The service is slow, our order was not accurate and the burger's were put together sloppily! Our fries and chicken nuggets were cold! There were 12 pickles on the double cheeseburger and both sandwiches fell completely apart! We waited for almost 15 minutes for our order to be brought out to car and There was so much grease that it soaked through the box and bag onto my clothing. We were so dissatisfied with the whole experience! I do not recommend this location to anyone!
No milkshakes, no iced drinks. Food just didn't taste nice. My sons brownie came in a sealed packed, which always gets a, some wrap, some don't! Disappointed Sunday brunch Not our usual
The Frappes that we ordered were disgusting, they did not taste like oreos at all they tasted like smoothies, as if they didn't clean the machines before making our drinks. They tasted like strawberry, and frankly cross contamination is a big problem and they are just lucky neither my wife nor I are allergic to anything. Lazy sanitation work or simply not following correct procedures in making the food. Disappointing to say the least since we didn't get what we paid for.
Such a good service and also fast. I had ordered a very big meal yesterday and got my meal in just 2 minutes.

I tried to order two breakfast sandwiches the sausage McMuffin and the ham and egg McMuffin. In addition I ordered four hash browns. My location in Portland Oregon wanted $17 Plus for that. No orange juice no coffee. I was so frustrated I left there hungry. I went to Wendy's and they had really good breakfast sandwiches and spuds that included an orange juice for each order. The order was under $14. It was much more filling and me and my friend didn't have heartburn after we ate it. Shame on you McDonald's I'm done with you for ever. You used to have good fries and now they suck that was my last good Vestige to your restaurant.
I was very surprised that I was treated with so much respect and appreciated as a customer even though my vehicle broke down. I needed a jump and had a little electrical short. Over the next several hours I had a couple of meals at McDonald's... I've always loved their food. And it's always nice to be treated this kindly in troubled Waters. Thank you so much Edith at the front counter. She never tired of me, and is always very respectful. Good job With! Good job McDonald's!

McDonald's has lost it's way. Customers are aware of how difficult it is to hire and retain employees. With that being said. It's not the customers problem. The problem belongs to management of each individual franchise. Adopt higher standards and pass it on. If you can't? Then move on to another career. Over the past 2 years or so the food has become awful. Soggy fries, cold burgers and the shake machines are always out of service. Ahhh...McDonald's...once an American institution. Now it's become a joke. How can the employees feed this garbage to people and keep a straight face?
If you like burnt over peppered burgers this mcdonalds is for you. Went there with husband to try out the new restaurant thinking it would be great as we overall like mcdonalds. Boy were we wrong. Ordered the 2 cheeseburger combos for both of us. We got them in a good time, but the burgers were very dry, very burnt, and very over peppered. I tried 3 of the 4 we got as I couldn't eat the first one because it was too peppery, the second also had too much pepper and it was too burnt. The third I tried was so burnt you couldn't even eat it. When my husband asked the manager about the pepper he said that all mcdonalds have pepper on their burgers. He never said would you like me to remake that for you. You remember the nasty burgers they fed you in school? Imagine that being worse. You could tell the meat was completely fake and it tasted fake. They were definitely not made fresh. I asked for extra Ketchup and was given 3 small packets which lets be honest there was not enough Ketchup in this world to help that burger out. My husband's straw fell on the ground and the manager expected him to pick it up and use it, insisting there was nothing wrong with it. Overall a terrible experience we will not be back.
I placed an order on their app for their Rosebank store. An hour later called their store they told me they don't have the order I must call Rosebank zone store, which I did and received no response. I called their customer service and arranged for a call back. Their agent told me that the store had not received the order due to loadshedding. What a load of bull she said she'll call me back, I'm still waiting for that call. My order eventually arrived 2 hours later than I initially ordered, and guess what it comes from the exact store I called that claimed they did not have my order. I've never been so disappointed, the lack of accountability, the lies is what pisses me off.
Dear McDonald's. When someone asks for extra extra pickles you should assume they really like pickles, and every time I ask for 2x extra pickles I always only get one. It makes the burger super dry, so please please can you guys start actually adding more than one pickle. Thank you
I went to store #3761 at 10:40 am. Placed an order for breakfast. 1 big breakfast with pancakes and 2 Steak Bagels at 10:57 a.m. I paid for the order through drive-thru. Waited at the window for a least 5 mins and food was handed out. While pulling off I checked my bags. I noticed that my order was wrong so I turned around went into the store. There was a manager there named Kimberly and I told her that I was supposed to get two steak egg bagels and they gave me two bacon egg bagels. At that time all I wanted them to do was fix the order. Rudely Kimberly stated that there's nothing she can do about it because breakfast is over. Kimberly also mention that she is tired of people complaining everyday about breakfast changes. She stated to me that breakfast is not all day anymore even when I didn't ask she stated that breakfast ends at 11:00 and it's been that way for 4 months now. I am the most easiest person to get along with I understand that breakfast ended at 11:00. I advise Kimberly that if that was the case then when I was in the Drive-Thru ordering I should have been told that breakfast is no longer available. Kimberly then said there was nothing that they can do about it breakfast is over and walked away as I was still standing in the store trying to get the situation resolved. When Kimberly walked away she walked to the drive-thru and did something and then came back and I said I will just take a refund so we walked over to the counter to proceed with the refund. As I was receiving the refund from Kimberly she stated that this is crazy start yelling because I should have known that breakfast ended at 11:00 and humiliated me in front of a lot of customers. Never in my life have I ever been to any fast food restaurant and was humiliated I think the first problem was if breakfast was over we should have been aware that it was over the breakfast signs were still up they took my order they also took the money all I really wanted was 2 steak bagels those are my favorite at McDonald's. The second thing is someone there should have just had some type of ownership.No one apologized for the inconvenience no one apologized at all. All I got was attitude, I got yelled at and worst of all I was humiliated. I will never return to that location of McDonald's ever again I rather drive to another store before I step foot in that store. I was disrespected in front of a lot of people including my children this is unacceptable.
I was charged twice on my debit card.,and then I'm told that only a manager can do that…sounds a little funny to me…of course…you have to go to your bank and get a print out…take it in to a manger…sounds a little more strange…since they are the only one that can charge your debit card twice.,by then you have done called the bank…Oh…what a mess…this McDonald's in Laporte Texas is bad…Half the time you don't get the right order…and you end up paying for someone else's bill.,they have a group of high school kids working there…and they don't care about customer service…if they do get the order wrong…which is more than half the time…you have a long wait again…that is…if you catch it before you get home…do yourself a favor…go in to get your order…and check your bag before you leave.

McDonald's food is slow and unfriendly it's unhealthy but most of all it's poison if you know how their french fries were done you wouldn't touch them if you know what was in their hamburgers you would not eat them why do you think you could put them in a refrigerator for 2 years and you see no change if you love shakes forget McDonald's eight out of 10 times they will mess your order up
