I'm not much of an online shopper and it makes me nervous especially this is my first time to order products online. The charger arrives at my expectations fast delivery and good quality. I would give this site a 5 stars in credibly satisfied customer!

Like many others we ordered a charger for our mac book pro. Received it quickly but it only worked for 1 week. Sent it back for replacement. Was told 5 days shipping. Now 8 days later, no charger. We were given a tracking number for USPS. Surprise, invalid! Phone message always says it is after normal business hours. (I called at 2:00 PM est) Will try the attorney general. Any positive reviews on this site have the poor english mistakes typical of off shore scams. Obvious plants. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Been over 8 days, package still has not been shipped. Nikki, barely speaks english and can not help you. She has given a different answer to me each time I've called. I heard a rooster crowing in background, a dog barking and children running around laughing. Most unprofessional business ever. Asked to speak to a supervisor, she said her name is roanna. When i asked for the number she said she can't give me the supervisor information, but will inform her to call me. Refund should be expected in 3 days... We will see.

I place an order for 2 of them just in case one was bad. Both are no good. The plug that slides onto the pin does not seat properly. I called there so called site and it always say it's after business hours 6 time and email. I know about the 3 hour time difference. So I was looking for the bill on my charge and it list a different number and company. Well I return them on the 13th of may and I still don't have a refund. I"M going to file every possible complaint until Justice is done and I hope that means putting this fly buy night company out of business. And any law suites I will have my name added to the list. Every time I call the other number there is a problem getting my refund. This is not over. O I would not even give them one star but no choice.

Bought a charger for my MacBook Pro. Worked for two weeks and overheated and stopped working. They sent me a shipping label to return the product and get a new one for the "one year warranty" but 2 months later still haven't received it. Called them every day asking them for tracking information and they say they're going to send me it the next day and never do. Such a scam. Don't waste your time with max chargers like I did.

Anyone that has gotten a package from Maxchargers, what was the return address they used? Was it ******* Murphy Road, Stafford, TX? If they were a legit business, Google Maps would show it, but Maxchargers is not shown in Google Maps in the same building as the other two companies that share the building. These bastards need to be shut down! I am scared to even try the charger they sent me (which I just got today after two weeks), because of what I have heard people say about how it blows up on them! Plus, the adapter and cord is white, but the part that plugs into the computer is grey... WHAT THE F*%*$

Bought a charger in March from them because they advertised a 1-year replacement warranty on the magsafe 2 charger. It was shipped to me in a reasonable time. However, 3 weeks later the charger failed and I contacted them for a replacement. They provided a shipping label to initiate the return + exchange. I sent it back to them and it was received on April 8. I have yet to receive my replacement charger despite numerous emails back and forth with their self advertised 'world class customer service'. They have on 3 occasions told me they will be shipping it "in the next few business days", but never have. Don't buy from them, it's a scam.

Same phone message during open hours. No call back to fix the order. The positive reviews are unbelievable. I have yet to experience any positive service. Does this company have a customer service center?

This is one of horrible company I have ever shopped. I'm still waiting for my charger ordered on 05/04/16 on expedite two to three business days. But till today 05/12/16 still waiting...

The horrible part is, cutover service they don'e answer the phone. That's unprofessional.

I give this company negative rating.

I bought a charger from here in serious need of one. I was short on cash and this was the cheapest option I found. I should have known better. You get what you pay for. This thing is a piece of crap. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't. I have to mess with it for 30 minutes to get it in the correct position so it might actually get a little bit of a charge. Infuriating.

I ordered and paid for a new charger. What I received in the mail several weeks later was a broken used charger. It was broken in 5 pieces. It took several days to actually reach someone by phone, finally I was able to tell them take a picture and send it back. I was assured a new charger was on it's way. It has been 3 months - I have no charger and no refund. I have called several times since and I was able to reach someone 1 time out of at least 100-they assured me that I would receive a refund in 5 days- it's been 3 months and I have nothing. This is a fraudulent company and I am now reporting it to police.

