Very terrible customer service. Been waiting almost a month just to get set up as a customer despite needing medical supplies. Whenever I call for a status update I get caught in a phone loop being transferred to various departments multiple times. Highly discourage anybody from using this company.
Received a nebulizer from Lincare after I was prescribed one. Didn't receive a bill for over three months, leading me to believe Medicare was paying for it. Wrong- started then receiving bills for the nebulizer and the prescription drugs that go into the nebulizer. I could buy the drugs for 0$ out of pocket from my local pharmacy but was charged over 50$ for the same prescription by Lincare. Called there customer service and was told they didn't accept prescription drug coverage insurance. Sent the nebulizer back and am still getting prescription medication in the mail I didn't order. Just a nightmare company. Do not do business with these people!
I have spent hours trying to set up automatic payments for a $3.45 monthly payment. Website doesn't recognize customer ID, rejects enrollment. Local office referred me to corporate office, referred me to person who helps with unresolved issues. That person knows nothing, referred me to billing. BEWARE of this company both personally and professionally. They are fraudulent and will do anything to screw people over. They have no compassion for others although they'll tell you they do. It's all about money with this company and how they've stayed in business is beyond me! There's so many other respiratory companies to get your supplies for and work for so, don't allow yourself to fall into the trap with this disgraceful company
Oxygen initially ordered 4/29/19. Multiple calls placed over the next 3 weeks and always got the run around, never received and went with another company. Awful for someone who's oxygen level drops to below 85% with activity!
I was an employee and we rocked and took care of our patients in Rochester mn. I got sick and was let go. We were trying so hard to make things great for everyone but corporate made it impossible. It takes months to get hired and trained. I don't recommend this company because the corporate is not out to help people.
I got a cpap machine from them a couple years ago that I haven't used for a while but they call me 2-4 times daily to see if I need medical supplies. I blocked their numbers but their calling machine leaves messages on my voice mail. When I do start using it again they will be the last company I use.
Worst company ever! I keep getting rude letters about my account being delinquent, but NEVER receive an actual billing statement! Yes, I know you're "supposed" to be able to view your billing statement online, but it will not show me mine! I click on statements & it goes blank! I've called & requested statements to be sent ( sat on hold for 35 minutes before able to speak to an actual person) and still nothing! I've cancelled my auto ship & will never get anything through this company again!
Customer service stinks. They lie. They don't return phone calls. The don't seem to be aware of the importance of oxygen and equipment to those of us who use it. They bought out the local supplier here in Auburn in January and I have had multiple problems with them. The delivery person, Doug, is the only competent person who works there that I have run across. I tried to switch my account and was told that I was under contract with them for two more years. Hopefully, the government will read all the lousy reviews nationwide and shut them down! Whatever you do... stay away from them!
Worst ever! Sent me the wrong equipment. The agent on the phone was more concerned about signing me up for automatic monthly replacement equipment, which I very clearly said no to. Turns out she ignored my response and signed me up for it anyway. Great, just what I need, the wrong stuff sent to me on a monthly basis. Waited on the phone twice for 30 minutes each time before I could talk to someone about it. Was told they would rush the correct supplies through... week and a half later I still don't have my supplies. Service reps could care less. I will be purchasing elsewhere!
Answer: Yes, Lincare is fraudulent. I finally sent a letter to my Medicare Advantage and also Medicare. The only way to stop this company is to take action. All of our rants and raves are exactly that, rants and raves. Please talk to your insurance company and medicare provider. This company needs to not be in business, especially with such vulnerable customers who depend on them. WA state
Answer: You will not get satisfaction! I have struggled with this company for over one year because of Medicare requirements. Totally exasperating! Buyer beware!
Answer: Really? Then ask someone why I tried for over 3 weeks to get a new c-pap mask and hose from the HOME office in Florida and it never showed up! I'm not indigent like some of your customers, I don't accept incompetence. My sleep clinic simply changed me to a new supplier and I am now very, very happy with them.
Answer: DONNA, I REPLACE THE FILTER BY ASKING MY SUPPLIER, THEY USUALLY ARE VERY ACCOMADATING AND GIVE ME ONE. LINCARE, NORCO, AND SUPPLIER WILL REPLACE IT. I ALWAYS CLEAN THE VENTS MYSELF, BUT I LET THE COMPANY REPLACE IT.
