I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!

The quality of merchandise is OK, nothing special. But I could not get information on delays in shipping, etc., from Lilicloth. The final piece of merchandise arrived almost two months after placing order! To months! Customer service is non-existent.

Delivery took too long. I gave them plenty of time but the articles arrived one day late so I had to forward them at my expense to the parties I purchased the shirts for. The xxl shirt could have been longer.

After several weeks, I inquired about my order since I had received not communication re: shipping and approximate delivery date. Finally I received my order after around 3+ weeks. Not a problem, but I would like to have had some notice about when I could expect my order.

The website is terrible to use. I'd click once on an item and end up with 2 items in my cart. No way to edit the number of items in the cart. Very frustrating. When I clicked on a men's shirt in a different color it changed to a woman's shirt in that color. Very annoying. I finally was able to order. One shirt was at least 1 size smaller than the rest, though they were all marked the same size. Another shirt had several missing letters that a cursory glance at the shirt should have caught before shipping.

I ordered some"sweatshirts" from Lilicloth and needed to order $100 to obtain free shipping. This didn't bother me because I chose some charming/funny items. However, I received each item separately over several weeks and was not informed that one item was out of stock until I questioned. The sizes are terribly wrong, the fabric is not fleece but rather a scratchy polyester fabric. When I decided to return the purchases, I was informed their return office is located in China and I would be required to pay the shipping to China for a full refund. Adding insult to injury, I would have the option to keep the items and would receive 15% refund on my purchases. I decided the latter was the better option. Now, I will have to pay to have my purchases altered or donate them to a second-hand store. Additionally, the sweatshirts have no shape.

Don't; customer service is prompt responding, but what they can do is extremely limited.

Not very happy with the delivery schedule. I ordered 2 sweatshirts for Christmas presents on December 9 and they weren't delivered until January 6 (4 weeks). When ordering there was no comment about length of delivery and no communication until I reached out to customer service for an update and they provided me a tracking number for China delivery to US Customs and then a US Post Office tracking number upon arrival in the US.
This is unacceptable especially with $16.99 delivery charge. Well you just lost a customer as I will not be ordering anything else in the future.

Unfortunately I have found the products made in China sent to be of a poor quality in general (thin, flimsy material that won't last) coupled with poor stitching on the front pockets of the hoodies. Overall I'm quite disappointed and won't be considering purchasing further items.

Love all the shirts! However, the sizing is varied. Three out of the four shirts fit very well. However, one of them which said it was a 3X turned out to be more like a one X. That will not stop me from buying some others! I found a good home for the small shirt.
It is the first time that I navigate through the online store and it is very easy for me to navigate. As indecisive as I was, I found a dress at a good price, so I decided to take a chance! It came really fast and the style and fit are perfect. For those who know its size, I would definitely recommend this site. Since then I have bought more clothes and they fit me like a glove.
The quality was just not what I expected. On some of the shirts I would say they were good but on the ones they called their casual shirt they were at least 3 to 4 inches too long on me and I have long arms. Called them about the situation and got nowhere.
The slogans on the shirts are cute and that's the only reason I'm keeping them but I'll just be wearing them while I clean the house not out in public. Out of the 13 shirts I ordered three or four are what I would consider good. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from them again they missed out on a very good client.

Their photo showed a purple - it turned out to be a very ugly red. Then they had the audacity to tell me it was my monitor. I threw away money as I'll never be able to use the top. I would have had to return it to China which would have been more money spent so I just took their $3 refund. The item was way overpriced as to the quality of the material used even if the color had been correct. Please, please don't buy from this business.

It was very easy to order. Lots to choose from. But when I received my order I was shocked on how poor the quality was. I purchased two sweatshirts. One for me and a matching one for my sister. The sweatshirt was thin and poorly made and the writing on the shirt was paste on letters with one poorly put on. They will peel off in no time. For what I paid the quality of these shirts was not worth the money. I was extremely disappointed. I could have gone to the dollar store purchased a sweatshirt then iron on my own writing and it probably would look better or the same as to what I received for a tenth of the price. Very low end quality.

This company is a scam -I ordered and paid for two sweatshirts (AU $50) and they have never arrived. Originally I got tracking numbers that said order was in transit from China with further tracking number for AU but then that all disappeared. There is no ph number for Australia and no way of contacting this so called company and order gas never arrived-don't buy you are wasting your money-it's just a scam. I have doc re this but can't upload if you want them I can't email them to you.

As the title indicates, I was disappointed in the length of time it took for my order to arrive, particularly as they were intended to be gifts. Lilicloth does have a very nice selection, but the price is not cheap, the shipping cost is pretty high and, as stated, shipping was slow.

Hello: The website was great. I enjoyed the variety of items I ordered several t shirts. 2 sweatshirts etc.
I did not know this was out of the US where the product was coming from. My issue with that is I didn't want to wait the almost month for delivery. I found out when I was notified that my credit card was charged out of country. (Out of USA) I have only had a problem with 1 T-shirt its a little snug. It was just disappointing not to have that info before entering order. I probably would have ordered a few less items. The few I have washed turned out fine after laundry that is a plus.
I ordered this shirt for a Christmas present well before Christmas. Christmas came and went, no delivery. Correspondence from Lillicloth was nonexistent at best. Package was finally delivered January 17th.
They blamed their delay on the Covid situation. Poor excuse at this point in time. Provided no tracking number.

Part of the order came on time but rest came later than was orginally posted on my order. I also didn't understand why I couldn't get 10 % new customer discount or earlier it had a promo for free earrings and I couldn't find it again to check on that.
Clothing was poorly made and not as shown on website. I tried to do a return and was immediately emailed of how expensive it would be for me to return the three shirts as I would have to pay shipping to China and pay fees! They offered me 15 percent off the stuff to keep it. I will never order from them again
