“You will pay forever”

Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

MDG is a great way to purchase products. Low payments and Customer Service was easy to talk to from beginning of process til product is shipped. If you have any questions, the helpful staff is willing to help you through the process. The helpful staff makes sure you understand everything and are not pushy and forceful. They make you feel comfortable. Even after they ship your product, they give you a courtesy calls to make sure that your product made to you and everything is to your liking. And if ever you have questions about your account, you can call them and they are more than willing to answer your questions. Would do business with them again.

I was just approved with a $1300. Line of credit from Flex Shopper, no credit check. MDG approved a credit line of $1000. But they want the first (6) payments in advance before I can enjoy the use of my products. NO WAY. (That constitutes a layaway type of program.)

Go through Flex Shopper and first payment is not due until you receive the product. Very disappointed in MDG and advise you to stay away from them.

I sent in everything they ask for and continually requested to speak to someone over the phone in which never happened!
When I called the number and extension for the person that they put a picture on the email for was definitely not that person!
It was one of the voices I've heard continually from scammers that call!

After giving them what they requested they wanted me to answer credit file questions that would give them access to my complete and total social security credit background!
If I was to answer those questions for them I would give them the ability to do whatever they wanted with my credit!
I beg you and I hope none of you make the same mistake or you'll receive some merchandise and then find out your credit is screwed even worse!

Tip for consumers:
Stay away do not give them any information they are scammers and thieves!!!!

My experience with MDG has been the best yet. I bought a computer years ago and since then MDG has been very solid on their reputation. The products are always up to date and and reasonably priced; competitive. I would always make MDG my first choice due to their courteous customer service representatives. I thoroughly enjoy my computer and the payments are within my budget. I definitely recommend the products and services.

My customer service agent Meghan is GREAT and handled all my issues with the items I ordered and were damaged. I would love to purchase more in the future, as long as I have Meghan as my customer service agent. I changed my review to 4 stars, because Meghan has continued to work with me to get my credits due to damaged items I ordered. No other company would take that much interest in how we feel as the customer and how frustrating it can be to get things corrected when you order things online. I would have given 5 stars, however the only thing that I'm a little upset with is I still haven't received the documentation for the credits or the new payment plan each month. Other than that. I'm very satisfied.

The product we got sent was so awesome. Price was right. Wanted a b-day present for the hubby, didn't have $ for what he wanted & totally deserved cuz been workin so hard. Came across MDG, customer service broke down the process for me, got signed up & truely met my needs in a timely affordable fashion. Saved the day for me & was able to reward him with a gift he's been wanting & all around made happy. Affordable payments taken right out of my account, no hassle & I am very satisfied. I would absolutely buy from MDG again & have put the word out to family & friends as well.

Everything was ok. But some months when there were 31 days they would take it out a day early so it wouldn't clear, then they would try and take the 35$ late fee. So I would get two NSF at 45$ each. And they have done this a few times and don't care?

Out house caught fire in 2014 and when we found a house a few months later we were renting to own furniture until we could find some furniture of our own. I came across MDG and learned that you own your furniture the moment you get it. The furniture comes from the brick so you can even go to the brick find the model and test it out before making your choice. The people at MDG are great, friendly and they help anyone with any credit. You do pay have to make a payment before reviving the item and depending on your credit you may have to make anywhere from 1 to 3 consecutive payments before receiving the products you order... But worth the wait. We have a couch set and laptop and pay about 130 a month. Better then renting to own which was costing us almost 200 a month for a couch set.

I need a computer for work, and my 90 lb lab chose to use my old laptop as a pillow. The screen was destroyed beyond repair, and I couldn't afford a new one at the time. MDG made it possible with their financing program. The payments fit my budget, I got to build the product I needed, and the shipping was very quick. The brand is also a quality name brand with a full warranty.

I still am waiting for my tv. It has been three weeks. It took a week and half to get the tv I wanted to find out they were out of stock. Now I'm waiting on the new tv I decided to get. Which of course cost an extra $200. The company isn't communicative and make the financing very difficult. Had to beg my friend to call them because they were holding my tv for hostage until he did for reasons I still don't understand. They won't ship my tv without having to physically sign that the item arrived. So they expect me to be home allllll day for a package? Can't do that when I'm in the medical field and I'm expected to be at work when I'm scheduled. I don't even know if it is the right tv. I got a Samsung. Might end up being a broken tv? I don't know. Just going to go to Best Buy next time or amazon.

I dealt with them a few years back and their customer service was very very bad. Not only they are incompetent but they tried to sell me a broken laptop. I could only see that the hinge was broken when I closed the laptop and it was obvious that there was something very wrong. Other interactions were also bad. They are so rude and condescending I could not believe what I was seeing.

I have used MDG several times over the past few years. I have ordered a lap top a tv and a gaming system. I even received 2 free tablets! The customer service reps are helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend MDG! The buying process is simple and easy!

I ordered mattress and bedroom set. They were all suppose to be sent together, I got my mattress 6 days before my bedroom set. One package arrived damaged and was no problem to send back and a replacement ordered. Overall I am pretty satisfied with my exp. Thus far.

Ordered a tv and ps4 bundle as well as extras, showed up faster than expected, my rep was great, walked me through each step and arranged affordable payments.
Been a few months now and have had no issues.
Would definitely reccomend and im currently looking at getting a mattress too!

Very rude customer service company don't address your concerns lack of phone courtesy rude and hangs up on you with out addressing your concerns. I will not recommend this company to anyone lol coming to finance through this company.

Tip for consumers:
Very rude customer service. Nothing gets resolved and no proper manager to speak to with issues.

I like when you are on low income to get the think you needed but the interest rate is high?
I would like to say to every one if your are no problem with the interest rate just go a head and get what ever you looking for but if you are not happy of high interest just do buy it!

Mdg has terrible service, they wasted my time for several days and then they canceled my order after the funds for the down payment cleared successfully from my account because of a mistake they made. The account we originally had on file couldn't make ACH Transactions so we changed it to one that could and I was told everything was successful and I'd be receiving my order within 2 weeks. Not only did they cancel my order but they never reached out to me. I would highly recommend avoid doing business with mdg.

The people at MDG really know how to take care of a person! This is the second time I've dealt with them and they make shopping for a computer simple and quick.
Finding a computer can be overwhelming but the people at MDG offer great assistance and service is second to none. I recommend them to everyone.

The beginning process wasn't too bad. They did upsell me at the end sticking me with an extra $900 in junk I didn't need. Which also hurt my credit score because the account shows up like a credit card and that pretty much max out my usage. Got the products and they are working out great. Its been approx. 4 months now and even tho I've made every payment on time they have failed to report this to the credit bureaus leaving my credit report to still show a higher amount owed than actually is. I understand there's no legal obligation but this is the first business I have ever purchased from that didn't report monthly. I never would have made a purchase with this company knowing that.
