. So disappointed in Lilicloth for the utter deception of customers.
The quality of merchandise is OK, nothing special. But I could not get information on delays in shipping, etc., from Lilicloth. The final piece of merchandise arrived almost two months after placing order! To months! Customer service is non-existent.

I had issues with the shopping cart first of all. Then I didn't realize (probably my fault) that the shipping would take so long. I had ordered the items for Christmas gift's and they didn't arrive until after the New Year.

I love Lilicloth shirts. They are very comfortable. However, I am on a fixed income and the shipping charges often times prevent me from ordering. When I pay more for shipping than the item I'm buying costs, then I usually don't buy. Today's order was very iffy for me. I finally decided to buy as I wanted a couple items for Christmas gifts. However, it took about 6 weeks for the order to be delivered and didn't arrive for Christmas.
Since it was taking so long for the order to arrive and I had not received any tracking information, I emailed Lilicloth to ask for an update, but never heard back from them. I was ready to file a dispute and ask for my money back when the package finally arrived.
I liked the design of the items I ordered.
Products today were mostly gifts that I thought others would like.

I found it to be a very good online clothing store, so far I have ordered 3 times and I have not had any problems, the clothes are very beautiful and their prices are comfortable, normal delivery times in these cases.
Love the graphics but the t-shirts themselves are thin material and have a cheap feel to them. Too bad as I wanted to buy more after these first two trial ones I bought. Website is a little clunkie too.

Sizing on some T-shirts are a bit off. Large fit like mediums, large come in very wide necks. Too late to return original order. Yes, I used the sizing chart. The items that do not fit I reordered in the next size up. I like the messages they give.
Perfect! Great variety of clothes. It offers a great variety of products and brands. I love the review system, we can read the reviews before we buy each design. The payment process is easy and payments are accepted with multiple methods.
Everything looks good in the ads. Then you find out the product is from China and it takes forever to get to you. Plus the quality of the merchandise is so poor you wonder how they can get that much for it! They pass items off as sweatshirts when in reality they have the thickness of a T-shirt.
I wanted to cancel the order because one item was shipped later because it was out of stock or back ordered. They stated it was too late to cancel. They shipped the back ordered item 2 weeks later. I needed all of the items, which were a set for 3 sisters all at the same time.
On line the items appeared to be of high quality with great slogans, which draw your attention.

Web site has a vast selection of great clothing for men. I was a little disappointed with the quality of my purchases - seams were not properly sewn, loose threads etc. I had to wait several weeks for delivery and that was a disappointment. You are not really informed that the purchases are coming from Asia and that causes the wait.
