I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!
Only one dress of the 4 that I bought in this online boutique was not exactly what I expected, but it was because I did not read the description correctly. I could still use it so I saved it and fixed it later. Anyway, I will buy from them again!
Product arrived relatively quickly. Colors as advertised. True to size and tunic length which I love.
Not my favorite fabric as it is a lay flat to dry but like it enough that I will forgive the fact I shouldn't put it in the dryer.

Re my order - Received a message from Lilicloth but it only said "On it's way"... no idea of when! And the message also indicated that it was being shipped from another country and i would be alerted when the order reached the "destination country". Won't do this again.

Received tee's in 2 different days shipping. All were good. The material is a cotton/poly mixture. I think it has a good drape. It isn't clingy. I wear an XL. I ordered a 3XL. They fit nicely. These tee's seem to run small. Look at the size chart!

Just shopped... wait for goods before I judge
I ordered 7 tee shirts at a cost of $100 USD. As I was unpacking them you could visual see they were all different sizes. Of the 7 I can wear 3 comfortably. I used the size chart on the web site to ensure a proper fit. I have messaged Lilicloth 3 times through their web site. All 3 messages have been ignored. I will NEVER deal with them again.

I am an XL, and most things I order are a 3Xl and they fit great. Company is quick to respond and work well with you. I love all the shirts I've bought from them so far.
Ordering went well, but the orders came quite a bit separated, time wise. Tried on T-shirts, normally I wear a XXL, apparently this size in GB is actually a large, compared to US sizes. Would like to return for a bigger size.

I ordered 5 tops and a pr. Of legging. I ordered all the tops in x-large. Three tops fit just fine, 2 were about a size med. The leggings were made out for a very thin material and were way to long. I do not know how I can return these items.

Frustrating when I got to payment. Paid with Pay Pal and address & name of person didn't transfer properly. Had to change it. Hope it is right because it has Arizona before city of Mesa. Never had this problem when paying with Pay Pa before!
Husband found the shirt online & loved it
I ordered 2 sweatshirts with entirely different styles. Got one that I ordered for a friend. It was okay but very thin material. It fit her to size. The second one came 2 months later but was the same style as the first, even though it was supposed to be very different; it fit 2 sizes too small; the black printing was barely discernible from the blue shirt so hard to read. I hated everything about it. I contacted them that I received the wrong item and the wrong size. They were willing to let me exchange but it would have cost almost as much as the item to ship so they offered me a ridiculous 15% refund. Since it was the wrong item and sized wrong, and took forever to ship, they should have been more generous with the refund. I will NEVER do business with them again.
Easy site to order from. Hope the product is as satisfying. Received the items. Took awhile but not outside the delivery window. T-shirts seemed to be well made but the shrinkage was noticeable. I prefer to wear t-shirts outside the belt with significant overlap but after washing, it barely covers the belt.

I received the shirt. The lettering was not screen printed but ironed on. It looks like electrical tape. I tried to get to the product comment site they sent me after delivery and it would not even let me in. Shame on you lilicloth. Don't event try to contact me, you got the money and that's where your duty apparently ends.

This shirt and another one I ordered was thin and terrible quality for the money. There were no hems on the necklines and sleeves. Just cut! There were both gifts. I can just imagine once they are machine washed. I purchased them because of the sayings. They were NOT with the money! Never again.

I was skeptical that with the little information I was asking for on this website about dimensions, it would really fit. But, for once in my life, I have some collared shirts that fit me. The neck collar was a bit big, which I will adjust for the next time I order with them.
Your ordering process was a little confusing. I kept ending up with a larger quantity than I wanted and when I tried to correct it I would delete my whole order. I'm sure it was "operator error". All I ordered was for gifts so I hope everything turns out right. I never was told when my order was going to ship or when it did ship, so I had no idea of when to expect it. The product showed up and when I opened the box was informed that I had one week to return for refund. The order was to be a Christmas gift and I had ordered in the first weeks of October. That meant that there was no returning. Two of the items are clothing and I thought they were a lot thinner fabric than I had expected. Overall, I will not be ordering again. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I have order many times. I am usually very happy. The last time, I was disappointed that four of my shirts were not hemmed. When I looked back at the website, I saw that they were meant to be that way. I should have looked more closely before ordering. Two other shirts didn't fit. To return, I would have to pay postage to China. I should have noted that before ordering to check sizes more closely. Prices are always excellent.
Ordered a single item (a sweatshirt) as a Christmas present on Dec. 6th. It is now Dec. 22, and despite several communications with "Customer Service" (ha!) there is still no indication the item has even been received by USPS, much less shipped. Excuses about how because of COVID-19 things take longer wore thin after the 2nd week. Poor customer service, I will not order anything from this company again, and would recommend that unless you have the patience of a saint, you do not either.

You need to improve your shipping information...You sure great at overloading my email with ads. Ugh!...Could not use the discount code I received when I entered your site. 15EMAIL. Too complicated.
Shirts ordered December 13. Got here a week ago (took five weeks in case you are counting). The wrong size (they fit really small). They refused to exchange. I wouldn't buy a dog shirt from them, if I were you. Cheap price is not worth it. Photo shows it next to another XL shirt

Ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter, it will work for California weather, but I'm sending two to the Northeast New England area, winter, they are thin jersey type material and will not keep people warm for the winter but, they can layer. I like the The multiple choices. I only hope they make it here before Thanksgiving so I can send them via mail.
I have been shopping for clothes from this online store for years, which in itself is a statement. The clothing range, for all sizes, is fantastic, as is the quality, the system is easy and straightforward to use, the return system works very well, and in the event of a problem the customer service team is exemplary. Seriously, don't change a thing, one of the best online services out there.

I was in the promotional products business for over 30 years. While it was hard to pay over $20 for a cap when for all those years when I had pretty much had more free merchandise than I could ever hope to use, I went ahead and ordered the cap because I liked the message on the front. Unfortunately, the cap I received is just too small a circumference (my head is not at all big, either). So, I am not sure if I can even wear it comfortably, as the buckle adjustment in the back of the cap was already at maximum extension. In addition, the color of the copy on the color cap I received (medium grey) should have been white, not black, as there is just not enough contrast between the cap color and the imprint, which looks to be a heat transfer method. Anyway, I do not plan to place any additional orders with your company.
The "It's Weird Being The Same Age As Old People" copy on the cap I saw in the ad cracked me up.
Mainly because of the copy, though I was thinking having another cap handy would be nice.
