Being a LOYAL customer of 3 years, on quarantine, with COVID-19, I called for assistance with coverage due to being out of work for 3 weeks to date and another 3 weeks after, they've offered me a 3 day extension with a pro-rated charge in addition to 8 dollars and another 5 for just an extension of 3 days! Furthermore, spoke with management (Billy) and got hung up on! I've never been later, service disconnected, or even asked for an extension before! I will be dropping this service and encourage anyone with their service to find another company that will value your service! I will NEVER recommend this service and will be recommending that anyone of my family members also drop this bs service!

Metro horrible company I was embarrassed and humiliated and talked to by a Metro by T-Mobile employee in a public shopping mall. Later that day my cash payment was pocketed by a Metro by T-Mobile employee because there was no record of my payment on my account, and because of that my service was suspended.
Been to store 8 times w issues. Done. Switching service. Got new Motorola and having texting issues. Can't send texts at times or receive. So disgusted
My service my phone service is actually pretty good it has some thoughts my only problem is when you go to Charter customer service you are unable to understand a word they say none of them speak English I called 10 times 1 time and finally got an American and it went so smooth when I talk to the American person that can understand and speak English it was done in 30 seconds but I was on the phone an hour trying to find somebody that could understand me this is a big issue
My mom has had account for her family for 5 to 6 years through Metro never missed a payment never been behind I broke my phone took my SIM card out of my Metro phone into another Metro phone they charged me $30 that I did not know turn my phone off the next couple days later added the $30 fee to my family's line turn their phones off today so in order to make $24 after whatever $6 credit they gave me or whatever the crap was they would rather lose $120 a month from a lifetime customer that is the most saddest worthless thing so so they want to make 20 bucks and lose 150 I'm switching companies and my family's mad at me too thanks a lot of Metro keep up the good work. Making my mom so mad, she kicked me off the plan..
Today is August 3rd, and I had the pleasure of being in Metro PCS in Plano Texas on Parker Road at Avenue K. Like most reviews customer service was always the problem for me. But let's talk about today August 3rd 2020. I had the most unspeakable exceptional customer service from Ricardo and Angela the store manager! Very attentive very suggestive about the phones, the both of them were very apologetic because I had to wait 10 minutes for the phone to be program which wasn't a problem for me because like I said I truly enjoyed the service from both of them. Angela was back and forth with a customer assisting them as well as assisting Ricardo making sure I was taken care of. It was a pleasure speakiin with him until everything was cashed out. Thank you both but for the exceptional customer service you made my day because again as I had stated I was very tired just driving from from Austin Texas.

Stay away from the MetroPCS on West 6th Street in Corona if you are White waited for 20 minutes to pay a bill that was a 30 second transaction and they would have helped a Hispanic that I just walked in first if I had not said something then they had an attitude when I said something and we're very rude these people are anti-White and racist
By far the worst phone Company I ever had. I have been with Metro PCs since they came to Michigan and I must say there the worst Cell Phone Carrier I've ever seen or heard of. I always have to buy a New Phone from the Cheap made ones Metro have. I barely get any Service had the same Problem for over a year now Customer Service is terrible. I can't never speak to an Manager or Supervisor when I ask. Metro Customer Service Reps like Dwise ******* has a terrible attitude and will have you on the phone for hours if you don't give them a one time pin in which the ask for every time you call. I can not deal with this Company any longer for my Mental Health and Well-being.
My cell phone bill is due on the 28th of each month so I decided to pay it on 19th this month so on the 29th of this month they cut my phone of so I called them and asked them why they cut my phone off if I paid it do you know what the hell they told me it was cut off cuz I passed my do date man I just went off on them telling them that I paid it on the 19th a week before the 28th this what they said to me but your do date is the 28th of each month know $#*! I told them so because I paid it a week before and NOT ON THE 28th you cut my phone off because that's my do date what kind of $#*! is that
I used to recommend metro because I had no problems and good signal, but now, just 5 months down the line, I'm switching phone companies. I have to turn off my data and turn it back on, over and over again nearly every 30 minutes just to keep my signal going, it's so annoying trying to watching something. We haven't been able to use our hotspots in 4 months and don't bother trying to get a refund when they force you to pay for a service they havent provided in months cause they say some bs about how even though you haven't been able to use it you still have to pay for it since it's on your plan, called customer service over 20 times and they made no effort to help besides telling me to restart my phone and data and it never worked, but if you call and threaten to go to another phone company they'll all of a sudden realize you've been on the wrong phone tower the whole time and all they had to do the 20 times you called before was put your phone on the right tower. The service is still $#*! but if you don't threaten to leave they literally won't do the bare minimum of making sure they have your phone connected to the right tower. F*** metro pcs, they were the best phone company I'd been with, now they are the worst and continues to get worse and worse everyday.

Worst Internet service for cell phones in the Denver metro area. Even cricket is better. Metro was awesome until about 3 or 4 months ago. Now their service is awful.
I always go to the pimilico Pkwy in Lexington KY store an sonny is a great guy he's very helpful an extremely nice. An he doesn't mind educating anyone on a phone. He's a great greeter always smiling... love this store... always go to this store...
Phone screen chopped, got worse. I knew I needed a new phone which is why I bought insurance two months earlier. After talking to MetroPCS and their insurance provider back and forth (two hours!) Someone finally tells me my purchase was for a premium bundle? I dropped my phone twice in the last year and had to pay full price. Why would I get anything but phone insurance? I realize that the lady I bought the service from was Latina and did not understand English well enough to know what I meant by phone insurance.it took two hours to figure out the problem! All the agents are filipino and they don't speak good English so that caused my time to get wasted. Now I have to go to the store and get the monthly premium switched to insurance versus some bundle! Worst phone company! I'm sure they are hiring all Filipinos because they are cheaper, the American way! I guess I will now go to at&t and buy a 500 dollar phone and more monthly bill to avoid this sad situation in the future. I encourage that anyone thinking of getting service from MetroPCS to go elsewhere!

On 6/20/2014. I went to metropcs store in duncanville tx on cedarridge to switch one fone to another. One customer service rep. Named Emmanuel refused to help me despite the fact that i was ready to for this service. He even told me to go to another store. I have been with metropcs for over 5 years. I tried metropcs web site and cannnot find customer complaint section.
I updated my phone because everyone said it was required for my phone to work properly. Well it's not, I have HOTSPOT usage that I CAN'T use! I should have stayed with AT&T because I NEVER had issues with them. My hotspot worked perfectly fine before the stupid update and now... NOTHING! I will NEVER recommend Metro to anyone. I've called 3 different customer service staff members and they couldn't even help. My husband started the account and I can't even make changes otherwise I would take myself off the stupid plan! Metro is NOT WORTH it, cheap prices for cheap service!
