This auction site is the best one I have ever joined! Winning definitely happens and if you don't win you can use your bids as credits towards the end purchase of your desired item. Shipments are ultra fast too!
I purchased a product from them on action got no where with management ask for a corporate address so i could go to court there reply was its on there sight but there is none listed just a bunch of warehouses for action. They are very deceiving company they tell you product worth 300 and i saved 70 % gave measurements on add nothing was correct sold me a box of scrap for 120.00 look at pics and discretion of product all i got was a box of bolts and parts total rip off.
Does anyone seriously believe this site? I'm only here because I saw the advert on the daily mail site and thought I'd check out the reviews as there's always one person who fell for it, but itv seems loads have! A Mac book for £20 lol who actually thought that they could get that deal?
I was lucky to win an amazing Kindle Paperwhite and after a few days this was sent to me through an authorized dealer, by private courier. They contact you when you win something for sending correctly placed, so that the quality of service is very good.
Tip for consumers:
Study, observe, wait and play !
Well it took a while but finally i got a lovely phone package for £70... ok so it wasnt as quick is id liked but with my earned discount over a few months christmas was all wrapped up easily
I for one will keep enjoying the fun at madbid
Do not waste your money. You have absolutely no chance on winning any bid. Even contacting them is impossible. When I tried to contact support they asked for my Username and password. When I entered this information the site states my password is wrong even though I was already signed into the bidding area using the same password.
So glad I didn't get sucked in to deep.
I'm sorry Madbid, how can you say I didn't use your site. I did use your site and it cost me £49.99.
I came to know about Madbid from online articles. At first I opened my account just to give a try. But once I started bidding I found it a nice fun packed thrilling experience that I started to bid daily. After analyzing personally how Madbid works, started bidding regularly. Won an auction (HTC desire 316 G). Winning an auction makes me feel so excited. Getting the product delivered in hand within the specified time makes me feel rewarded for the worthy time I spent with Madbid, a genuine trustworthy auction site.
Remember two old sayings (1) A fool and his money are soon parted and (2) "If something sounds too good to be true then it probably is"
No Company that can afford to advertise in the Press and National T. V can afford to pay for the advertising without making big profits, and they can only get profits by charging you for the service, it is a form of gambling, and with gambling unless you have worked out an arithmetical system which shows that you can reap an overall profit then simply avoid any such Website, As with any other form of gambling you just have to accept that you have lost your money the moment you participate with Madbid in exactly the same way as one should view a Roulette table or a Fruit Machine.
Guys and Gals, remember if something sounds too good to be true it probably is!
I dont have any 'O' Levels, G. C. S. E. s or 'A' Levels but I live a comfortable lifestyle honestly, what upsets me about is how stupid people can be in this country.
Robert.
There is nothing negative to be said about MadBid so far after using it several months now.
I would like to win auctions more often - everyone does - but this is nothing the business itself can do something about, so yea thumbs up!
Watch out when bidding. There is a 35% chance you are getting a defective item and if you don't spend and extra 3 bucks all the way up to 100's of dollars on their 5 day return policy insurance, they will not help you. They take your money and sometimes even refuse to give your product to you. Oh, they also refuse to refund and you forfeit your product and money. There fee's are hidden, you don't know until you win the item, about 20% extra is what you will be paying plus insurance. They even straight up mispresent what it is that you are bidding on in some cases and stand behind their no returns when it does not match the description. Stay away unless you don't mind getting stuck with defective merchandise from a company that stand behind nothing. Just a sample of my defective merchandise from them.
Since 2016. Year of joining now to Madbid actually did not meet my expectations directly. The reason is not that I can not win any prize. I followed some bids to the end. I do not know why it happened. I wish I could win a new gift. If you can not win, with rewarding concept. Strategic bidder can benefit a little, by able to make purchases from my credits points (dollar converted post biding...). One need to have a bidding plan to get the best from the site.
This is the biggest legal Scam ever pulled off in the UK!
I am ashamed to admit that I was also sucked in and money disappeared from my account without my authorisation.
