I switched my shopping here for everyday stuff a few years ago now and haven't regretted it at all. Thier products are amazing. 3 reasons to switch - 1. Healthier - the products are all natural and no chemicals. 2. All made in the USA not China! 3. Economical. Better pricing than the big box stores across the 450 products! Try them today!
Sign up with a very convincing agent that told me I wouldn't need to pay any monthly fee, that I would ONLY pay $19.99 and pay to sample their products. Only to find out they are scammers. They go in your account and withdraw funds unauthorized fee for monthly payment. Contact them several times and all I got was them beating around the bush. Contact my bank so I would get back my money. Scammers! Stay away!
My daughter started selling Melaleuca products to help her pay for rent/expenses while she was going to college. I decided to sign up to help her out and I like natrual products. I was only using the products a few short months and broke out into a rash from head to toe. I ended up in the ER a couple days later because nothing was helping them go away. I decided at that point in time that I wanted to quit ordering the Meleleuca products because what I went through was awful. It is nearly impossible to cancel your membership once you sign up. I tried for literally 2 weeks straight to get my membership canceled because I did not want to have to pay for a product I no longer wanted to use. I even contacted the guy my daughter was under to help me out and it still did not work. Today I called customer service back and guy told me different way of canceling my membership. I think I was able to get my membership canceled, I guess I will find out next week. I went in to take my credit card and address out and it would not allow me to do that. I am not impressed with how they handle things at all. It should not be that hard to discontue using a product that you no longer want to use. I would not recommend getting into a membership or selling the product.
My daughter was told that if she could get 8 people to commit to buying that she would get a $400 gift card. It took them 3 months to get the gift card to her. Not impressed!

This is the best Wellness Company in North America I have be a customer for 17 years I enrolled a few when I first started and a few of them are still in my organization that some one else enrolled, in those 17 years Melaleuca has paid me just over 18,000 dollars in July I started enrolling again all of my upline have stoped enrolling and lots has changed, but it changed for the better, you can now enroll online no paper trail, but when anyone enroll be sure to read their policies like this fellow that enrolled a couple days from the end of the month what he should have done was except the order then return it and get what he needed, Melaleuca is the most trusted company I ever dealt with. This is a business that everybody in America can do people in low income can make there lives better I decided in July if I was ever going to do this it was time you can go to Walmart and keep buying from them they could care less about your Wellness and take you money but all you have is junk products I hope this helps someone.

They charge you too much for their products and then make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. Scam artists if I ever seen one.

I bought the women's Herbal deodorant and after a week my underarms broke out with such a bad rash I couldn't wear any deodorant for 4 weeks to allow them to heal. It was terrible! I thought maybe my underarms just didn't like it. Less than 6 months ago I starting using their Herbal Shampoo and Affinia Ultra Moisturizing Conditioner. Now my scalp has been constantly itching for the last week. I am in agony! I just now read the ingredients and am totally shocked! The shampoo has sodium coco-sulfate listed 2nd (synthetic detergent not safe) and cocamidopropyl betaine listed 3rd (may cause cancer). The conditioner lists dimethicone crosspolymer as ingredient #9 (prolong exposure can actually increase skin irritation and it is a non-biodegradable chemical.) Both contain phenoxyethanol which is a known carcinogen, and among other things, using it long term can cause organ damage. Shame on me for not doing my homework and reading up on their products. And shame on them for misleading me in thinking they were a natural company who cared about their customers. I believe these products are so bad for you and your family! If you don't use these particular products, research the ones you do use. Be aware and inform yourself!

Several months ago I was introduced to one of this company's many vitamin & supplement products, via a coworker, who is an affiliate saleswoman. The vitamins were just OK, but I feel that for the price, which was $65. I could have got the same or better quality vitamins, for a cheaper price elsewhere. No issue I thought to myself, it is just a bit of a loss. One month rolls around and to my surprise, I get another supply of vitamins delivered to my house. Thing is... I never signed up for re-occurring vitamin delivery etc. In fact, I specifically stated to them that I only wanted to try the product. I called up customer service and demanded that they never charge my account again and send me a return shipping label & box. They charged me $15 for the label and box. I sent the box of vitamins back to them, assuming that the issue was resolved. Another month rolls by and I am again sent products that I never requested. This time a bunch of household cleaning & sanitary items. Such as bacterial wipes & hand sanitizers. Again, rather useless stuff in fancy packaging, that I could have went out and bought myself for one fourth the price. They charged my account yet again.
I finally just phoned my bank and had them stop payment from this ripoff company, so that they could not charge my account again. This is obviously a classic pyramid scheme. With a bunch of people selling their useless products through independent sellers. The more people you introduce as consumers or sellers of the products. The more profit those at the top make. In fact, they are the only ones making any real money through the scam. Don't waste your time or money with these fraudsters!

Tip for consumers:
It is a pyramid scheme using rather cheap products, which are over priced. Most important, they auto bill your account even when you did not ask them to do so.

It’s often said that Melaleuca is a different kind of company. But what makes it different? What is it that sets Melaleuca apart from—and above—the rest?
Well, it all starts with Melaleuca’s mission statement: “Enhancing the lives of those we touch by helping people reach their goals℠.” That’s not just some fancy yet hollow phrase a copywriter came up with on a whim. It’s a deliberate and thoughtful statement, and the guiding principle behind everything Melaleuca does, down to the smallest act by the last employee.
Melaleuca’s goal is to help people achieve total wellness. To do that, it has created over 350 exceptional products that people use and rely on every day. The company with the best product wins, and Melaleuca has worked with some of the world’s top researchers to create better, safer products using a balance of science and nature.
These products are not only better for your body and the environment, they’re also a better value. Since it opened it 1985, Melaleuca’s founding axiom has been “Exceptional products at reasonable prices.”
Melaleuca’s products are affordable thanks to its unique business model called Consumer Direct Marketing®. Melaleuca manufactures its own products and ships them directly to its customers; those customers then earn commissions through word-of-mouth referrals. There are no middlemen or advertisers taking a portion of the revenues. The result? Millions of satisfied customers who enjoy higher-quality products at a better value—and over $3.6 billion in paid commissions to date.
Helping other people. Enhancing their lives. To so many companies, where it’s every man for himself, those ideals are an afterthought at best. But to Melaleuca, it’s a mission. Learn more about The Wellness Company at Melaleuca.com.
