I switched my shopping here for everyday stuff a few years ago now and haven't regretted it at all. Thier products are amazing. 3 reasons to switch - 1. Healthier - the products are all natural and no chemicals. 2. All made in the USA not China! 3. Economical. Better pricing than the big box stores across the 450 products! Try them today!
Sign up with a very convincing agent that told me I wouldn't need to pay any monthly fee, that I would ONLY pay $19.99 and pay to sample their products. Only to find out they are scammers. They go in your account and withdraw funds unauthorized fee for monthly payment. Contact them several times and all I got was them beating around the bush. Contact my bank so I would get back my money. Scammers! Stay away!

We have called the Customer Service staff 3 times in the last two weeks and both Donna, twice, and Torre, were well trained, easy to work with, answered all questions and the consummate professional. As a Customer Experience Consultant for over 25 years, I would rate both of them as A++. And Torre even shared her favorite Melaleuca product and the reasons it was so fantastic. Very impressive Team. And the best part... both spoke perfect Idaho English.=)

2 years ago I joined Melaleuca because I was looking for "natural" kosher vitamin. Today, 2 years later, my home is ONLY Melaleuca! I have a mission in sharing with others.
Together we can each do a small part for a healthy planet. Things like protecting our water, improving the air quality in our homes, and reducing waste. How you may ask? Simple. Switch stores to buy product you are already buying except now you will be buying SAFER products for the home and body.

The products I tried have been ridiculously amazing. Access bar before workout has not only added to the longer lasting endurance but helped with muscle recovery. I never expected it to even taste good but -bonus it does. This product has lead me to try others all cost friendly so feel great about my decision. Note. UPS delivered and had biz smashed. Melaleuca re shipped me the entire order of bars and let me keep the others-- and it was UPS issue. Impressed!

Most products are great, however the "shopping club," rules, and making someone buy a pump with each item that needs one is ridiculous! It's just not something that someone on a typical budget can afford.

I have been a customer for over 24 years, lots of changes over the time, now free shipping. The products really work. I love that I get fresh products, not ones sitting in a warehouse or on store shelves for months, i get lots of rebates and deals each month, love the membership is only $19.00 a year. They always are improving and looking for ways their customers can save without sacrificing the quality. Cant say enough good things. Everything is 100% money back. Such a reputable company.

Their online ordering system and automatic back-up orders have had a few glitches in them and the company is unwilling to resolve the issues. Most recently, we placed our February order but their system sent a "backup order" as well. Strangely, that backup order - for which we had chosen the products a couple of years ago - had products in it we haven't used in over 10 years and we certainly didn't want them, not to mention we didn't want 2 orders for February. We emailed the company to inform them of their errors and their only response was that we would be charged for shipping on the refused package. So they are making us pay shipping to receive an order we didn't place, and they are charging us shipping to return their erroneous order. Furthermore, every time I have reported issues in the past couple of years they claim the error is due to something I've done. Terrible customer service.

I'm a 61 year old working full time married woman and I've been a Melaleuca customer for at least 9 years. I have faithfully used the vitamins for my age group. I very rarely get sick. I work at a college and am surrounded by staff and students, and when one gets the flu or a cold, it spreads like wild fire. I take the vitamins every day, not once a week, or when I remember, but every day. I know they also make a big difference in my energy level. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I LOVE Melaleuca products. The cleaning and laundry line (toxin free) changed our life. It allowed us to get our 2 year old off all his medicine for asthma. He's been medication free for 10 years. I'm so thankful my friend shared melaleuca with us 11 years ago!

I need to give Melaleuca a high five on their customer service. Holy cow! I have never been treated so great! In an age of automated voice prompts and impersonal customer care, it's nice to deal with a company that actually has PEOPLE answer the phone... right away, treat you very well and indeed care about the happiness of the customer. Since si live the products so much, I never plan on shopping anywhere else!

I tried for 5 months. If a company has a good quality product they should stand behind it Melaleuca has terrible customer service I feel they need to grind and scam you to get as much money as they can because their products are no better than their competitors. Just more expensive. I will never support them again.

I have been a customer of Melaleuca for many years. I can't say enough about the products. I love them all. Did you know that the Melaleuca oil cures black recluse spider bites?
Also, the gold bar prevents sunburn if used right after getting in the sun.

I love the fact that the products are safe for my family and the environment and yet priced affordably. They use essential oils and organic acids instead of toxic substances like bleach, ammonia and formaldehyde. They also have a 90 day money back guarantee. Excellent experience overall

Our family became a customer of Melaleuca because I wanted safe products in my home. When I compared Melaleuca prices to what I had been buying, the prices were very competitive and in many cases I was saving money. Their brand of products is vast and we have completely converted our home since 2001. My children are always suggesting that I share my love for these products with their friends because they love them as much as I do. Customer service is exceptional. If ever a product leaks (which is rare), the company replaces it and any other products affected, with no questions asked and no cost to me. Feels wonderful to be treated so well.

I have been a customer since April 2017 and an Independent Marketing Executive since June 2017. I love the quality of the products, highly effective and price is very competitive. My monthly order varies between $50-80. Before Melaleuca, I was expending about $50 per week in trips to grocery store, target, etc. As far as referral bonuses, I have earned about $1,600 in a two month period. Melaleuca is a blessing for me and my family.

I enroll in Melaleuca through Facebook stranger as she didn't mention me many things I later found out this company was big scam and waste of money for this expensive garbage later I decided not to do.The reason this company is scam is because of its fake ingredients that's not organic n also charging $10 dollar shipping too.

I just switched this summer and have absolutely loved them. I have cleaned everything with them, and literally switched my whole house over. Not only does it save me money, and time by not running errands. My house smells divine. I have even been cleaning friends houses for free, this stuff is addicting lol (see my friends stairs before and after) I never knew how many chemicals were in our cleaning products until this summer, I wish I had researched more about this prior. I have changed so many other things in my life in the last 20 years and didn't realize I missed a major source of toxins in my house.

Love so many of the Melaleuca products. We have really enjoyed the laundry products and the Renew lotion. I prefer their cleaning products, as I can breathe as I clean! Such a convenience to be able to order these products online and in no time they are on the front porch. I wish they sold paper products too. I was also impressed with the customer service via the 1-800 number A live person answered on the second ring. They answered my questions about which laundry detergent I need for my washing machine.

I was using their vitamins, over priced at $99 a month and never got to use my points or the rebate crap they try to sell you on. I stopped my subscription and returned the auto back up shipment and I had to pay the postage for the return and then they would not refund me for the total cost I paid! They are the worst company ever
