I ordered some items on December 4 with the impression that it would be delivered before Christmas. Today I find out that 3/4 of my order will not make it for Christmas. I went on a chat with a representative but still did not get any resolve on my delivery. I am just hoping after seeing all these reviews that the items I ordered are not bad or extremely not worth the price I paid. Sad day knowing I will not get my brother's gifts for Christmas which were very unique and never saw them anywhere else. Lastly had I known this was not in USA I would have never placed this order. Your shipping cost are outrages. I wish you had a tracking method and current info where in the process the item is. Your products seem great, yet pricing and shipping are an issue. Would like to store shipping addresses for multiple locations. Cheap fabric. Burlap bag with a design.

Pictures make clothing look better than in reality. Some things fit, some did not. Learned to seriously examine the picture. Also most tops fir small. I'm not a big person, and would advise going up a size. Some things were super cute. Took over a month to receive order.

If you are displeased with your product you have a set time frame to have it returned or you will not get it returned -- you also have to ship it via tracking which cost more that an item is worth. I also found with sizes you should go one size up but for t-shirts they are comfortable. I would never buy knitted items, jewelry, or items that seem to good to be true they usually are not as advertised as you can see in the photo attached.

Ran into problems accessing PayPal from Firefox, my preferred browser.

I am actually offended that almost half of my total charges for one t-shirt was $10 for shipping something that is much, much less than a pound.

I have brought several clothes from this online boutique and have always found them to be of a high standard. High-quality items that are stylish and modern, be it clothing or accessories. I've always been very impressed!

Interesting and varied selection that made shopping fun! I had to check sizing on each item because that also varied. I wear small sizes, but many of the items were still bigger than what I would select.

My first time to this site and I enjoyed shopping here. Loved my sweatshirts. I recommend that you order larger than normal. Just go by the size charts they provide. Very Happy with my purchase. Thank you

These shirts are amazing. I bought them as gifts for an early Sister Christmas get together, and everyone loved them. (Including myself). The size for all of them were right on. Nice, warm, comfy and wonderful looking.

Items were ordered well before Christmas as gifts and were still being advertised even though they were not in stock. I was also promised a discount because of the lateness, that, so far, I have not received.

Favorite online store I shop regularly on this website. They have a great variety and are really affordable! It is always easy to go back to the internet and buy something else. I will keep coming back.

You offer all kinds of discounts that are never available at checkout for multiple reasons. I would have ordered more, but it was too frustrating. Never got 40% off 4th or 5th one free. At one point had 6 items in my carts and no discounts and promotions applied. You loss. Finally order one sweatshirt for my wife and hope I won't regret it

After I placed my order I did not get any kind of confirmation number or email. So, I reached out by email and got a quick answer with the tracking information. Because the order was coming from China, it took a while but this was disclosed up front. When the shirts arrived they fit my wife well and the quality was good. I was relieved because I definitely did not want to deal with exchanging them. I had read a few negative reviews after placing the order but my experience was just fine. Good job!

Didn't know how I would feel about so much synthetic fabric, but it's really not bad. The sweatshirts are more like long sleeved t shirts. Order big! I found the sizes seem smaller than I thought they would be, and I thought I ordered my shirts plenty large. I thought the jewelry was pretty nice for such low prices. I think these shirts are so much fun! Thought everything arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

There appears to be no standardization in sizing. I ordered 5 t-shirts; 4 in 1 size & 1 in the next larger size. Only 2 were the same size when held up together & tried on. There also seems to be a quality control issue. I had ordered 2 exactly the same shirt & size. One had no finished hem on sleeves & bottom while the other did. While the material is stated as "cotton-blend," it feels like 95% synthetic. This company is located in Hong Kong so it took weeks to receive my order. I love the sayings they offer so will keep the shirts to wear around home, but will not purchase from this company again.

Your website state there was a code for $30 off of $139 my subtotal was clearly more than that and I was told it could not be applied. Not cool! Also stated that there is free shipping with orders over $109. Again, that did not happen until I had $159! False advertising!

5 Star Service The customer service team at this online boutique is very helpful! I always send emails with questions about my orders or new releases and they are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a new dress!

I have made two purchases online here I have not found any problem. Both items (a pair of sandals and a business style dress) were as described and arrived on time. It is cheap but without losing quality, so I am happy to recommend it.

I had to return a beautiful dress on this website that I bought for my niece, it was my fault, I chose the wrong size. She received professional help. I felt really bad, but they made me feel so much better by giving me a store credit and a chance to buy again. Thanks for the great service.

I ordered 5 shirts on 5/30/22. They have not been delivered as of 6/10/22. I contacted them and they told me not to expect them until 6/22/22. The event I wanted the shirts for has passed. I asked them for a refund and they refused. I looked up where it was shipping from and the order is coming from CHINA. They don't tell you this when ordering the shirts, in fact they appear to be a local American company. Stay away.

Urchin difficulty. And, why if I was quoted a price of $16.99, am I billed $24.98?
I have used your site before and always had trouble. My purchases were gifts. This product is for me. I am curious as to the quality and arrival time.

If your crap items even show up, try to sidestep the smell. They send endless messages about "just be patient, your items are on the way... and if you pay for faster shipping, they just take your money and send it on a slow drifting barrel raft from china, taiwan or viet nam. ZERO STARS

Very easy to do. However, nothing fit. I didn't realize that this came from overseas. I learned a very valuable lesson; be sure and find out where you are ordering from. Evidently the sizes are completely different in England and China.
