Good website to browse the internet, some clothes can be expensive, a bit unpredictable with some of the clothes, but so far everything I have bought here has been excellent quality and a very good price.

One of the shirts was NOT finished! It was not hemmed and it had no tag or printed info about the product or seller. Do you not check your products before you ship them? I am not sending it back because it is too big a pain. My last review said the shirts were great, but I hadn't looked at more than the message written on it, that was my fault. Now I know I will not be ordering from you again. Lesson learned!

Buyers beware. You are responsible for returns. Not that it is unusual by they do not mention you have to return them to CHINA. Two shirts did not fit so it cost me $28.00 to return them. They offered
me 15% then 25% then 35% to keep them which made no business sense. First time in my life that a "reputable company" did not have a hub in the U. S

This website is very easy to use and buy divine clothes, there are real people here committed to fashion. I had a wonderful experience of service on the internet, I recommend this website to any woman.

Using this site was extremely easy. Love the merchandise. Huge variety of items well-made clothing and very affordable. So many sizes to choose from. I have purchased from this site before and have always been satisfied.

Trying to send back a product is like walking through mud neck deep. I have tried 3 times now for the company to send back a return number. This has happened to me before and I forgot about it and I STILL have stuff I couldn't return. I vowed then never to use them again. But this time my husband ordered something for me.
Too bad because the clothes are cute... but they run smaller than most. Arms are cut too small for Americans.

They never respond back

It takes a long time for delivery but my understanding is that your company is based is England, maybe? And if that's so, we Americans run a bit larger than you slim, trim English. But I love the clothing and it's given me motivation to try and lose some weight. Sitting on one's bum for two years because of COVID doesn't help much, does it?

I have ordered quite a few clothes on this website, they all arrived very well. The quality after washing was quite noticeable, it is very good, especially in the red dress, the color is still vibrant!

While the print is nice, the US sizes are incorrect. So when it says it fits a size 12 US, it is more like a size 8. Even with using the measurements the sleeves widths and bottom hems on shirts are not adjusted, so while the length and middle width fit the cuffs and bottom of shirt is way to tight. These were sent out as gifts, so returning from various locations is not cost effective. Will just replace my gifts to my family with something else.

Can not return as shipped out as gifts. No longer in original packages and not cost effective from locations.

Tops run large and quality wasn't great but you get what you pay for. Shoes run small but we're really cute & good quality. Took too long to get order. Came in 3 separate packages within a 2 week time period.

It was difficult placing this order. The website was not cooperating. Took multiple times before I could get my order in. I love the clothes so I kept trying. Asking for return authorization is a nightmare.

I love the shirts but you should have a post where it says that these clothes fit small, I'm a medium so I ordered a large just to be on the safe side and they're still too small, I don't like wearing shirts that are tight but these all are. I don't know if it's Chinese sizes? Or why they fit the way they do but I'm not happy with the fit

I ordered several items from this shop. When I received the merchandise, much was not as pictured. I ordered a sweater & it was a woven fabric but not a sweater. I received some socks that looked nothing like the pictures. When I inquired about a return, I was told I would have to send it to China which would cost more than 40 dollars. They offered me 15% off on my next purchase instead. What a ripoff! I also I had a similar experience with a shop named Zulily. Gee, do those name sound similar? (they're probably the same company) I've learned my lesson, won't be ordering from either again.

NEVER again! All shirts were giant! Like me and 3 people could fit in them. One was made by a 5 year old and had buttons on the sleeves that weren't supposed to be there or that even go with the shirt!
In 2019, I received the WRONG items AND got air bags full of the Corona Virus... this time HUGE shirts. Lesson learned. I will never buy things from this site again no matter the temptation!

Eventually, my order was fill but not in a timely fashion. They charged health [for them] prices then shipped in 3 shipments [obviously waiting for deminished stock to come in from china. Eventually got everything but...

I'd really like to say that it was a pleasure doing business with LILICOTH, but unfortunately that is not the case. They absolutely ruined my notion of providing unique printed/notioned shirts for my family for Christmas. After over a month since the order was placed, of 10 items paid for, only 3 have arrived and they are way too small and the company has made it near impossible to 1) get info on an order, 2) made a return, 3) stop items ordered, but not shipped, 4) items ordered being out of stock. Other than that, find someone else with patience and money to burn. Where am I suppose to "tell you about the business" and "tell you about myself"?

Amazing! So good quality and free shipping. Such good quality products are actually what appears in the photos on the website! The size of my dress was correct. Delivery came the next day for me, and free of charge! Will buy again in the future. I love all of their styles, I am so excited to have discovered this website!

The email I received would show a tracking number in the title, but then when I opened the email, there was no tracking number. It took almost a month to receive my purchases. It is highly unlikely that I will ever order from this merchant again and I will share my experience with others if they ask. I definitely will not recommend this merchant to anyone I know.

I love the fabrics on this website, I also like their quality. The designs are great and I found many things that my daughter did not know what to choose. Navigating the website was very easy to use and ordering was a breeze too. The hardest part was determining what could keep and what needed to go in my online shopping cart.

The initial shopping was fine but it did take longer than expected to receive the merchandise compared to other online retailers. I just wish I had read the reviews before I ordered regarding the quality and sizing of the T-shirts or I would never have ordered. The T-shirt was washed according to directions but shrunk 2 sizes from the original size ordered.

I sent an email and an email was returned back advising me that since I had washed the merchandise it could not be returned. They did offer 15% of what I paid which wasn't worth the shipping to return it to them. I'll just have to give to someone that is much smaller than the intended person it was purchased for.

Bought a long sleeved shirt for myself promoting myself from administrator of the family to the coordinator of the entire $#*! show. Could not have said it better than your featured product. Loved it so much had to get a shirt for my sister who feels like she's old so i got the my sister is older shirt.

Great selections, great quality, and excellent delivery services even for Spain. Couriers can't usually find our place as we're out in the country up the side of a mountain. So we now know that some couriers are better than others and lilicloth had chosen a good one in Spain. If they have a contact number and we always provide this on the order, they'll call and we meet them at the local gas station in our town. On my order of which 2 of the 9 items were out of stock and so posted later and individually, each time, they called me and we met up. It's a 'win: win' situation,.

It probably took 3 times longer to choose as getting back to the last item took so many clicks and repeats. I just about missed the Einstein item as I thought I had it in the order but spotted it again while searching for "Mike". I'm looking forward to receiving these, Thanks, Bill
