First time I'm using this site. Love the casual styles & clothing but really like the great phrases etc. Guess we'll see what gets delivered... Stay tuned. Ps. Really hope the actual clothing stands up well and doesnt get holes or fall apart in a year.

I love my new dress! It was perfect. Very light and comfortable. I got tons of compliments for it. You can see through the material, so the right underwear is a must. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this clothing website!

I bought 5 items 4 weeks before Christmas only to receive 1 in time. Two more showed up today and I'm still waiting for 2 more. My wife shops often online and never waits more than 7 to 10 days. You need to improve on this.Irratating

I always buy clothes from this website because they have nice styles at a reasonable price. I also like that they have a lot of offers and free shipping. Also, their customer service is very helpful and gets back to you quickly. I have been shopping on this site for over a year.

Shoes I ordered cost $30.90 (USD) but did not fit. They were incorrectly sized. Since it was not cost-effective to return them all the way to China, I accepted a 10% refund ($3.09 received) and will use the shoes as a gift for one of my grand daughter's friends. Lillicloth's products looked decent enough but future purchases with them is not an experience I will likely do again.

I ordered a pair of tops that did not fit and they were very helpful with my return and he was very understanding of the service I have previously purchased from this online boutique and the quality of the clothing is exceptional. It will definitely be my go to for all my clothes.

It began as pleasant, with ease. Never did I receive a "been shipped" & "look for" email for any of my packages. Then after receiving 2 pd for items out of 5 ordered,+ 1 "free" xmas card, things slowed down. I still waited for emails of delivery, no luck. Originally I rec'vd Congrats on successfully submitting your order, came with pretty background in email too all itemized of what I've ordered. I had to reach out 2 times via email, wher is my 5th item ordered? I rec'vd there is no such item...? So I sent back their pretty itemized email. I rec'vd a Express Ship on the 5th item they say I didn't order. Yay. I cannot rate t-shirts, they are gifts. I would like an opportunity to "rate" when Xmas is over.

Started a little discouraged, No customer faith given, had to re-send the original order format / form back to get the end result of what I 'd paid for. This happened 2 times that I had to reach out to say that I was/ am right on what I have oredered.
Cannot attest to the "products" of tshirt or long sleeve yet. bought 3 T's, 2 Long sleeves for my man.

Easy to order, great selection. Hard to track - status has to be manually translated. Tracking status is not timely - weekly (if you are lucky) updates. Tracking updates are vague - "at port", "Warehouse"... what do those mean? Finally, no one really knows when your order will arrive... 20 days... 30 days... who really knows?

Three weeks for late delivery of a holiday gift of a very shabby shirt that does not meet my expectations. I have followed your return instructions that came in the package, and am still waiting for the instructions you were supposed to send so I could return this item. Kindly instruct me how to return this - for credit!

So far nothing has happened. I have asked for return information but that, like the delivery of the shirt, has taken forever. This company is forever off my list.

Your items are cool - I think my wife will like them. But it's always a downer when the shipping costs are almost as much as the product cost. I get why you do it, just letting you know it's a downer. I almost backed out of the sale. If the shirt would have $7-8 more and the shipping $7-8 less, that would have made my shopping experience better. Just one man's opinion :).

I LOVE this website. Not only do they have a large stock and variety of clothing, but the customer service is excellent and the processing and shipping of your orders is very fast. (of course not 2 days, but it certainly exceeds my expectations for retail). They are a shopping destination for me online to dress me up.

My biggest disappointment was fabric was not as described. Cotton was replaced with polyester. Sizing was another issue as small was a large or xl. If you elect to return anything, you have to ship to China or they offer you 15% off the order to allow for alterations. I didn't recognize three of the items as the cut, fabric and color weren't even close to what was pictured.

Nightmare I asked to return was told I had to send to China and pay custom fees it would take months. Threatening me really to agree to only getting 15% of my money back. My review on Yelp will be fire!

So far, looks good. We were concerned that the shirt size may have been selected as top large but it was just right. This gift shirt had a phrase printed on it that was just too perfect for the new owner!

My best friend told me about this online clothing store, I loved it! The designs are very contemporary, it takes a little time to ship but it is worth it, the customer service is good, I will buy again for sure

Overall, my experience was very good! The clothing arrived in time for the intended use. However, I was surprised to see an additional Foreign Transaction charged to my debit/credit card. I simply did not realize that Lilicloth is somewhere outside of the USA. The size charts on some items included seemingly obvious inaccuracies. I was disappointed that the sale discounts and associated price ranges changed if you had to interrupt your order preparation and return to complete the order at at a later point.

Very satisfied with all my clothing purchases here. If someone is a little concerned about buying a product from the internet, I can understand that they were, but since then I have ordered many clothes, I am a very satisfied customer.

We ordered early to receive some discounts for Christmas gifts to kids and grandkids. The items arrived at different times. Once the last item was received we examined them but determined some were too large. Attempted to exchange but they do not accept exchanges, which they consider a return, after 15-days. Have no further plans to purchase from them ever again.

Definitive statement that an exchange is a return and their "website" will not accept exchanges. Essentially, there is no customer "service".

Probably be best to give step by step procedure for folks that are NOT inclined to enter correct information. For the time frame of waiting for my item,very displeased. I specifically requested 3xl. What I received was way too small. Previously I had ordered 3 of the same size and they fit perfectly. I have no idea what went wrong. Is there anyway this error can be corrected or NOT?

Don't order from here. Took months to get my merchandise. Nothing was true to size. The Smalls were actually 2X in size and huge. Then there is no customer service to speak with and they make it extremely difficult to return anything and will eventually offer you a 15% discount to keep the items that are totally useless which I still don't have. I started a return the day I received my stuff and they made sure they did not get it until it was past the 15 day return policy. Worst company I have ever ordered from all around. Any decent review is probably fake as no one could like this place. Awful service and cheap awful clothes! Totally disgusted!