Charger they sent me doesn't fit. I'm trying to return it and we are playing every game in the book including the static during hold music (which doesn't happen in this day and age of digital music) unless it's purposely put in, the "I can't hear you trick", oh and then they start haggling of how much they will refund 10%, then 20%. Joke! DO NOT BE AN IDIOT and ORDER from this site. Seriously. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

This is a scam. Probably a one man operation. No physical address. No one will ever pick up the phone. I ordered a battery. Didn't get it. No response. A month later I get the wrong battery. Another month passed still no response. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a charger and need received it. Needed the charger quickly and called many times and no one picks up ever. Never received the charger and now can't get hold of anyone to talk to? Seems like a scam to me.

If I could give Max Chargers a 0 rating, I would. I purchased an Apple laptop charger from them and it took 2 weeks to receive it after paying for 2 day shipping. I called to ask for a refund for the extra shippingand was on hold for more than 20 montes even though it says, someone will be on the line in 2 minutes. After holding, the line hung up on me. I found an email and requested to be refunded for the extra shipping and never received it. To add, I've only had the charger for 2 months now and it's not working. It's awful! Will never buy from them again. Never!

Picture shows a genuine Macbook charger but they sent me a cheap generic one that didn't even work. Called them and no one even answered. I would stay away and if I don't get a call back soon, I will open a BBB case

Bought a charger from 24hourchargers which was horrible service and it never came. Found Maxchargers.com and gave them a call. Turned out to be the same lady form 24hourchargers. I called both numbers and it was the same lady. They are the same people and the same company. They provide horrible service

Tip for consumers:
check both sites reviews and you will see they are a scam. got scammed once and will not get scammed by this company ever again

Since I have been promised I would get this since last week I called to cancel the order. Each time I call I speak to the same woman Niki. I asked for a manager and she said there was none. She also said she could not cancel my order or refund me! The tracking number I was emailed does not pull anything up on the USPS website and they said it was a false number. I have reported this site to officials, my credit card company, the BBB and a fraud site. I reported it to the Stafford Texas police department (where they claim to be located at) and they said there is no company by that name. They stole my money for a product I will never receive and they will not refund me! I also kept calling multiple times and she would immediately hang up on me.

I placed on a order with MacChargers on 5/16/16. This morning, 5/24/16 I called to ask what the status was of my order. After 24 minutes being told by their phone system that my call would be answered in 4 minutes, the recording said "the mailbox of the person you are trying to reach is full, please try your call again.". I called again, only this time I was told it would be 7 minutes. Of course no one ever picked up. I've called my bank and filed a dispute on the charge. I've had to order a charger via Amazon. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I will be doing some research on where they are located and who is hosting their site and filing complaints for fruad.

I ordered a charger for my mac last May, that's May 2016. It didn't arrive, I called and called, and was sorry I wasn't able to refuse the shipment when it arrived just a month after I ordered it because I had purchased through amazon because I really needed it. I have been really diligent in regards to calling and asking for a refund. I do get a response that says they are working on it but really how many months should this take? This company shouldn't be in business.

Well at first I thought I was scammed but somehow they were able to resolve my issue. Granted me free charger unit because I received their item defective and that they have replied late but overall I was satisfied because they are true to their customers and how they apologize.

Don't buy from this website. It's not a secure website (hence why the url looks like "maxchargers.com" instead of "https://www.maxchargers.com". Don't waste your time here. They also don't ever answer the phone or email. What a waste of time.

MaxChargers and 24hourchargers are the same company. Notice the positive reviews are written in broken english, yet the ones complaining are real live people who were scammed. The chargers are knockoffs. We all know that, but we want cheap chargers. Problem is when they break, the company will lie, delay, and then lie about actually replacing the product. You'll buy a knockoff charger. It will last a while. But when it fails while still under warranty, you are SOL.

I ordered my charger on the 26th of April and Got shipping info on the 28th. I felt like i was scammed after only receiving one shipping update, and it is true that there isn't a way to contact them, but I received a delivery status text today on may 5th and now i have it and it works awesome... keep calm and wait a few days...

I bought a Macbook power adapter from maxchargers in August 2016, it went dead 4 months later. It has a one year warranty.
So I called the company during their normal business hours (called Thursday and Friday at 2PM EST) and their voice mail continually says they are closed. BIG RED FLAG. So I emailed *******@maxchargers.com and never received a reply.

Seriously, They need to go out of business pronto. Ordered a charger and even though I did indeed receive the charger it did not work from the time I got it. Sent the charger back to the HQ an they received and I was supposed to be refunded and never was. $30.00 lost.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
