When I ordered my items it said still available for Christmas delivery but, once order final the items won't be delivered till January 3rd. Very disappointed

I place a order in time to be recieved by Christmas but one of the items where not in stock which I did not notice until I checked the status of the order and it was on hold so I called and that's when I was notified of the back ordered item but them item would be in soon and i should receive it in time I called back a couple days later when the process seemed to not be moving only to be told the item had not come in and I wouldn't receive my order in time however I do understand that it nothing they could have done about the stock level of the item however there shipping process is extremely slow they should offer different shipping options and considering I have multiple others orders with them they should have had the courtesy to calling or emailing me letting me know that one item was not in stock when they first recieved my order and gave me the option of changing my order to receive in time

Horrible Shipping time, I did ask if my article wasn't shipped Friday I was going to cancel my order, and they ask me for proof of my down payment was clear for my bank, and I did, that was Thursday and customer service tell me that yes my item was going to be shipped Friday, but that wasn't, they only create the label and shipped my item today, for the tracking I will receive my item 5 days after Christmas.

Too long to process no real feedback or communication letting us know about the application process.To long to get product still waiting for it. It took a whole month and still waiting for it to be delivered yet you have taken my money and have it for over two weeks but no product yet. I'm going to get it in the new year not before Christmas it will be a month and a week

Approval was fast and simple and employees thus far have been very professional/helpful. However the system to get priority invoicing was a pain and took me 2 days 3 emails/screenshots for them say they had it. I also kept running into an issue where one item or another was out of stock which delayed invoicing/shipping. I also had To call 2x to get my tracking numbers emailed to me.

It's been great dealing with Mdg on time delivery just need to stop Signatures to get your stuff we do work and trust delivers
I played hell jumping through there hoops trying to get approved. Then got approved and tried getting payments set and they double charged my bank. Then my order was missing pieces and I still haven't heard if they are gonna send out my missing stuff. Then, then one of the items (alfred lock) quit working already and its only been 5 days since I've had it. I definitely will not buy from here again.

Its aggravating trying to get everything set up. You email them check stubs and theyll say they havent received them. I would receive am email telling me to call my agent but she literally never answered when you did. Only reason they recieved the 4 star is you cant beat the payment price. Once I get the product I'll see if it is as described

Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
