The site is easy to navigate and to make changes. The order took nearly three weeks to arrive and, when it did, the sizes were not even close to consistent. Some mediums fit well but several others were so small that they could not be worn.

Checkout did not work well. I had to do it three times and there was no separate place for shipping vs billing address and contact. Also, it does not appear that the recipient's name will be on the package but the contact email for the buyer.

Really surprised how much I liked the top of my dress that I ordered on this website! I ordered a size M when I am normally a S / M and was concerned it would be too tight or too short. But it's perfect

I bought online in this boutique two identical short dresses in red. I am a size 10-12 and my friend is a size 12-14 and the dress fits us perfectly. The material was great and it looked so flattering on our skin tones and body shapes!

Their app is not user friendly & glitches are painstaking. My order information seemed to be non-existent. Items ordered are overpriced for their quality, & do not match their product item pictures. I got my order in a lengthy time, just before I gave up hope to go to my bank to file a payment retraction. Overseas ordering is nothing I want to experience again.

Very easy to order-size chart misleading. When I asked to exchange the shirt I was told the exchange address is in CHINA! I would be responsible for postage both ways! Tell me how reasonable that is. A second choice was to keep the product and receive a 15% rebate.
The clothes are cute BUT be very very careful so you don't have to exchange it!

From the beginning it was a wonderful experience. In the end, and after seeing many designs, it was reduced to two dresses. A difficult choice as everything is fabulous. So since this special dress is for a special occasion, I decided to shop online again here.

The site is so hard to get around. The view kept changing so I had to keep finding the things I wanted. It took three tries before I was able to pay. The other times kept saying that there was an error in the information I was providing but didn't say where. The first time I spent about one half hour entering and reentering my info. If you only will accept PayPal then just say that. I tried with my debit card but got the error message

What I received does not even remotely match images online.
Very poor quality, very cheap material.
Coloring completely different.
The 5 Things About my Husband shirt was listed as a sweatshirt.
It appears as a stonewashed typical heavy sweatshirt.
In reality it is a very thin, cotton blend, t-shirt.

After attempting to use a discount code I received in an email last week which was unresolved by 3 representatives, I removed 4 items from my cart snd bought the bare minimum. Your company lost about $100 in sales, after the discount that was supposed to happen. Very disappointed.

The items I ordered ($79 worth) were all too large. Wanted to send back for a smaller size. Had no idea I would have to return the items to CHINA (buyer is responsible for shipping costs) which would cost me $50 to ship. There should be some where in the USA that items could be returned to. There is an Inglewood, Ca. Address but the items have to go back to CHINA. I can't use the items because they are too large! Lilicloth offered a 25% rebate which amount to around $19! Will never order again!

So far it has been good, I am looking forward to receiving the rest of my items!
One of the shirts (Red - Underestimate me That'll be fun) that I received is different from the one that I had ordered and 2 do not fit but I am not spending an additional $70 to send it back to China.
Very disappointed as I thought I was ordering from an American company!
Will never order from you again! And will be letting my friends know to not order from you either.

Only offer minimal refunds!

The order took much longer than I anticipated. The merchandise was supposed to be sweatshirts. They were more like long sleeved shirts. Half of ordered was cancelled by you. No reason given. Waiting on refund. Very disppointed. Items looked cute, good prices, but poor quality & delivery very slow. Person who received the gift was the one who confirmed delivery, not you. I even emailed you asking where was the order & no response. Very disappointed.

Ordered five items at this site, middle of Aug., got two items about nine days later, waiting on the three other items, still in process 25 days later so... still waiting. Customer service showed me the tracking that I already know about and, I'm guessing that the last movement date was not a concern. Still waiting.

I ordered item on 12/10/21. Received it on 1/10/22. Paid 10.99 for shipping, but still received what was supposed to be a Christmas gift 15 days after Christmas.
Additionally, they do not want to provide a full refund. Most the would refund is 35% - 50% of purchase price and this does not include shipping. What a scam. Buyer beware of Lillicloth.

Very good! First time of ordering from this site so didn't know what to expect. The ordering was simple and straightforward. Quick delivery, well packaged, good products; my T shirts are great, very good quality, fitting is perfect and I will buy from Lilicloth again.

Love the t-shirts, the perfect thoughts are printed on cloth! The shirts are decent in quality (for a T-Shirt) and they are holding up well under normal use. What I was not fond of was the time it took for the shirts to arrive. They took weeks to show up and they didn't come all at once but in multiple packages over a 4 week (or so) window. I probably won't order again until the supply chains are running more effectively. No need to order shirts and wait 4 weeks when I can go to local stores and have them make the same shirt for about the same price while having the product in hand in a week or less.

I was ordering t-shirts for my husband and they fit perfect, as was designed. However, he washed them in cold water and they shrunk a full size (maybe more); I knew it stated on the packing that not to wash the shirts before wearing...now, I know why! If he had worn them, it would have been the same outcome. I wanted the shirts because the sayings are sooo cute, but I don't know a better way to order them. I did go up in size when I ordered, but they still shrank.

Ordered a Top that looked cute for my wife's Birthday. When It arrived it was not the Item I ordered. After waiting 2 weeks! Customer service tried to bribe me to keep the item with a 15% refund. When I refused they offered me a 25% discount. All I wanted was the correct Item but it seems I'm on the hook to return the incorrect item to the mfr in China. How much will that cost me? I have no confidence they will even provide credit once it has been received. Looks like a shirt going to charity. I'll never shop lilicloth again.

Great place to shop for clothes on the internet. I used them many times, I never found anything wrong with the roaps and they are fast in delivery, therefore when you place an order you can be sure of the delivery time without any hesitation.

Awesome selection. It has taken 1 month to receive my complete order. These shirts are the smallest XL I have seen. Now I have to return all shirts and order again. I don't want to pay additional shipping costs and wait another month for XXL shirts that may fit. Very disappointed.

It took over a month to get 5 shirts. They came in 3 shipments. The men's large were undersized. The women's med was bigger than the men's large. I will not return the shirt because I got tired of waiting for them to get here. Motivation for me to loose weight.

My experience was great, with all the choices, it did take me awhile to decide. But once I decided, it was quite easy to order. Had a option to slip up the payments which I took advantage of into 4. I made 2 payments, then paid the remaining balance. Really easy.
