I'm impressed by the wide range of stylish clothing available at affordable prices. The quality of the goods was higher than my expectations, and the sizes were as stated. Delivery was fast and without problems. The prompt customer service is also commendable - all my questions were resolved promptly and professionally.
I ordered 3 tee-shirts on 1/15,1/29 and 1/31 respectively. Today is 2/16, and as of today, all 3 items are STILL only "processing!" Waiting 6 weeks (and who knows how many more) for delivery is inexcusable. I doubt that I will EVER order from this company again, which is a shame, because I do like the products. But I cannot abide the shipping practices!

I purchased a pair of shoes, they were way oversized. I requested to return them and was told I would have to ship them to China at my own expense. They offered me a 15% cash refund as an alternative. Here is the email I received from them ": Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.

Shipping of my new clothes was faster than on other websites. The dress I ordered was too small. The customer service refunded my money as a larger size was no longer available. They were quick to help and gave me several options that I could choose from that best suited my needs.
I bought a jean in this online store and luckily everything went very well. I dealt with a customer service representative who always answered my questions quickly via email. Good customer service is what keeps people coming back to browse your website and buy!
I received all items separately; first 4 shirts with a bracelet, then the last shirt a couple days later. The whole order took about 3 weeks. Sizes are off states XXL, but feels smaller like L/XL. The shirt (moist wicken) shirt fits greats as an actual XXL. I love the statement and wish sizes will be suitable next time.

First time I realized they would be shipped from overseas and billing to a foreign address. It concerned me, but everything was perfect. Took about ten days -- faster than I expected -- coming from overseas. Pleasantly surprised and very happy.
Took 20 + days to deliver the product from date of order. Suggest spending more money on improving your shipping dept. Product was continually advertised daily but not delivered. Email said it was being shipped and it didn't happen. Felt I was lied to.

I am delighted with this boutique, the courier company had delivered my package to someone else. I sent him an email and without putting any problem directly, he made a credit in my client's space to re-order. They are wonderful! This says a lot about the excellent service.
I didn't get a email confirmation upon purchase. Shipping seemed slow although my credit card was billed immediately so I sent an email to address on their website asking them to confirm order. No response. Shirt inally arrived. Very poor quality and the shirt I got, although labeled small, was at least a medium, maybe large and just draped on me like a bed sheet.

1st order ever, seemed easy, but somehow my main items not shipped and not notified in an understandable way. So waited very long and then found out right before it arrived the tshirts for my event were not sent.

These looked like they would have different materials seen together for a bohemian look. Instead is a printed pattern on polyester, not even fit for Walmart. Buttons sewn loosely. Will not wear. Will donate. Too much trouble to return.

The dresses and blouses in this online boutique are of good quality, exactly as on the website, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order at my house, the shipping took longer than expected, because I live a bit far away, but it is worth it.
I like th 3 sweatshirts I bought and sizes were good, but delivery takes forever! It's like my package had to go around the world 3 times then delivered. One item outta 3 was even later. I do like the clothes and prices are not too bad, but because of delivery these it pretty much makes me look other places for the same graphic clothes. I am paying the same amount despite all the discounts due to the high postage rate. Not sure I will do that again!
I'm generally pleased. The fabric is of surprisingly good quality and the screen prints is well executed and better than I expected at this price. But, the sleeves for the XL size are about 1 1/2" too short and my order of 3 long-sleeved tees were shipped as 3 separate orders that arrived days apart. All in all, I am satisfied.

The selection is good and the products - from my online view - appear to be also. I await delivery of my order to see if this proves to be true.
I hit the jackpot with Christmas gifts for some friends and family! Really cute, creative sayings and graphics. I expect to get a lot of laughs. (Some, not all, seem to run just slightly large.) And allow plenty of time for delivery. Nowadays we expect stuff almost immediately, so we're spoiled. Just plan ahead, it took maybe three weeks to arrive.
