I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
I liked the items and their being so differently fun! Delivery was very fast! Pleased with almost everything. Ordered same size in everything but one item was shorter than I like thins. Please put length in your listings on sizes. Nice if you could show back of items also. All in all I am pleased with purchases!

Exactly as I see them on the web, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order from another country, the shipping has taken longer than expected, but not so long, it is worth the wait.
Love the shirts on the site, but I had to wait 3 weeks for package to get here - it didn't say anything about it coming from China. It finally gets here and is supposed to be a Men's XL - when in reality, it fits like a Women's Medium. If I want to return it, I have to pay international shipping charges and wait probably an additional 6 weeks. You seriously need to re-consider shirt sizing if you want to retain customers. (I did find the same shirt on Amazon, can arrive in 3 days, and stays at the $16.99 price, because I don't have to pay additional $16 for international shipping!)
they offered 15% refund but noted that I would have to pay international shipping fees to return it. (I already paid international shipping fees just to get it! and it didn't even fit because XL is not US Men's XL, it's US Womens Medium.

Online system is confusing and took a couple of days to understand before completing my order
Shirts were significantly smaller than what a Large should be.
Immediately after I ordered, I googled and learned this and emailed "customer service" within 10 minutes of my order to request one size larger to compensate. I was told no. Piss poor service.
No matter how nice your shirts are, no matter how much I may like the print, I can see no reason to order from a company with this level of "service".
Sizes are significantly smaller than true size. Customer service was useless in attempting to remedy. Buyer warned.

It took over a month to receive items. Quality was very low and item pictures did not match items received. Return polity requires you to pay return international shipping and customs fees. They offer 15% on all returns if you do not return them so I recommend if you purchase anything from them you should request RMA and take the 15% rebate since the stuff is really not worth what you paid for it.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from these folks. It is not evident that this is a Chinese company and return policy is onerous. Quality is poor.

Shopping experience good, good selection, good prices. The shipping cost are over the top though. I received a top which came damaged, the print on it was damaged most likely during the printing process. All they would give me was a 30% refund. I paid full price for the top so why would I be happy with only 30% of that? They said keep the top, sure but I'm not about to wear it out in public, as intended, with a misprint.

Many of the items were way to small even though based on the sizing chart on line they should have fit. Marked as final there was no opportunity to exchange for larger size. Some of the fabric is very thin.

This company is a complete scam. The items I received bore no resemblance to what I ordered. Like everyone else I was told returns had to go to China. If you persist they will eventually offer 35% refund but I haven't got them to go higher than that although I have harassed them as mercilessly as I can think to. Not done yet although they have informed me they plan to stop responding to me. No way this company has even one favorable review.

I ordered a top and it was shipped Nov. 30,2020. Here it is Feb. 11,2021 and they will not re-send or refund my money. It must be 11 times I have followed up and all they say is when it is confirmed they will re send or refund. No one can confirm where the heck my order is. I have never been so frustrated with a company before.
2 of the shirts were fine the "i'm fine" shirts came much, much darker then shown in the ad.

My order arrived sooner than I thought it would. The items were all as described and the prices make lovely things available to customers who do not have a lot of disposable income to spend. The only drawback was the shipping charges which are incredibly high and so the inexpensively priced items are not so inexpensive in the end.
I chose Lilicloth because I saw a pop-up ad while I was on my computer. The clothing items in that ad were very attractive so I went on-site to look at their full offerings. They have some very unique clothing and gift items that are very affordable.
I have 5 grandchildren who I like to buy unique gifts for. For my first order from Lilicloth I bought five pillow covers which had funny quotes on them that I knew the children would love. I haven't seen anything like them in stores where I live. They were a big hit with the kids!
I love the items which Lilicloth sells and I would love to shop here again BUT the shipping charges are incredibly high and so the inexpensively priced items are not so inexpensive at all.

What a pleasant experience it was to buy with this website. I was able to find clothes according to body type, belly, big breasts, long legs, etc., guarantee that the product fits me well. My clothes arrived very fast. The quality of the clothes is also excellent.

I should have gone with my own instincts rather than rely on your size chart: that cost me both time, and money. The fact that your "BRAND" has the customer pay for returns only shows that you expect, and have a high stream of unsuccessful orders with one-time-only purchases.
EDIT ADDED: Having read your "instructions" there appears to be no way to contact your company for any customer service support. With your company being out of the country, trying to contact China support is not a viable means of customer service. I'm all for export trade when the product is high quality. Do a better job of making yourselves available via either online chats or toll-free calling options, if you're truly trying to stay in business and develop a steady stream of repeat shoppers.

I have ordered multiple items multiple times and have always received my clothes without problems. I don't recommend buying jewelry, it's my taste, but clothes have never let me down. They provide customer images on some items, so if in doubt, read the reviews and see the photos. I recently ordered seven shirts and after a week I received an email informing me that my order was on its way and I was awarded points, which is equal to store credit. Congratulations on the good service!

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.
