I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
Smalls were huge and then you cannot ship back without paying 2x more than the items are worth. Customer service was great but myonly option was a partial refund - won't order again as the sizes just don't work for me. I am quite petite and the small seems like a large on me.

It's obvious when you try your product on that it is likely too small. There's likely some cost savings by making the product smaller, using less material, but frustrating when you find that the size that you typically wear is too small when you order from Lilicloth.
Add to that, orders are usually a long way out before you receive them. And, since the product is too small, you will have to pay for return shipping at your expense.
Then, to a lesser degree of concern, I find that the printing on the shirt is not straight. It's tilted several degrees off. Not sure that I'll order from this company again.
This is my second order with Lilicloth and I couldn't be more pleased. Items ship when they are ready so I don't have to wait to receive everything all at once. The quality is very good. I also like the free shipping and auto coupon options which has saved me quite a lot.

I ordered 3 tops, 1 for my wife and 2 for my daughter. The "sweatshirt" I ordered for my wife was a birthday present. I ordered it 2 weeks before her birthday, expecting this would be enough time, even though they are not amazon. I should have suspected differently as I checked out, as there was NO indication of any kind about when anything would be delivered. So, birthday came and went, and 2 weeks later the first package arrived. 2 of the items I ordered were included, the 3rd still MIA. The "sweatshirt" I ordered for my wife could NEVER be called a sweatshirt, it was thinner than some of my t-shirts. At best it was of 6 oz. Material. That is common "thickness" of t-shirt material. A heavy weight t-shirt will be 6.4oz. Additionally, it has now been another 3 weeks (now 7 weeks since placing the order) and the 3rd item still has not arrived and I have been completely ignored by their customer service. 4 email sent, NONE answered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I paid close attention to sizing. The tank top I ordered... 2 sizes larger than my normal size... is too small. Probably won't order again. It's just too risky.

Her clothes are of very good quality, I had ordered a sweater and a short dress, the color was the same as the picture. From the website, the delivery took longer than I thought but I am sure it is due to the problems of the pandemic.
Don't waste your money, time&sanity! No size is correct, zips&lace-up put in are crooked. Unable to swap, to return them you must pay. Shocking craftmanship because of being made in sweat-shops! Unbelievably hard to get a prompt response&never want to help with problems. They demand 15days to get in contact with them to return which is almost impossible for most people&would be illegal in Australia. They offered me 15%cashback so I would keep defective clothing BUT nothing on any garment that is on sale. Something else illegal in Australia. Also, very very slow on postage. SAVE YOUR SANITY! Just another company selling shocking clothing!

The one from China was perfect.

The shirts were well made and easy for people to read. The funny text was actively funny, and the very clear text split between people who clapped and those who called it rude and offensive. Perfect! That one I will be wearing for 18 public competition matches.
Just text I found useful. If this is as good as it feels, I will wear it just as a comfortable tee under a shirt after the text becomes too known to be funny or politically boring.

Your procts are reasonable but once in awhile a product slides through with poor attention to sewing. Since the items are reasonable I can't really afford to return the item and will repair it for myself. Many items seem mislabeled for size. While one shirt is an xl and another one says medium and both fits me, the next shirt may say xl also but would fit my large husband. Is there a sizing problem I should understand that is different tha what is stated? I really do like what I received but am confused how I get such variety and never know if I will get to wear or give away what I have ordered.

It was not the easiest site to track where I had been esp with the final purchase process. You almost lost me and all the items I was purchasing due to lack of direction and finding the site overwhelming. Sizes were variable when comparing the clothing. One shirt labeled XL was more like XXL while a "large" in another style was really a medium size. This makes me pause regarding ordering more clothing in the future. It didn't make sense to return the items as I could not be sure what size I would receive for an exchange. Some of the clothing was beautiful, well made with good fabric. Many of the tee-shirts were made of very lightweight material which is questionable regarding their' life expectancy.

The sweatshirts that I ordered I wouldn't even call them sweatshirts because the material was so thin, not really made to keep you warm like sweatshirts should. I was really disappointed at delivery. Also the delivery time was very long. Too much of a hassle to return & I wouldn't get a full refund after paying shipping costs to return. Will never buy anything here again & will tell my family and friends not to shop here.

It's very disappointing to order a T-shirt for our hot summers which is described as "fabric: cotton", only to discover that at the bottom of the same description material is shown as:"Polyester95%; Spandex5%". This is false and misleading advertising. And while the designs are attractive almost none the fabrics on this site are composed of natural materials, which breathe and stay cool in this summer. Their products could be seriously more successful if they would shift to cotton and linen blends!

I was very nervous about getting pants from this website as I am quite tall (175cm). I actually measured and got a large one, while I'm usually small / medium, and the pants fit me really well! My waist is a bit too large since I did it from above, but the length of the pants reaches just above my ankle, which makes me very happy!
I got a t shirt as a gift and just wanted to exchange it not a refund (since I didn't buy it in the first place)> They would not even do that. I had emails back and forth several times to get them to understand it is only an exchange, but to no avail. I would not buy any items from them because of this. Also the t shirt size is not accurate at all. Need to get a bigger size than you normally get.

I would have given this company negative stars but they don't have one. Ordered 2 women's tops and a "winter" cap for my girlfriend for Xmas. I received 1 women's top and the "winter" cap. Neither of these items were as advertised. The top is cheap flimsy material you can see though with terrible cheap stitching and dull colors. The advertising pics have clearly been enhanced and made to look like vibrantly colored heavy winter material. The "winter" cap is thin with a thin lining of fake fur on the inside. I live in the Sierra Nevada Mtns where it's very cold in winter and we know good winter clothing from cheap Asian junk. As of this writing I have been waiting 42 min for a chat response from their customer service on their so called return merchandise area on their web site. Hmmmm, must be busy having all their garbage merchandise returned. BYE BYE CHINA.
Ordering wasn't bad. The 2-4 emails every day got to be overwhelming. After a few weeks or so I received a shipment notification saying the order was received by them 10 days AFTER they were paid. It did ship in two parts, but several days after the email saying it had shipped. The caps I ordered were perfect.

Size of items from different designers differ. So you cannot choose the size according you usually wear. You should refer to size chart to check the measurement.

Loved the selection, but getting a gift for someone who needed a bigger size, I discovered two things. 1) There seemingly isn't an exchange policy, only a return policy, and an option for "live 24/7" chat listed, with no hyperlink to a chat, so they're listing a option that doesn't appear to exist.
