Lilicloth

My item was ordered on Dec. 9 and arrived Dec. 31, long after Christmas. It was a Christmas gift. The fact that the shipping would take so long was not explained at time of purchase. No estimated delivery date was given until 2 weeks after the order.

This was my 4th order with Lilicloth. All previous orders were of high quality, and fit perfectly. This time only 2 things that said they were small really were.
I happen to have a sewing machine and will alter these to fit, since all final sales are not returnable.
I also ordered an undergarment that was so thin I stuck my thumb through it when I was trying it on. These are also not returnable.
I am just not going to shop these types of items any more

I just received my order from this website. I was impressed. If you order, be sure to pay attention to the measurements. They run true to size (maybe a little smaller). Would definitely order again! The shipment took two weeks, but I was aware of the wait.

Very good quality clothes, fast shipping, are very consistent with their philosophy of being at the forefront of fashion. I am very happy with the online purchase here and it is likely to be repeated.

Barely recognize the clothing that arrived from the order. I had to look at the sight to see what was going on. The material of the clothing was nothing like pictured. Photo showed a vintage wash T shirt, reality was a cheap polyester rag. Another photo of a blouse showed beachy crinkled linen look. Reality was again a nasty polyester square cut box with fake buttons (no actual button holes).
Refund NOW! PS had to give a 1 star rating because the review wouldn't submit without it

I'm having trouble finding clothes on the web, but I bought two leggings here that stay in place, keep the center tight, and feel like butter. I would recommend 100/100 your leggings and other clothes!

I just started using this website to buy cheap and easy clothes, so far everything is fine. I love this online store, for a great customer, they have very nice clothes and very interesting accessories.

The jumpers I purchased are nice, (I would have preferred cotton) and of good quality. My issue is with the length of time it took to receive my order. Placed 12-1-22, received complete order 12-28-22.

I ordered before Thanksgiving to have Christmas gifts. 3 of the five arrived on time-ish. The fourth was after New Years and the fifth as of Jan 20th, still has not arrived. To add to that, the fourth came with the wording incorrect. They say I can return it to them for a refund, but I have to pay for the shipping and customs cost to send it to their hub in China. The package has a return address of CA? I have been going back and forth with them for a week and they started with a 15% refund and I only have them up to 35% at this point. I will NEVER but from them again.

There cloth sizing is way off and then i was told it is my fault that i did not check what a 2xl is in china. Return instructions out all cost on customer and they told me it might be cheaper to just throw shirts out than to return.

Clearance items seemed like a good buy. One of the items was WAY too small and is not comfortable. Since it is a clearance item, I cannot return so I have to eat the $6. The shoes were cute but smooshed in on the toe and never came out. After one wear, my feet hurt, and will not wear them again. $23 was wasted because returns are not free. One cute sweatshirt but just fit and I like them loose. A shirt I paid $24 for my dad I later found for less and made in the US. My husband was satisfied with his t-shirt but also found at a less cost from the US. The leggings are cute for Halloween (not too crazy about the material but ok for $14) and only one item out of the four items for myself fit like expected. I do not have the best experience ordering clothes outside of the US so I will not be ordering again. One positive was that the company was very good at keeping me updated on my order

You throw so many banners and pull-downs and crap in front of your shoppers, it's miraculous anyone can actually finish their $#*!ing order!
Awaiting delivery from you folks is excruciating. I understand that shipping problems and customs are a tiny amount of excuse, but over TWO MONTHS for a simple shirt?

I have no idea who is going them these great stars, but I can tell you, if I could give them a zero I would. I ordered a tee shirt which looked really nice on line. I was so excited until it arrived so date I had forgotten it. And then the tee shirt looked less than a dollar store quality. It's the cheapest piece of you know what I have ever seen. To make matters worse, it vane from China and the return pick us 15 days from the day you receive it, but you have to wait on a code they send you which took 48 hours Its highly unlikely you can return it within 15 days unless you pay overnight, which is expensive. And the final insult is they offer to allow you to keep the shirt and they will give you a 15% refund Are they fng crazy. I'm letting my credit card handle it. So buyer beware

A small is way too large; bottom of shirt is almost to my thighs, and shoulders won't stay up. It's OK since I only intended to wear it at home. I won't oder any items again in the future.

My daughter liked hers, a size large, and it's a tad large for her too.

Lilicloth is a skilled scammer. The quality is horrible and the customer service is worse. The sizes are not accurate.
The products ship directly from China, they take 100% of the payment up front with the first item shipped and then send garbage to complete the order. They will not accept order cancellations as taking advantage of e-commerce loop holes seems to be part of their business plan.

The quality of the fabrics is very good, much better than it looks in the photos and they feel great. I also like how detailed they are with the shipment of the order, with a nice bag, just as it left the store. I am looking forward to buying again in a short time.

The first time i ordered they kept my $35 and never gave me my merchandise. This is my second order And i got it. However it took about a month! The shirt is cute and looks like the picture but the sleeves are extremely long and i will have to hem them before wearing.

Delivered as promised and described. The only issue preventing a "5 star" is the quality/thickness of the material. It was thinner than anticipated. But when you only pay $4 per shirt, one shouldn't expect material of the highest quality. Would still purchase again.

You have alot of cool neat stuff I will definitely place another order in the near future. You kept me notified via email as to when my order was shipped out where it was up to and the eta. I am very impressed

Update: had to give all but the T-Shirt for my son, away (items were way to small).

When everything arrived, one of the sweatshirts was called large, but fit like a medium. One sweatshirt was called large but fit like an extra extra large. One was not finished at the neck or sleeves. I have had to alter things just so I could wear them. The people who make these for you are not good at their jobs if they can't distinguish between medium, large, and extra extra large. I was sadly disappointed at how much work I had to do in order to make them wearable.

They gave me a pittance back because I was not going to pay the exhorbitant fees I would have had to pay to send them back.

The. When the shirts came the care instructions are not in English and made no sense to me. Quality is a lot less then I hoped for based on price
