I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
Delivery took a very long time, had to inquire to where it was 2 times. Stitching around the collar came undone 1st washing. No way to repair it. Did not attempt to return due to how long it took me to receive my order.

I was able to look at many Tshirts - lots of choices. I wish there had been a more specific way to find certain designs that might have been quicker. Most of the sizing was accurate. I am happy with the quality of the fabric!
Easy to order. Received everything as ordered. Only puzzle was the free gift that was supposed to be a table decoration. On the photo, it looked like a red table cloth, it turned out to be an outsized Santa Claus hat that for nobody.

They were sold out of M shirts for a lot of styles but customer service was able to help me find what I needed. I couldn't search by size on their website which they need to change/improve. I was hoping to get the shirt by Christmas but didn't receive it until January. I didn't realize it was coming from China.

Initially I wasn't impressed because there were not many shipping options/shipping cost choices.
Shipping took a lot longer than expected, though I know this was partially due to the holidays it was a while for the amount I paid in shipping. I got these items as gifts so I haven't been able to size check yet but so far designs are as promised ant they look very nice. I am very excited to give them to their new owners!

This is my first time to order. Let's see how it goes. I wear an XL tee shirt but ordered a 2XL after using there sizing chart. I received the shirt but couldn't even get it on. Their sizing is completely wrong. Certainly not US measurements. Loved their shirts but won't be ordering from them again.

I shop at this online boutique all the time and I love their clothes. I got help very quickly and kindly for a mistake of mine, I sent my return via the wrong carrier and they were quick to refund me even though they weren't 100% when it would arrive. For this and more, I trust and recommend this page.
Every single product shown on this site is photoshopped. The images are stolen, they only slap the design on top. You can see it in the flat way the text is laid out on their clothes, for example. There's one picture of a woman holding a cup of coffee and the image is badly edited to where a part of the cup is covered by the shirt design.
I also did a reverse image search and found that these product images and designs are stolen off Amazon. I uploaded some of those images for reference.
The positive reviews on this site are in nonsensical, broken English ("good tutorial app" - what is that supposed to even mean?). If you look at the user posting the review it's their first and only review on this site. It's a pretty easy scam to pull off, there's sites that generate fake emails and names they can use to make a quick profile page.
If you're into lilicloth's midwestern wine mom aesthetic then just save yourself the hassle and go buy the actual product on Amazon.

I loved most of your items but none are made to fit me! I bought for family members! I gave a 3star rating simply for the long time receiving my items AND they were staggered in receiving each item with spacing the items received!
The photos in you online ad are not what I received. The product was too small for the size I ordered and return shipping was a joke. I kept getting emails with % discounts off my price to encourage me to keep the item instead of a return label. It would have cost me more than the item was worth to return because it would have had to go back to China.

I did not receive any help with my order. I received the wrong shirt. The one i ordered had fleece at the cuffs and was lined in fleece. The details even indicated that. I could not get anyone to admit you sent the wrong shirt. I will not order again and have told my friends about this awful experience.
i did not have a good experience with chat or e-mail. they would not admit they sent the wrong shirt, even when i sent pictures and your own 'details' of the shirt i would receive. they just ghosted me.

The clothing I received was very good. The sizes do tend to run a little small. I ordered at least 5 items. They came in 3 or 4 shipments. One of the shipments contained a Christmas present. The USPS said it was delivered, but I didn't receive it. I don't usually have problems with the USPS, but I have had one other instance (with a different company) where they said it was delivered but it wasn't. I contacted Lillicloth and basically they just gave me a 800 number for the post office. Not helpful. Won't buy from them again.

I really liked the look of each shirt I ordered, but one XL fit good and another XL was too big. I also had ordered a small shirt for a gift and it is way too big also. Because of the cost of returning the one shirt, I'm going to keep it and hope that she may use it to sleep in.
I have ordered clothes here and they are much cheaper than a designer's website. I ordered some designs and I compare them with other sites, they always have the best discounts. They have good selections. But get them when you can because they sell out fast. I have never had a problem so I have never dealt with customer service.

The boots I ordered are cute and fit perfectly. When I tried on the shirts, half of them were too small and very form fitting. I had ordered the same size for everything, not taking into account how much spandex was in the garments. I'll be returning the shirts I can't use.

I do like two of the three items I purchased. However, the last item was labeled as "Deep Red" and what I got was an odd color. It was like amber mated with purple. I have no clue how to describe the color. I just know how to NOT describe it. NOT deep red! Lol. The blue and "transparent" earrings are very cute. The blue is true to its description.
I thought the earrings would be great for stocking stuffers.

A free item was missing from our order. Because I paid for it they couldn't fix it. The price would NOT have changed! I had to cancel my order and do it again. Because I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the refund (RIDICULOUS! They can take our money right away, can't they?) I had to cut something else from my order for myself.
Because I was stupid. I thought the hat and earrings would be great for the stockings.

I don't know what they use for fabric in their products but it's not like anything I've ever seen. It's stiff and unwearable on most of the items.
Secondly, if you have any issues with any item know that they will not do a return unless YOU pay to ship it back and wait a REALLY long time for them to accept and acknowledge the product when it gets back to them in China.
Third, shipping times are VERY long plus nothing arrives together. Tested the company with 4 pieces and after over 5 weeks, still waiting for 2 of them to arrive.
Fourth, if you are used to US sizing, you'll be surprised. The sizing on the items is a lot different than US sizes.
Overall, it's a waste of money time and energy. HIGHLY recommend passing on this company and going somewhere else.
Better-than-average experience, except... no matter how many times I go to MENS, when I pick a specific T-shirt design from a page of mens T-shirts it shows me a variety of colors - 75% of which are womens (or maybe just the picture is of the womens version?) and some of which aren't even T-shirts. Nobody else does this, it's hella confusing.
Update after receiving both T-shirts: prompt delivery and basically as-expected, but both shirts look like they are printed just SLIGHTLY crooked. A few degrees, not enough to make it worth returning them, just enough to bug me every time my eye catches it.

Fun t-shirt designs (just in time for Halloween!) caught my eye. Ordering experience turned out to be weird. Made 1 online order of 3 tees but then that order appeared twice on my credit card record. When I tried to cancel the second order (via CHAT), not only the 2nd order but one of the t-shirts (the one I originally wanted) was also cancelled! Last week I did receive at least 2 tees of the original but will think twice before ordering from Lilicloth again.
I have ordered several times from Lilicloth and been totally satisfied with my purchases but this last time I was not. I am usually a size small in their tops - I ordered 6 tops this time and 3 fit and 3 were way too small. They discourage returns so I will give them to charity. At least I had a great coupon!