Should of read the reviews.
I responded after seeing Madbid advertising their scam on TV?
Stay away!
I came to know about Madbid.com from newspaper article.
Madbid.com is an indeed a virtual hub in this era of e-shopping where one can avail
Endless products at unimaginable prices.
In the initial months, I didn't won any of the product but I never stopped bidding.
Gradually as the days passed I won the first product and the list continues.
Hopefully this shopping experience with Madbid.com will go on & on.
'Keep bidding, keep winning.' :)
As others have said, this a complete scam. The chances of getting items worth hundreds of pounds for anything less than their high street value are so small it's ridiculous. And the more people who hear about the site and join it, the higher the final prices will be - it's a lose-lose situation for everyone except the proprietor.
I paid £34.99 for credits. I did not know that if the item you are bidding on went over this amount, then that's it! You cannot bid anymore. My £34.99 was gone - just like that! What a con. Do not use the site. I could have bought a lovely Christmas present with the wasted money.
Only a few items being auctioned at a time and you need to sit there all day watching it. Didn't have the time to do that so turned on the auto bid. Half an hour later fifty quid down I was out of credit with a massive £2 discount to claim. It's a massive rip off and waist of time. What a con

Don't do it
I discovered Madbid a little while ago and was instantly hooked. I've gotten some real bargains and everything has arrived promptly. On the occasions when I've had a little difficulty the customer service people helped me out really well (AJ and Lolita, excellent customer service staff).
I have to rate it highly because I've had a great experience on the site so far and am looking forward to seeing what they auction in the future.
This is a scam. You have no chance of winning anything. In my case I closed the account with then them they removed money from my bank account even though I had credit left on my madbid account. Walk away from these scammers I am contacting trading standards
Gambling site pretending to be an auction. Terrible experience. They use fake reviews and online articles to appear like a good deal. I look forward to the day they have to repay all us users that were miss sold to.
This site is a joke I put £100 in got 2000 credits bid all of it on one item and didn't get close the only reason I had a go was I read an article by a reporter on msn he said he won first time! Be aware of any stories of winners they don't reflect an accurate account of what your in for if you put money into this site I feel totally stupid that I have gone against my own judgment and thought that something I read on a trusted site (msn) was anything more that Internet advertising lies. I will now read reviews on sites such as this before doing anything like this again
My adventure at Madbid site began in 2014 and I am still a happy user and customer as well :) I have bid many great brand new products here on Madbid so far, I am going to try my luck with bidding in the future too. It is not always easy and possible to win anything here but if you are patient and a good observer you will get your reward. Nobody loses anything on Madbid because if you're not lucky enough you can always buy exciting things at madbid shop for earned discount, you cannot lose your money at Madbid because for lost credits you are awarded with earned discount which you can spend on new high quality electronic gadgets at their shop. I can honestly recommend Madbid :) This is my most favorite and exciting site.
It may take a Little while to realize a bidding strategy, but once you've played enough the benefits become really great compared to the expense. The products are awesome most of the times and you can always spend your discounts if you get unlucky with the bids.
I love it
A joke, an unfunny one at that. If you spend a little time examining their "system" you can soon see how they can manage to auction items at up to 90% off their RRP. It's next to impossible to actually successfully obtain an item and the window between when an auction officially ends and will not accept more bids is to me dubious at best. Avoid.
Absolute scam merchants... i registered... bought some credits, used them... and de registered all within an hour, and the took the total of £119.97 in some top up scam without me knowing... after i had de registered... i have emailed the scam company several times... but just get an automated response back... would love to know where they operate from... i would like to collect my money personally
STAY AWAY from Madbid. It's a very clever way off ripping you off. Read all other reviews before you spend your money for so called "credits". Because you will never see your money again. Winning a bit? Yes it is possible, but only if you waste hours bidding and spend lots of money for "credits". Believe me it's not worth a hassle. Hunt for your bargains somewhere else.

Hi Richard, sounds like you didn't win the auction you were bidding on. What are you going to buy with earned discount you created?
