I only buy the perfect clothes, on this website I found what I was looking for a tight dress and a long one. The shipment comes very well packed and adapts perfectly to my body. At the moment I have washed one of the dresses and it has no loss of color, although I recommend not washing it with hot water. They are comfortable and pleasant to the touch.

This is the second time I have purchase clothing from your company. I do love your T-shirts with expressive sayings and thoughts that I and others may have thought about, and now find them printed on a T-shirt for all the world to see what exactly I am thinking. I love this idea, and have often gotten comments from people who read the sayings on my shirts and expressed their delight with what they were reading. The price for majority of your clothing is mostly inexpensive as the majority of the clothing is not made here in the United States. I have found one or two of your items, (dresses) that are not up to the quality and standard I would approve. Your T-shirts are absolutely fabulous!

I placed another order 2/17 hoping for 3/04 delivery. All I know to date is the order has been processed. I'm giving you six weeks to deliver this order. If it takes longer than that I'll change my rating to one star.
The order process is a bit cumbersome. When I look at one product and then attempt to move to another I must go back to square one.

When I finally received my clothing (that I ordered 6 weeks prior), I was extremely disappointed. All of the descriptions said made from cotton, BUT they were CHEAPLY made of polyester! They look nothing like they do in the online photos. In addition, the colors of some of the items were not as depicted online. Everything was very cheaply made. I tried to send the items back for a refund, but they apparently are shipped out of CHINA. It cost $70 to ship back! Ridiculous false advertising. The country of origin should be stated online with the advertisment! Please dont waste your money like I did. I ended up giving most of the brand new items to Good Will. :(

... but both items shipped to me are pretty much useless.
All the pictures described the shirt as a T shirt although clearly pictured was an athletic shirt; so I ordered the T shirt and got the athletic shirt... ahhh well.
The frantic "I'm fine" cat shirt was sent in a size I would have proudly worn during my gym-attending phase, but hardly a men's xl.

I emailed them and they sent me links to measure the correct size for me. They kept me updated with the progress throughout the process. I cannot say enough about how great it is to deal with this website. Plenty of reasonably priced clothing to choose from and the website is easy to negotiate. If I could, they would get more stars. Thank you, I am a very happy return customer.

Easy shop, reasonably fast delivery. Although Sequins are falling off without even wearing the dress. However overall great shopping experience.

I requested return instructions but they didn't work. I used your measurements but the sweat shirt was too small. Also, there was another defect. The fabric was bunched up under one of the stars and the star split when I was examining it. Money wasted. This shirt is going to the recycle store and I won't be buying anything else from you.

Excellent, quality clothes and also different. I love his unique style, vintage clothes adapted to our time. Everything I bought feels great, there is no person who does not comment on my outfit. Congratulations on getting your own style, I love it.

Trouble going back to shopping after adding to cart. Trouble getting correct discount or sale price when buying 5 or 6 items. Never saw shipping choices, was assigned standard shipping, may have chosen faster shipping reason but may not shop here again

From selection to payment the experience was good. The goods arrived sooner than expected and I was informed all the way which was reassuring. My wife loves the product as do many of her friends. I have referred them onto your website.

I would never have ordered from this company if I knew that returns are mailed back to China. After I get my refund I will have spent $46 to look at & try on the clothes, which didn't fit well at all.

Order took a full month to arrive. Never received a ship date when ordering and no correspondence from company for several weeks. Used size chart for size but shoulders and sleeves huge in size not in proportion with rest of the top.

I thought the designs were stunning and ordered 4 pieces, however was immensely disappointed when clothes arrived. The fabric and fabrication was very very low quality. When I requested a return label they tell me it has to be sent back to China with all fees like customs etc according to their return policy stated on the website. HOWEVER the online policy does NOT mention anything about having to return it to overseas!

I ordered several items and only a couple were even close to decent. Sewing quality was terrible and the material would no lay correctly. One quarter zip had the zipper so crooked we had to look at it to see if it was intentional. Awful

When we tried to return items, we were told they had to be mailed back to China and "any Customs fees" were our responsibility. They offered us a 15% refund in lieu of return. 15%

If you like waiting two months for the very lowest tier shipping service from China, these are the guys for you. Never mine emailing to complain. Instead of owning the problem of their abysmal shipping they just blame it on somebody else.

This was a re-order because the item I sent to my friend for Christmas was made out of Nylon and so thin & lightweight it would hardly keep her hands warm in the Montana winter. So I'm hoping these items are better quality because at least they say they are "knit".

They gave me a 15% refund, which is nothing in the scheme of the deceptive advertising and the shipping costs.

Your site kept putting things that I didn't want into my cart when I was placing my order. That was very annoying. I liked the sweatshirts though, and ordered one as a gift. I placed the order on December 16 in hopes of giving it to a colleague who moved to another job after January 7. It just arrived on January 15. I know postal delivery in the states has been slow but wow! This was astonishingly slow. As for the actual sweatshirt, I though I was ordering a women's medium. It is very big so now I wonder if it was unisex sizing. That should be made clear on your site if it's the latter. Since it had a woman model, I assumed women's sizing. This will be a bit big for the recipient, but that's ok. Also, the material isn't really sweatshirt material. It's more like really good quality t-shirt material. All that said, I think the recipient will love it anyway.

Well, they basically said it was going to take a while to be delivered. It did. One month.

I bought shoes here but unfortunately they did not arrive, I contacted the delivery courier, but to no avail and no luck, so I contacted the store. They were very quick with their response. Then I received an email informing me that my shoes had been re-shipped as replacement. I was amazed and impressed! I was not expecting a replacement, I was only reporting the loss of the item. Anyway, I am very happy and very grateful, your customer service has exceeded my expectations and your delivery is also very fast. I would definitely buy them online here again! Thanks again.

5 stars for this website! They deserve it! It is my favorite online store. Somehow I came across when looking for clothing stores to browse online. Always has discounts for amazing clothes. You can get great products at a great price, they also have my taste in clothes that convinced me. I don't think any other online store can make me change my mind.

Very good shopping experience. Love variety of items & styles, colors, etc. Appreciate sizing chart but it's inconsistent with some styles/materials. Second time I've ordered & 2 out of 2 times - using sizing chart for item - a couple of items were too small and/or tight so I gifted to another. However, I love the material of all items I've purchased & plan to return.

I remember when clothes were manufactured in the United States and the dyes were crisp. That rarely happens anymore. The clothes I bought do fit except for two items of 4. I just want to exchange but there is no easy way to do that.
I sent an email to their customer service on Saturday, September 4. It is now September 7. Because of the holiday I hope to hear from them by Thursday, September 9. I believe that that is reasonable.

Have not received any response yet, waiting a week before I contact again.

I bought a pair of shoes online, which came with free shipping and arrived within 2 weeks. Also the dresses had an excellent price and excellent quality. I had a query that I emailed them about and they responded very quickly and went out of their way to help me. Thank you! Very impressed
