I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
I have always bought clothes and accessories online here and the delivery and shipping process is always fast. I love it because they have so much unique fashion that I can't find online anywhere else. Also a lot of discounts, which is very tempting to buy more! :)

I ordered two shirts for my mom, which went missing. Upon emailing the site, I received responses from Jasmine, Jemma, Joan, and Kathy blaming me for missing packages and said there was nothing they could do, and to check with my neighbors. Over a month after the expected date was when my mom received her separate order, and my order was placed in her order. I was then accused of lying about missing the packages. The email correspondence was extremely unprofessional. Never buying from this site again.

I have ordered a few times and love the shirts and options. Pricing is great too. I just wish there was a bulk shirt purchase discount for total amount not certain size and color only. That's rough as I don't need a lot in 1 size and color so I wish that was different otherwise all around Great experience thus far!
Good prices, website was easy to navigate including the chekout process. The only reason I gave it 3 starts is because I went by the sizing measurements and out of almost 10 items, only 4 fit accurately. Rest will be sold or given away. So, I'm disappointed.

Didn't like quality of all items. Upon request to return some got no responce, then after chat got offer for 40% off from price tag and keep items, as shipping will cost me the rest 60% anyway. Crazy return policy!

Sizing is WAY off, by 2 sizes at least, unless you get a T-shirt, then it's almost accurate. Communications for issues or questions is horrible. Tracking is difficult at best. Returns aren't even worth the effort because shipping pretty much eliminates whatever amount would be returned.

Oh what a most terrible, awful, very bad experience. Clothing arrived 30 day's after ordering. Communication is nil. "Customer Service" has to be a robot or these people are AI's. They "mass generated" a reply to my complaint of the toxic chemicals they use on their clothing. Policy states "buyer pays return shipping" BYW: $74.35 back to CHINA which is why we shop in the USA right. Lesson learned.
Poor, poor quality clothing and they stick it to ya' if you are not satisfied. Seriously the worst company ever!

Fabric feels great when new. I washed once and the t-shirt shrank in length so much you can see my belly. Poor return policy for what I weould consider a defective product. Shipping details not provided either until I tried to get a refund as they shipped in 3 shipments.

I placed on order around Thanksgiving for Christmas presents. As I write this (January 20th), there are still items that are still showing "in transit" (even though their website says they shipped several weeks ago). Only one item (out of 6) was decent quality and looked like the picture on the website. Customer service said that I could return them to their distribution center in China (but I would be responsible for overseas shipping charges). They offered a whopping 15% credit if I would just keep the goods and forget the whole thing. PLEASE save your money! Don't order from this company!

I had to do the PayPal process 3 times. 'Spinning wheel' did not confirm my credit card went through. Like millions ordering products from overseas, it seemed to take more time to receive order. However, I will continue to browse and shop for items on Lilicloth.

The holiday sweatshirt fit the season and was attractive. The other sweatshirt fit my spouse PERFECTLY and with humor as well.

As a follow up to my original comment, tried to get some info from the company on why my order was taking so long to ship and NEVER GOT A REPLY. Not even an acknowledgement of the question. Nothing. It was much longer than the 2 weeks. That is really sad because I liked their products enough to buy from them again in the future, but I can't reward bad customer care. Then one day the shipment showed up without notice. They had my address because they spammed me the whole time with more things to buy, but didn't care enough to follow up on an inquiry.

I saw a shirt I liked
Excellent online service. I ordered 3 tops just before the virus arrived. He was concerned that they would not be able to reach the country or that it could take months, so he asked to cancel the order. They were very helpful, canceled and refunded my money without a problem. I will buy from them again this time as the situation clears up.
Shipping free made this purchase an option for me. Website has funny graphics; I just find the shipping charges usually a little out of my price range. Customer service, when contacted, was not too interested in my small order. The arrival of the product I had bought for vacation took so long it came a week after I got back. Probably would have ordered more if CS and expected arrival dates were more accurate. I have found Temu now so will give them a try.

The message about entering your email and receiving 15% off is deceiving because you have to spend $79 to make that happen, which isn't revealed until after you enter your email This is a deceptive practice as I don't need $79 worth of merch from your company, but 15% off, as promised, would have been nice.
I followed the t-shirt I wanted for my husband.
It is my favorite online store. Somehow I came across when looking for clothing stores to browse online. Always has discounts for amazing clothes. You can get great products at a great price, they also have my taste in clothes that convinced me. I don't think any other online store can make me change my mind.
Web sight is user friendly but if we had known they were coming from China we wouldn't have ordered them. All three T shirts have shrunk at least one size, maybe more. They don't stand up well to being laundered.

I normally use this online boutique to shop for clothes, I have found that the variety of clothes on offer there is something for everyone. I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots, clothes, accessories, various types of jewelry (just be sure to check the size), contacting me via email is not a problem, great.

The tops (not T's) I ordered are very large for a small frame so I returned. I loved the wool socks, they are loose which is hard to find in most stores, (some people cannot wear tight binding socks) so I appreciated that. I bought several Christmas presents for 2021 (planning WAY ahead). EVERY single item was garbage. Poor quality and wildly inaccurate sizing. I have WalMart summer t-shirts that are heavier material (I can see through) than the "sweatshirts" that I purchased. They only allow for 15 days to "return" an item. Impossible to do if they are gifts. I cannot find any directions (address, form, etc) to send back. They provide their return policy but that is useless unless you can locate the forms. I also read that because shipping and fees are so high that Lilicloth will provide a 40% refund in lieu of returning the items. Something is better than nothing but I am NOT holding my breath.
