It was a little back and forth at first but I received my product in the mail, brand new, in perfect condition and my children are loving it. Thank you MDG and my account manager she helped out a lot too during the process
My feelings on MDG are, neutral. Customer service reps were nice enough. The process is entirely to long and played out. The shipping process is a disaster. For the cost of shipping paid, shipping through my UPS account would have been cheaper and quicker.

Delivery is not quick enough. Waiting too long for something that should take days. My last order was a laptop and it came in a few days. This time a TV and stand and is delivered tomorrow when I ordered it a while ago.

I went to the MDG website on the advice of a friend who has been a client. I submitted my credit application and in seconds was approved for $2395. 00.
I then ordered a 40" Samsung smart TV and a Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
Milena the sales representative that I had was wonderful. She guided me through the process painlessly. Always on top of my order.
I had a glitch with the shipping department initially. I couldn't be home on the delivery date offered for medical reasons. The man i spoke to was very brisk with me.
Now every company and every person makes mistakes and has the occasional bad day. But the proof of a company is how they deal with the problem.
I contacted Milena and she sorted it out very quickly and got me a delivery date that was perfect for me.
The woman from shipping who contacted me to confirm the details was very pleasant, efficient and polite.
I have no problem recommending MDG to anyone!
You can't pay on the website or over the phone. Once you sign up, they assign you to a specific person and won't deal with you, unless you talk to that one person. I was having so many problems that I just cancelled my order and went with flexshopper.com I would not recommend MDG to anyone.

My product was undamaged but it came in the original box with no protective outer box with packing for safety. Also, coming in the original box, someone walking by could see it was an electronic and could've been more enticed to steal it. I'm happy with the product but please don't cheap out on shipping supplies.

I regret ever coming to mdg. Once paid off I will NEVER use you guys again. Big mistake and a waste of time. The customer service people are rude and will not work with anyone if u need to reschedual a payment. One of the worst experiences Ive had. I really regret it signing up with these people

Got a 55" Samsung curved 1080p television. They were very prompt with my application, the TV was over my approved amount. Mdg worked diligently to bring the price down on the TV so it would fit within my budget.
I am very pleased with my decision to do business with MDG. I never imagined how easy the process could be, but they made it happen. As I write this review I anxiously await delivery of my new gifts for myself, because I deserve it just as MDG deserves a good review. Great Job!

I read the reviews. It was a mix of good and bad but my experience have been nothing but great. I received my package within two weeks later. All is well with it. So I have no complaints what so ever.
It was so easy dealing with MDG. The customer service was great, they really take care of all your concerns and very knowledgable about the products, the delivery of my furniture was quick. I would highly recommend their services.
I have had great service with MDG and haven't had any issues with the tv or PS4 that I making payments. The payments work for me and my budget. I was worried at first because I've brought anything online and didn't know what to expect. It was worth it taking a leap and buying something. Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
