I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
Ordered Dec 8,2021. Estimated shipping shown on your site was 12-15 days. The order was sent in pieces over the next 40 days. I finally got the last piece Jan 18,2022. You're not getting any more business from me and likely not from anybody else either with such poor shipping performance.

The service at this online boutique is great, one of my shirts was a bit badly printed, which I didn't like. I sent his customer service team an email with photos explaining what had happened and he was quick to respond and offered to reorder my order at no additional charge. The new clothes arrived in just a few days and they look great.
My new Pants are like the photos on this website: Good quality, with double and wide band at the waist that in turn contains an elastic that does not seem to bother. For young or modern women of any age, very cheerful and modern, and fabric thick enough not to pierce.
I bought 5 t-shirts. In different sizes and they were all too small. So lam sending them back. Now here's the good part. They are going to give me 40% of my money back. And l have to pay the postage which l bet will be the 40% that l get back this is B.S. No wonder they places don't last long

The website is all over the place. It doesn't remember that I pay in GBP. There are offers of discount for 50%, 10%, & 20% -?-! Crazy! You don't have an express delivery, but when I went over a certain amount it was free, then it was $17.99. Not a great experience.

I can't comment yet on the product, as it's been three weeks and as best I can tell it has not yet arrived in the US from China. It was ordered Dec. 5, intended as a Christmas gift. After placing the order, all I received was an email thanking me: no order number, no confirmation of what I ordered. Then, nothing. No way to check the order at their Web site. After about a week I emailed them, and to, their credit received a prompt response that my order was shipped six days after I ordered, providing some tracking numbers. As best I can tell the package has been "in transit now to the US for 15 days. There is a USPS tracking number once it gets through customs. The Web site said it would be two to three weeks for delivery. At this point, this shouldn't be blamed on "supply chain" problems. Future buyers we aware.

This site showed up on my Twitter feed just as I was looking for a gift for my wife. Great pictures, good prices. I showed her the dress online she liked it very much. It was supposed to arrive on February 23. It showed up on March 8. It was very lightweight cheap printed fabric. The dress in the catalogue appeared to be embroidered. No pockets, no lining stitched together in pieces. It looked like a copy of the nice dress they had on display. It only cost a little over $40. So I guess you get what you pay for but I will never deal with this misleading vendor again.
On the upside the sizing was good and order tracking worked okay.
But the quality was sub par

It is a pleasure to order on this website. Very efficient and useful in every way. Last year I ordered 3 jumpers, I love them, they all look great, despite the washes. I love seeing more options for my online purchase this year.
Got emails regarding product tracking but ineffective. One email stated didn't know where it was, others said tracking number included but they never worked. Talked to service person and she had no idea. Just when I was about to cancel it showed up.

It took four weeks to receive the merchandise, the sizes were all wrong and the return is only accepted if I pay to ship back to China. Their return policy does not say anything about this important fact. There are better places in USA to buy from.

The shirts run small and the ones made of t shirt material will not fit but the ones with polyester in them have enough stretch that they work. Good quality shirts. Shipping was really delayed but doubtful it was their fault as everything runs behind these days.

Works good on a desk top or laptop computer, but the mobile version is difficult to navigate. Also when you select a shirt you want, it shows various colors it comes in but when you click on some colors, it brings up an entirely different shirt with the same logo but different style.

I have tried a large number of shopping websites, however this one was exceptional among other encounters I have had. Many clothes, High quality and many styles, Also, the lowest costs. Really suggested, I have requested some tops for myself and my sister. Thank you very much.

Today I received my order of 4 of the BE KIND t-shirts. DO NOT ORDER THESE. YES, they were only $5 each, but I wasted $20. See photo attachment. The lettering ws peeling off within the package. I can only imagine what these will look like after a washing. OMG! NOT returnable! Clever! Very clever! I will not buy again! The text is apparently painted on. The missing "black" was scattered within the package. NOT OK!

Personally, it is difficult for me to shop at a physical store and find items that fit my body type and style, but this website has it all to my liking. I love their fashion sense and great low prices, but check the size chart before ordering.
I ordered a skirt for the summer. It arrived very promptly, exactly as described and appears to be of very good quality. I haven't tried it on yet but am very pleased with the experience so far. Four stars only because very few things are really perfect!

Was the poorest buying experience I have had on the internet. State locked on wrong state twice. Had trouble getting my pay pal account to work. Poor advertising saying you have a discount and when you sign up it requires a bigger purchase. Shipping cost is totally out of line for one t-shirt. P S see no reason you require phone number when you have my email and address.

I previously wrote a review because I was disappointed that my order did not arrive. They arrived today and I am very happy, the quality is great and they fit very well. The online customer service was also very helpful. A recommendation would be to make sure that the clothes are delivered on time, since this generates dissatisfied customers, but I understand that due to the pandemic it may take much longer than expected!
I need to return two items that don't fit. Talked with someone on chat, then live who gave me the order number (which did not appear anywhere on the paperwork) and said she sent a notice to return dept. and they would contact me. No contact to date and now the 30 day return time has passed. I am VERY disappointed and most likely will not order from them again unless this gets resolved.
