Respiratory Therapist, Su Barry delivered my cpap machine to me in my home. She took time to explain its features to me & called me 2 days later to check on how I was doing. She'd been following my usage, answered my questions, gave me support & welcomed me to follow up with her as needed. Thank you, Su!
Sincerely, Debbie B.
Absolute nonsense. Calling their corporate office is a joke. Anything they tell you will NOT be done and you'll end up calling over and over. I have tried for SIX MONTHS to update my address and insurance info. Today was 45 minutes of mostly being on hold, to be given the same answer that was supposed to have taken care of the billing issue six weeks ago.
They sent me the wrong supplies. Billed my insurance. I have been calling for 5 weeks and have still not received the correct supplies. STAY AWAY from this company. I got a different story every time I called. Even the managers lied.
On 3/14/22 I called asking for oxygen supplies for my husband, they would not let me pick them up as I have been doing during the pandemic, they insisted on mailing them, then they mailed them to our old address from over 5 years ago, when they did not arrive I called & they promised to overnight them which they did not do. On 3/22 I called back, sat on hold for 24 minutes then they hung up on me so I found the corporate number, tried the I-care team which is apparently a joke, they simply transferred my call back to the Louisville Office. They are now going to allow me to pick up the supplies tomorrow morning just like I asked on 3/14. Took 4 calls & a trip up there and they will only allow me 40' of tubing and a few cannulas. Tempted to reach out to Medicare who pays them on time without them calling 4 times or getting hung up on. Will be looking for another supplier when the contract runs out.
Don't use they suck. They don't answer phone calls or emails. My insurance company says they should send a new power supply, since mine almost burnt up and started a fire. They of course refused to. So now I am fighting them and trying to get my insurance company to drop them from coverage. Do not do business with them you will regret it.
Just relocated out of state and had to transfer my account from one Lincare office to another. It's been weeks and the transaction is still no complete. All I need is cpap supplies! If you're thinking of joining - DON'T DO IT!
I will never use this company again. They have got my CPAP supplies order wrong multiple times. They never notified me when there was an issue with my account, even when it was their fault the account was messed up. They tried to charge me more than what I actually owed. Dumb $#*! people!
Trying to work with these people is next to impossible. They are rude, aggressive and downright nasty at times. Send their people around to the house to sign papers without informing us that thy are coming and that's our fault we are not at home?
They were the same years ago when looking after the Mother-in-Law. Wrong deliveries, over charging, double charging and nasty when contacted.
After 5 years, I applied, with a Dr Prescription note, for new CPAP. This was in Oct of 2019. No word by Dec. Finally got a call from a Sales Rep who said he had heard I was looking for another service. He got them to act, but only because he called them. When I finally did get to pick up the CPAP, I was met by a woman who quite obviously had no idea what she was doing and didn't seem to care much, either. When I got home and put it on, she had adjusted the fan so high it practically blew my sinuses away. Even with water. I called them back and they said it was probably the machine. Went back, same lady... I had a friend with me who also said this woman was "useless." I have since given the machine back to them and have terminated my contract. They still want my money, of course, but not before I put my 2 cents in. Awful!
Talked with supervisor after being informed I was not compliant. Did not know what that meant. Supervisor came up with several stories which changed as more information was exchanged. Tried to get help from United Health Care but supervisor claimed that the insurance company did not know what they were doing and would not talk with them. They billed for cpap machine but would not give any supplies.
Answer: Yes, Lincare is fraudulent. I finally sent a letter to my Medicare Advantage and also Medicare. The only way to stop this company is to take action. All of our rants and raves are exactly that, rants and raves. Please talk to your insurance company and medicare provider. This company needs to not be in business, especially with such vulnerable customers who depend on them. WA state
Answer: You will not get satisfaction! I have struggled with this company for over one year because of Medicare requirements. Totally exasperating! Buyer beware!
Answer: Really? Then ask someone why I tried for over 3 weeks to get a new c-pap mask and hose from the HOME office in Florida and it never showed up! I'm not indigent like some of your customers, I don't accept incompetence. My sleep clinic simply changed me to a new supplier and I am now very, very happy with them.
Answer: DONNA, I REPLACE THE FILTER BY ASKING MY SUPPLIER, THEY USUALLY ARE VERY ACCOMADATING AND GIVE ME ONE. LINCARE, NORCO, AND SUPPLIER WILL REPLACE IT. I ALWAYS CLEAN THE VENTS MYSELF, BUT I LET THE COMPANY REPLACE IT.
