Lilicloth

The clothes looked great and the prices were greater. Items tore before putting them on. The clothes labels said dry clean only. The t-shirts were cool but way smaller than the size I chose. Nothing from the shipment went on vacation with me even though they arrived in time. I feel that I wasted my money.

Ok for younger people, not what I expected, very thin material, I got several tees most sewing good but one had no hem on sleeves or bottom of tee, sleeves to short to hem.

I love using this online boutique for all kinds of events and just cute everyday pieces. Sometimes it is difficult to know how things will fit together, but it is very easy to return things when necessary! I have several really cool dresses from here that I love to wear!

Shipping charges are very high and it takes forever to get it here from China. You should tell people that shipping times are very long. I missed out on giving one of the 2 shirts I ordered to my wife for her birthday and had to find a different gift.

I ordered several shirts because they looked interesting and the graphics were either beautiful or clever! Unfortunately, I should have paid more attention to the measurements. They are all at least one size too small. The beautiful sweatshirt is 2 or 3 sizes too small. Even the sleeves are too tight.
Also, when shopping, it would be more efficient if, when I used the back button, I was returned to where I left off instead of the beginning of the "catalog."

The sweaters look good on line but when you receive them they are see thru. Very poor material. I ordered 2 pull over items both the same size. One would fit a 12 year old and the other would fit a large football player. But it says are they are both the same size. Upon trying to return these items, I was offered 15% cash back as it was too expensive to return to CHINA of all places. Amen.

The shirt that I received looked very different than the one in the sales photo and I was shocked to see how poor the materials were. The shipping took forever and the item was received well after Christmas so it became a birthday gift. When I registered for a return I was informed that returns go to china at my cost and may have expensive customs charges so they offered me a 15% cash refund instead, quite a slap in the face. I still have not been provided with the shipping address to return it so I cannot determine the actual cost to return which is on the buyer. I will never shop from Lilicloth again after this experience.

I am so obsessed with this online boutique. I can't think of a more stylish and addictive way to dress up and look pretty. Also, their customer service is really friendly. Now I have bought it 5 times this year and I can say that it has been really satisfactory. Now I'm in love with a red dress... They really make me feel like a princess.

Peyton went above and beyond to work with us, despite our complex situation. He was the only insurance agent that I have worked with that found a solution that WORKS for US. Super friendly, passionate, and knew what he was talking about! Give that man a RAISE haha! (if you see this Peyton, thank you!)

If I'm spending over $100, I should be able to use some discount codes or get better shipping rates. When you send a discount code that says for EVERYTHING, then make sure it is not just on certain items. That discourages me from large orders in the future. For the most part, happy with the items received. Shipping was fast, no issues there.

Great dresses and excellent customer service. I bought a couple of dresses online, which came with free shipping and arrived within 2 weeks. The dresses were excellently priced and of excellent quality. I had a query that I emailed them about and they responded very quickly and went out of their way to help me. Thank you team! Very impressed and soon I will buy here again x

This was the first time I have ordered from Lilicloth and will not order again. I ordered items mid November and they did not even begin to process the order for shipping until a month later. Then it somehow went to the wrong destination 10 days later. When I contacted them for either re shipping the goods to the correct address or refunding my money they said no to both. According to the tracking information from USPS the goods would be returned to the shipper. In effect Lilicloth is getting double, the product back and my money. Making sure I tell my friends, family and anyone else about this so they do not make the mistake I made by ordering from Lilicloth.

Pretty easy. Will wait to see how soon items arrive - if within the stated time.
Tee-shirts arrived. Won't order again. Were not finished - no hems on sleeves and bottom of shirt. Already starting to unravel. Were not cut on the straight of grain.

Easy to order, But then the waiting delivery begins. I emailed them 3 times and got the same return email saying the exact same thing. Had a delivery date of December 23,2021 never received my order until January 05,2022. Not the best experience

First time I tried, two items were dropped from my cart when I was checking out. Finally got all items ordered but one item was supposed to be a size large and I got an XL. Probably won't order anything from them again.

The "discount" was deceiving and the payment for delivery way too high for a 12-15 day period. Also it seems this was paid through Paypal rather than my Visa as intended. I only received part of my order and the rest never came!

The clothes are of good quality, exactly as on the website, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order from another country the shipment has taken longer than I expected, but not so much.

The item was not explained or photographed well. It was more like long sleeve thermal wear than an outer top. I'm giving it to charity rather than returning it. Less trouble. Also, it didn't have a garment tag as required for a return.

The site works well, first time purchaser so hoping quality is good. Shipping seems a bit high for a single t-shirt. The shirt arrived (finally) took awhile but worth the wait I would say. The quality was good and my friend loved it.

I am disappointed in that I ordered an XL, knowing it would fit me well according to the size chart. What I received was an XL by label in the neck, but more of a M in actual dimensions. I'll keep the shirt because who do I give it to? And I'm not paying to return it. I've worn it once - at home - after stretching it every which way possible. It was still uncomfortably small and that's why I'll be the only one ever to see it. I got it to have people read it and get a little laugh and that's not going to happen.

It looks great on me and I was concerned that most long dresses are too long. I can wear flat shoes with the one I buy online here and it's perfect for the summer. You should be modest when sitting to avoid showing too much, as the slit is high and seems to rise a bit when sitting.

I realize the time frame for delivery (4 weeks) is certainly not unreasonable since, the product is coming from so far away (I'm in Canada). I was totally thrilled with the sizing; fit; quality and feel of all the shirts I ordered. I really appreciated the Tote Bag (which I'm assuming was a gift with purchase) - nice touch!

First of all... I got an email regarding my purchase. It was asking me to respond to it! It offered "yes, I received it" and then it had options about not receiving my order, etc. But these second offers had NO place to click on! So I am using this option to complain! Where is my order for a shirt with Algebra saying on it? I received the other 3 shirts but NEVER got this one!
