Lilicloth

I found the website a bit difficult to navigate. The very first items I put in my cart did not go through on order and when I noticed I contacted customer service and they were NOT helpful. If I wanted those items I had to place a whole new order and meet the minimum for free shipping all over again. I believe the minimum for free shipping is very high. Shipping time is extremely long compared to a couple other overseas companies. Products are very nice. I don't think I will order again until they can clear up a few of these things unfortunate faults.

The first two items in my cart were left behind when I completed my order and they would not help me add them to my order that had not been shipped yet, nor would they discount the shipping on a new order. I found that to be very unsatisfactory, when my order was well over the minimum for free shipping.

I enjoyed it. Historically, I've had a difficult time buying clothes for my wife... even after 35 years! :D. I even checked her closets to make sure I was getting the correct sizes. I still missed one. The shirts had extremely long sleeves and the body of the outfit was just not shaped as I was would expect and as the pictures showed. So, I'm a bit disappointed to this end. Everything else was quite good, I even worked with one of the support persons regarding my order and a mistake I made with the order... resolved perfectly. Thanks. You offered a discount if I provided my email when I first opened yours site, that opportunity never presented itself again. Also it would be nice to see an approximate delivery date on the completed order. Upon receiving the shirts that I ordered I discovered that the 2x long sleeve shirt was too small. The size that it said it would fit.didn't! Not going to pay shipping to return to England when it's almost as much as the cost of the shirt. T-shirts are made of the thinnest material possible.

My first time with Lilicloth. I got a discount for signing up but didn't see the place to insert it before using PayPal to check out. So no discount. Also its search engine leaves much to be desired. I input what I want and have to scroll through a ton of irrelevant things.
Also the material on a tank top was so thin that the vinyl iron-on fused the front and the back together.

I bought tops and a sweater all mediums. The material of the tops were thin and horrible. Nothing like the pictures! There were no price tags on them either. I started to wonder if they were used. I want to return them back but you have to jump through their hoops to see if you qualify to return them. Crazy! On a positive note I am keeping the sweater, even though their medium runs towards the smaller size. I will not recommend buying from them.

The shirts are great and of good quality. Shipping is from out of the country (something that wasn't made clear on the order page), but they did arrive. Pricing was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, however, I will probably order from them again.

My experience with these online shopping clothes was and still is really good! They answer my questions and my concerns about orders, if an item does not reach me they will refund it or send it back! I had no problem with this website! And the photos and the real clothes match!

I fell in love with this website from the moment I visited it on the internet... I bought the Cozy Vintage sandals... Spectacular! The size was right for my foot, they are soft and very beautiful. I would like the shipment to arrive in one day hahaha but hey, it's worth waiting a bit:=)

Shirts to small I tried to cancel order after I got the first one but that didn't work. You want me to pay shipping to return which is not right because the merchandise is sized wrong! To get this over with I agreed to a 35% discount and no I'm not happy.

I looked at many different types of boots from many different online stores and websites. The quality of the boots in this store was instantly apparent when I saw it. Shopping with this website is a very satisfying experience for me. And my boots are absolutely beautiful! I will definitely order again.

First time shopper and was disappointed in the sizing as most places I order size large is always true to my size and the two tops I received were somewhat smaller than usual for a large and was going to send back but did not wan to pay for return shipping charges.

Not completely satisfied as I did follow the chat size and ordered according to it but found the sizing is off some and smaller than other large size items I have shopped for and receive but not with Lilicloth as this was my first order

The sweatshirt took almost a month to get here. I assumed the size would run smaller, but I was wrong! It's a true fit for the size. I am satisfied with the sweatshirt. Have a question about why it would be dry clean only? Maybe he writing will come off if washed?

