I purchased a number of items from here. In short, what is advertised does not even come close to what you actually get. The material and quality are extremely poor. Even the fit resembles the shape of a potato sac rather than fitted clothing. As a result, I decided to return the items. Buyer beware! Customer pays for shipping and shipping is to China. There is no warehouse in the United States! I opted for the cheapest route of shipping which ended up costing me a third of what the purchase cost me to begin with. And choosing the most economical form of shipping, there was no associated tracking number. Despite sending Lillicloth proof of shipping the return, they refuse to issue a refund without a tracking number. Terrible customer service.
Bottom line. Product is VERY poorly made, nowhere near what they advertise, and return policy is a complete joke.

This is what I get for trusting what are clearly a lot of fake reviews. I ordered a selection of tops; none of them look remotely like they are represented online; they are poorly made from cheap materials. Embarrassingly bad. I got a "bonus gift" of a pair of earrings that look like something you'd get out of a gumball machine (not kidding).

I anticipate returning everything. I'm leaving two stars at this point in the hopes that the customer service on the return is cooperative. We'll see.

I ordered a sweater to give to my wife for her birthday. I ordered the size of other sweaters in her closet. When her birthday came and she tried it on it was too small. When I asked for a refund or exchange neither was available. I had to wait weeks for delivery but was only given two weeks from delivery to ask for a return. If you are buying something as a gift beware you may not have time to meet their arbitrary terms. Gift giving and slow delivery and return timeline makes it impossible to work with them.

The shirts that i ordered on two separate occasions were very nice using comfortable materials and good graphics. The only problem I had was in the delivery time, which seemed long from the time of the order

This website really makes me very happy with their online service, they recover well when something (rarely) goes wrong. On average you check it once a week and I know what you get and I know it will get to where you ask for it to be shipped, it's simple.

Ordered several items but when I needed help with poor quality of one item, it was very frustrating. I thought the item had one edge left with no finishing collar but after I had dealt with you on this, I was only given the promise of a 40 percent refund. I was still left with an item I would have to pay someone to finish. I find this to be sub-quality service. When I was showing this to some friends, we discovered that all edges were left raw and unfinished! Can hardly believe I did not see this at first. So disappointed as this was to be a gift Why would you send out an unfinished garment?

Did it on chat. It took a couple of contacts and I saw no hope for a better resolution if I contact you again once I found the item was in worse shape than I first thought. Refund of 40 percent does not fully make up for getting an item I cannot use as it is for a gift. If I want to use it at all, I will need to take it to someone to finish sewing it. How sad is that! I am really disappointed as I was looking forward to ordering again. But now I cannot do so and believe the product will be suitable to use

One of a pair of T shirts was torn. I was hoping to give the 2 shirts to my daughters as a Xmas gift.
Eventually i got a response from the company and approval to return the items. It took me a while to get the return address, i could not find it on your website.
All other items were great and enjoyed.

Despite attempts to use the website i eventually resorted to e-mail to get a response. I seemed to bounce around customer service reps which did not help the process. I did become quite frustrated.

Shipping fees are out-of-line as is the time to receive the items. Sure would like to know that info before spending all that time making selections. If these items were not a gift I'd cancel the order!

I loved the clothes that I received in my order. I contacted customer service about the shoes that did not fit and they were wonderful with no problem to satisfy me with the return. I will buy online here again.

I registered for a purchase for this company - but before making purchase went to reviews and discovered how poorly the quality was rated. I never made a purchase. Within 24 hours of registering with this company I received advertising emails from 10 other companies. When I chose "unsubscribe" in each email I was directed to a website in Chinese. I had to translate the website - for each of the 10 companies - in order to unsubscribe. Since that time I have received advertising emails from 10 additional similar websites in less than 2 weeks.

I bought here the blue lapel vertical striped blouse for my wife and loved it. It was easy to order, I just added it to my bag, selected a size, then checked. I also loved that they had so many photos of the blue lapel vertical striped blouse, not just stock photos, but also of actual customers using the product. I also appreciated that there was free shipping regardless of the order amount and that I got a 40% discount on my first order. My order arrived quickly and was very well packaged.

Here in Canada, our sweatshirts are made of thick warm material. What I received were long sleeved t-shirts. The ordering and shipping was easy and great customer service, I was just a little disappointed in the thickness of the "sweatshirts".

I've had great experiences with this company. The merchandise is of great quality and I'm thrilled to have found them. The shipping was excellent, and customer service very very nice and helpful. I'll keep buying from them.

I was worried that the Size table seemed too big and hoped it was right.
I followed the sizing and measurements guide and sizing turned out perfect.
Good quality fabrics and print, very happy.
Products arrived before "expected delivery" date.

Slow to load (internet)but managed to find lots of things that I wanted.
Unfortunately the quality is so substandard I don't even want to give it to my local charity.
I'd love to return the whole order.

This online clothing page has high quality clothing, I am very happy with my purchase in this boutique on the web, especially for the solution to all the transport problems that have happened in recent days due to the pandemic.

Tried several times to order 2 shirts in different sizes and colors but did not know I had to start all over to add another one.
Also paypal did not go thru so had to use Visa... time consuming order!

Have bought these before. Both shirts came with knife slices through the plastic bag the shirts were in and the packaging bag. Luckily it didn't harm the material. Other than that all good

This order i placed was larger. Of the 4 shirts i got for a friend only one fit properly. The sweatshirt was not a sweatshirt at all. The sizings were all over. Too large and too small. Will not order any more products from this seller

I really liked the variety of funny slogans. Will probably purchase more in the future.
The only issue I found was that I ordered five different shirts, all XL, and one of the shirts was noticably shorter than the other four. It was labeled XL but definitely not as long as a normal XL.
I would have returned the short shirt, but a friend who is considerably smaller than me wanted it so I gave it to her.

It looks great in the pictures but the sizes are on the small size. I usually am a medium but a large would be better. I am having to send most of the items back because of sizing. Also, one of the shirts doesn't look at all like the product.

This is absolutely the worst company i have ever tried to work with! Bar none! You cannot return an item because this company is out of the country. They will offer you 15% of what you paid for an item because it's cheaper than trying to get your money back.

TERRIBLE

I am really not an on-line shopper, but the brands that they sell are just perfect! And this was my 2nd order and this time I bought a lot more clothing, with no hesitation. They don't give a good description of their stuff. I absolutely love that everything I purchased was so soft. This is now my go-to clothing store... and now lots of my friends as well.

Great clothes at a good price. The clothes sold on this website are all in good condition, a lot of good prices and sales, the shipping fee is cheap and I love it. It's easy to access and see what I want to search for, spread the word! That's great!
