I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!

The Ruth Bader Ginsberg shirt arrived, I washed it and the transfer is already coming up. When I contacted the company, they refused to accept a return, offering me a nominal 15% return for a non-usable shirt since it was not in its original state and original packaging. From the "customer service" email: Sorry for the inconvenience. But we can not accept the return of the item that has been washed.

In other words, "thanks for your money. You should have worn the shirt at least once before you washed it so you were paying for at least one use."

I will be posting these pictures and this warning whenever I encounter any advertisements from this company.

Tip for consumers:
Proceed with caution. I was sent a defective product which became apparent when I washed it before wearing it. They will not accept it back since it has been washed.

I ordered several clothing items, in my normal size, after reading reviews about this company. I received 1/2 of the items almost 3 weeks after ordering. The quality of every item is extremely poor, cheesy material, fit is also poor. I decided to wait to return everything until I received the remaining items because you are charged for return shipping to China (I am in US). After receiving the remaining items 8 weeks after my original order, I emailed the company about returns. They refused to accommodate my request due to my returns being more than 15 days from receipt, although I explained that my goal was to combine shipping on the entire order. Customer service, quality, workmanship is poor to say the least. Don't waste your money here, very disappointing.

Tip for consumers:
Quality & material of clothing is not accurately represented on the website. Sizes are not true to size. Shipping is super slow, returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of product, however my items were shipped in two orders, several weeks apart. Customer must pay return shipping to China. Very disappointed in customer service.

This company really deserves less stars. I bought two sweatshirts that did not fit. They make it so difficult to return it that you give up. They basically said well you have to pay the shipping and you're sending it back to China so how about we just give you 15% back and call it a day. Do not buy! There are other sites that have the same products with much better return policies. Attached is the response they kicked to me.

Terrible customer service and your order IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY. Crazy as we ordered 11 shirts the same day and received them over 2 months plus. And 2 were same shirt in 2 different sizes we ordered for Halloween - 2020 is Boo Sheet. Got one week after Halloween (over 1 mos after ordered) and other last week (2+ mos after ordered); same shirt 2 diff sizes! Well after Halloween. Company terrible. Clothes so so at best. Color you order is not what you get. See pics. They dont care. Ugly dark muddy grey blue

I think it was over 3 weeks to get the 5 ‘sweatshirts'. Seriously? These are NOT sweatshirts. They are heavy tshirts. There is no lining of fleece and the prints are nowhere as pretty as what I ordered. I am beyond disappointed. I hope my review is read and people take it to heart. So so disappointed! Does this look like the website picture?

I received my four shirts (all size medium) and they were way too big. I then started the process of returning them. I would have ordered an XS, but that was not an option. The only way to return them is to ship them back to China. They said that I would be responsible for not only the shipping charges, but also the customs and duty charges as well. Customer service was not able to give me an estimate of how much it would all cost to return them. Having lived internationally, it is not uncommon to have customs fees equal to 100% of the value of the goods. So they offered me a 15% refund and increased it up to 30%, which I ended up taking, just to be done with them. I will never order from them again!

Don't plan on returning anything to this company.

I ordered a sweatshirt but received a t-shirt that was shipped from somewhere in the U.S. To return it I have to send it to China. Postage will probably be more than the item is worth and I could have to pay customs fees. They offered me 15% cash refund for something they sent in error and I don't want. It looks like I am struck with it.

These clothes are terrible! Very poor quality. Nothing like what is pictured. If you make the mistake of buying from here, do not open the package, just write "REFUSED" and have it sent back. You will thank me.

Shipments come piecemeal or not at all — 15 days to ship back each item... not when whole order arrives. And since when are smalls from China so huge! No consistency in sizing. I would reconsider your time and money w this brand.

Bought a bunch of items for Christmas gifts. PLaced order 11/21/20. Still no delivery. All kinds of excuses. Thought would be shipped 10-15 days. Some items have barley left the plane. Very misleading. Will not trust them again.