I could not be more disappointed. Am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service. Will not order from this company again. I ordered a Christmas present for my sister on November, 27,2020. I never received an order confirmation and when I tried to confirm my order there was no way to do so. On December 17, I received a shipping confirmation that stated the item I ordered and shipped was a size Small. I ordered an XL because my sister weighs over 200 #s. As soon as I received the shipping info I attempted to contact the company and got no response. There is no telephone # to call so I emailed them again. Here is their response to me, I copied and pasted below exactly as typed in their email:

I will not reorder as the exact same problem could occur. They take no responsibility and I'm expected to pay for shipping both ways. If they had sent an immediate order confirmation this all could have been avoided.

At the initial purchase, I realized that what seemed to be a generous discount on the price of the product was largely wiped out by shipping charges of around the same amount. When the product arrived - a gift for my wife - it did not fit her well. I checked my options. The dollar refund offer was only 10% of the price and if I wanted to return it, I had to cover freight charges back to the product's origin in China. That was something I was unaware of at time of purchase. All in all, I had a very disappointing experience and it's unlikely I will use them again.

A bit confusing for first time ordering. I sign up for email etc. and was supposed to get $10.00 of my first time order, did not get it. Why not? If I had known the product was coming from China instead of the US I would not have ordered it due to the fact you cannot return or exchange for a different size as you have to send it back to China which cost more than the product. Will not order anything again.

The shirts on their web site are fun and cute, so I ordered several.
They charged my credit card right away, but waited several weeks to ship. Then the items took weeks to arrive from China. By then the credit card bill had long since been paid — too late to dispute the charge with the credit card company.
When the shirts finally arrived, they were a full size smaller than labeled and made of the cheesiest fabric I have ever seen. The tees were made of ultra-thin synthetic. (and low quality, even for polyester.) Even the "sweatshirts" were just long-sleeved tees, made of the same icky fabric.
The returns process was as difficult as they could make it.
They will not pay for return shipping, which was nearly as expensive as the shirts. But I paid for it anyway, because I did not want the company to profit from their questionable and manipulative business practices.
It has been over two months since my return packages arrived in China. Still being "held in customs." What a scam!

Never had any issues in the three orders this year. Great selection, continuously adding new items to the already huge selection. And the items are always excellent quality, good fit, all for a great price. I always order at least five for free shipping. And shipping is really prompt. Here in Canada shipping is by Canada Post, not known for its speed, but Lilicloth seems to have a secret way to hustle things up.
Definitely will be back.

I love looking thru the website, very easy to navigate! Lots of really great items and the fabrics are soft and beautiful. My mother shopped Lilicloth and I'm still wearing clothes she purchased years ago. I would have to say, guessing size according to the guides is difficult. I ordered a dress based on my bust size but it was too small in the bust and about 2" too long. I need to return that dress or exchange.

I contacted them to receive a return code they responded right away.

Products look cool, but sizes are at least one size too small (large is not a true American large, but fits like a medium). Also, the "sweatshirts" are not American sweatshirt weight - the fabric is more like t-shirt material. Glad I bought these on sale and didn't pay full price because I didn't get what I thought I ordered.

Website bit awkward to navigate. Also, it was to be a Christmas gift and ordering by Dec 8, I felt it would have been delivered with adequate tracking included. I did not get it until Jan 4 with limited direction of where it was or when it would arrive.

I had no problem with this website. My dress arrived in about fourteen days and in fantastic condition. The clothing on this site is plain, so I anticipated that the material should be of cheaper quality and better than anticipated.

I placed my order on January 20,2023. The Lilicloth website said that most orders are shipped within three days. Approximately 3 weeks later, after hearing nothing, I made and inquiry and was told that it would be soon. I then got emails five days in a row telling me that my items were being shipped. Finally, on February 17, I received one t-shirt and the other came on February 23,2023. 28 days for the first shirt to arrive and 34 for the second shirt to arrive. I will NEVER shop Lilicloth again!

Customer Service got right back to me and it seemed that my order didn't get shipped until after I contacted Customer Service.

Sometimes the app skips back to the beginning after I take a closer look at an item, then I have to start over again in order to keep shopping. It is a little annoying as your site is quite extensive.
