Granted with the payments that fit my budget I'll be paying on my items for a while but in all honesty I'm happy I was able to get the items I wanted and at a price I can afford to pay would highly recommend to anyone! When I first applied, I was immediately contacted by the sales representative to try to finalize the order. I had no intention on proceeding with the order due to an exuberant shipping fee. The salesman advised that he would try to work something out and would be contacting me again. I did not hear from him again. I logged in my account three days later and there was the order showing as pending. I never agreed to processing an order. Well, I decided to give it another shot with a laptop and requested that the current item in my account be removed. It has been over a week I have been attempting to finalizing an order. Communication is extremely poor to say the least. My salesperson does not professionally respond to my emails. I have had to call in and speak to other people to get answers. At this time, my order is in limbo and I'm looking elsewhere. This process has been horribly disappointing.

I was not satisfied with the service at MGD. It's a extremely extensive process in which when you give them what they require they'll ask for something else at the last minute to delay they process a complete waste of time. Very disastrous experience. Totally running you around for no reason. I would never do business or recommend this company

To slow on delivery now they moved my delivery date and i paid extra to Move my process for nothing

Sommier morceau non conforme piece du centre etais trop long pour ma base j'ai appeler a plusieurs fois et meme envoyer des foto jamais je n'est eu de retour d'appelle en plus on m'a raccrocher la ligne 2 fois donc comme quand tu achete un matelas tu t'attend a pouvoir jouir de ton achat dans les jour suivant mais j'ai du attendre une semaine et plus donc j'ai du payer pour le faire reparer pour que le sommier soit utilisable donc d'autre frais de 75$ pour une article neuf

Income needs to be verified so that we can set up a customized payment plan with the customer, and our terms and conditions state that we may ask for more detail at any time. We have been in business for many years and recently celebrated our 29th anniversary. Information is not requested with the intent to cause such frustrations, and we do apologize. It didnt take long to recieve my order... but i was missing a game that was part of the bundle. I messaged customer service yet still havent heard anything back. The speaker wont link to anything via the WI-FI only bluetooth. I love everything else and most of the service. Just could be a lil better.

I had recently filled out an application and was told they needed 6 payments of $196.00 before they could send us our products I don't recommend this site for ANYTHING! RIP OFF! SCAM BIG TIME!

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
