Like many others we ordered a charger for our mac book pro. Received it quickly but it only worked for 1 week. Sent it back for replacement. Was told 5 days shipping. Now 8 days later, no charger. We were given a tracking number for USPS. Surprise, invalid! Phone message always says it is after normal business hours. (I called at 2:00 PM est) Will try the attorney general. Any positive reviews on this site have the poor english mistakes typical of off shore scams. Obvious plants. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Like all the others here (class-action suit, anyone?) I ordered it, payment process immediately, they send a very official looking USPS tracking email - that only tells you that they've notified USPS that "it's coming." It's been 7 days since I ordered it and it doesn't look like it's even on the way.
I called - was put on hold for more than half hour - only to be told I can maybe expect it sometime late next week. (dog barking in the background). SCAM company. I'm going to research who I can report them to. This is unacceptable.

Ordered and received in good time... Wrong item sent... returned... have called them 5 times about my refund... no refund. I am going to the state attorney General.

Seems to be a totally fraud of a company.

My experience with Max Chargers was horrible. The device they sent was defective. I called their customer support line, twice, and each time, waited on hold for 30 minutes and then got disconnected. All the while the voice on hold said "someone will be with you in less than 5 minutes." Extremely poor customer service, and I ultimately shipped the item back and had to put the charge as a fraud alert on my credit card. SCAM

Bought a charger from this company. When I got it it didn't work. I contacted customer service and they said they would need to look into it. I never heard back even after contacting them again. They sell cheap chargers with bad components.

Also if you look at the early positive comments made on the site it looks like its the same person/people saying good things about the company. They like to double space and make the same/similar grammar mistakes.

I ordered a Powerbook charger in early April 2016 and it is now May 22 2016 and still no charger or refund. I've called at least 10 times and actually spoken to someone 3 times (they rarely answer the phone often as you will discover) and requested a refund. I was given the same speech each time..."Finance is slow at processing... blah, blah, blah". It has the feel of a one man show that is run overseas as I have spoken with the same women each time.

STAY AWAY from these people. They have no intention of shipping you anything or refunding your money.

Worst customer service i have ever been involved with. Bought a laptop charger which lasted 2 weeks. Returned it at my own expense. I have had to call them several times and most times they never answer. They have not even attempted to send me another charger. I will never use these people again.

This company is the worst. They go under many names and when they get too many complains on one site like Batteryhop.com they close the site and their phones and start under a new name.
If your item breaks forget about refund or return, you will never get anything back from them other than a waste of time on emails and phone calls and a headache.

1- slow shipping:
Ordered a charger, the next day I received a tracking number. A week later as the package had not moved at all according to the tracking number, I sent them an email. ( no answer). The package started moving then.

2- broken item:
The item I received was not working at all.
3- contacting them is hard
I called tech support and after a lot of patience ( "the next available agent is 7 mins away" blah blah blah for 45 min) reached someone
4- The only normal part:
They sent me a packing slip fr me to return the item and told me I would get re fund
5- they disappeared when the refund time came:
After I made sure they got the package, I emailed, called, emailed without any response. I emailed then through paypal ( no answer from max charger either) and finally got my refund thanks to a paypal claim.

I returned an item and never got refunded. I keep calling them, demanding my money, and I am repeatedly told that the return is being processed. It's been two months, so where's my money? This company is garbage, and the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of these fraudulent, thieving scumbags.

I ordered a macbook pro charger from MaxChargers in March of 2016. It started shorting out in May. I've emailed them three times, no response. They supposedly offer a one-year warranty, but I'm starting to doubt that I'll ever see a replacement charger. Spend a few extra bucks and get something that is well made.

Would not recommend anyone make a purchase here. The very prompt shipping was the only positive, however, the product itself is defective. They claim to have a one-year warranty, but they failed to respond when I said I needed a replacement charger and was willing to mail back the previous faulty one. Will see if I can get a refund, but very doubtful.

Do not use them, at all.

Similarly to many others, I'm still waiting for my charger to begin shipping 11 days after paying for it. When I called customer service, I was put on hold for a long time and then the "please hold" automated message went silent, save for quiet noises, as though someone took the phone off the receiver and just left it off until I hung up. I'm going to be doing a chargeback if I don't get word of this damn thing tomorrow.

Charger broke after 4 months. Can't ever get anyone by phone. Email support is repetitive and they ask for something else after you provide them what you are looking for. Now they want a serial number to my MacBook pro after sending their defective junk back. They say its to make sure they are sending the right product. However it didn't matter when I purchased it. They should be shut down

Paid for 2-3 day shipping. Day 4 and I called the customer service phone number. Got hung up on 3x. Finally got a hold of someone who sounded like they were driving in their car with the windows down. Made excuses for it not arriving on time, no apology. STILL no charger. Worst customer service I've ever had.

Do NOT ever buy from this company. Their website looks professional, but they are absolute scam artists. I ordered a charger from them last year. They immediately took the money out of my account but I am still waiting for my charger. It did not matter how many e-mails I sent or calls I made, they always put me off, telling me they'd look into it. (They must still be looking a year later.) They change their name every few months because they have such a horrible reputation. They were BatteryHop when they suckered me. Save your money and yourself a lot of aggravation, do NOT order a thing from this "company."

I ordered a charger which they claim got stuck in Texas for 2 weeks "due to weather". I moved and changed my shipping address and the idiots emailed me about an incorrect zip code where they made put O(letter) instead of 0(zero) in my zip code. In the email thread they accidentally emailed another disatisfied customer who claimed they never gave him his money back for a product he did not receive! SCAM!

I place an order for 2 of them just in case one was bad. Both are no good. The plug that slides onto the pin does not seat properly. I called there so called site and it always say it's after business hours 6 time and email. I know about the 3 hour time difference. So I was looking for the bill on my charge and it list a different number and company. Well I return them on the 13th of may and I still don't have a refund. I"M going to file every possible complaint until Justice is done and I hope that means putting this fly buy night company out of business. And any law suites I will have my name added to the list. Every time I call the other number there is a problem getting my refund. This is not over. O I would not even give them one star but no choice.

Been over 8 days, package still has not been shipped. Nikki, barely speaks english and can not help you. She has given a different answer to me each time I've called. I heard a rooster crowing in background, a dog barking and children running around laughing. Most unprofessional business ever. Asked to speak to a supervisor, she said her name is roanna. When i asked for the number she said she can't give me the supervisor information, but will inform her to call me. Refund should be expected in 3 days... We will see.

I've had so many different mounts for my phone and they either dropped my phone because it didn't fit. It was extremely expensive. With the Max charger phone mount was easy to assemble and my phone works perfectly and fits great. Best money I've spent so far.

One has always taking an example of how they sell and position themselves on the market. Marketing, service, and products are of the benchmark quality. Ordered dozens of things: they do know how to perform their stuff well. Good point are: Fast, Genuine!

I ordered the wrong charger but the team at Max sent me the correct one without any hassle. I am really glad they worked it out with me. I'm giving them 5 stars solely because they were able to get the charger to me quickly and resolving a mistake I made.

I highly recommend Max chargers because they have the best customer service support online. The support recommends whats best for you and to your gadgets. All of them are well trained. The products are cheap but the quality is superb and the followup care is great. I highly recommend Max chargers.

As with any online shopping place we have run into a few mishaps which have always been quickly resolved. Just recently, we bought a wrong charger. They replaced it even the correct charger is more expensice. Plus they shipped out the correct charger for free. Such a wow!
