I have to make this short but I had the best service ever at the Metro PCs on Peters Creek in Winston Salem NC. Kimise and the other
2girls there were so nice and helpful. There were some other girls there before them n thank God they're gone, they acted like I was bothering them cause they liked hanging out in the back room. I found out too that they charged me for things I should not have been charged for. Well, I'm happy they're gone and these new girls are there, I'll keep my metro PCs.
We are over your lackluster policies and nickel and diming on every turn. We loved Metro's policies and you're going to continue to lose the rest of us unless until you put those policies back. We're sick of no customer service, we're sick of late charges and don't nickel and dime us with late charges, inconvenience fees and whatever else $#*!ery you're trying to impose on us. Before you could call Metro and before you could call Metro and you would be contacted to a representative that would say thanks for calling Metro. Now you can't get any customer service and if you do get someone on the phone it's going to take you a half an hour to 45 minutes and then you're going to be contacted to Haji Abu that don't beaky any English! They stuck an $8 fee on my bill that I've never had before and I went into contest it and said sorry there's nothing we can do so I said okay you guys are starving for the $8 so much you just lost a customer of 10 years it's almost like they're trying to get rid of us and make this the worst possible experience ever. Metro in T-Mobile or hot trash and don't give them your money. I'm going to continue supporting everyone's negative review and if somebody knows about a class action suit I would like to join that also
PLEASE, I'm begging you, DO NOT USE Metro PCS. The service is awful. Foreigners are the only ones that take calls and you won't be able to understand them. Calls are dropped constantly. The internet service is terrible and has gotten worse.
I had a l. G. k 51 with metro p. C. s. By t-mobile i told them this phone was over heating it burn my face they didnt care about it i spoke with l, g, about it they didnt care so now i am taking legal action against metro p. C. s. By t-mobile i will never get a another phone with them again in 2017 i had a samsung note 5 and a tablet the tablet got stoled at the social security building downtown seattle wa and my phone too i went there to tell them i paid the 99.00 dollars to get another one never got it till this day nobody did anything but i am goiing to something about this its not fair that i had to deal with that and there still charging for this b. I have been with this company for years. And have been scammed each time I have brought people to Metro PC. Never have the given me credit for one person I taken in store to join. I have just been screwed again on a nother referral. And this time I spoke to Metro PC regarding it. They dogged me again. Even with all the information of the person, number, date, and location. The referral done. I believe it is the in store employees maybe told to scam clients that refer others. This last place that screwed me was 336th Federal Way Washington Twin Lakes area Metro PC and then Metro PC themselves.on 1/10/2022.
The store in Houston on N Main. OMG! You go in to pay the bill and the manager is one pushy, shady bastard! My husband went in to pay my bill and he tried to get him to buy a new phone. He wouldn't stop! He had my husband's phone behind the counter and was lowkey holding it hostage. Je had to reach over the counter to get his phone back. Unacceptable, ghetto behavior.
Rewind to a few months ago when he purchaded phones:
Mohammed, did not provide any receipts or pin numbers, so when then time change happened, my husband had do a factory reset on his phone because the shady, inept Mohammed, didn't provide the pin number that you need to get anywhere with the even more inept, dishonest call center hacks in India.
How the store on N Main is still open, is beyond me.
That manager had no idea how close he came to getting punched that day.
My phone broke on the 8th and filed a claim on the 9th. I was told by assurance their insurance carrier that I have to wait a mandatory 5 business days. Then after the five days I'm being told I have to wait 5 more days. I've been hung up on made to wait 58 minutes on hold all to be told... I HAVE TO WAIT! This whole process is ridiculous.
I had MetroPCS for many years in Dallas. Moving to Paducah, terrible service, terrible customer service, store employee deleted everything from my phone without permission and no apology! I finally got smart and switched services, same monthly price, and MetroPCS said they do NOT give refunds for any reason! When you see a MetroPCS store, run the other way!

I have never had a issue until a week ago when me and my wife purchased 2 phones.total of almost $1100.the kid working there was solo.mr. Caruso Mason was his name.his mannerism was obvious he didn't want to be there.he said that chargers did not come with them.never heard of that but ok.as he rang things up he added insurance to it that we did not ask for nor did he ask us if we wanted it.he did correct that.get home and I noticed there was chargers.2 of them.got looking at receipt and he charged us for 6 wall chargers that we never asked for nor did he ask us if we wanted to purchase any.after about a hour of being there I asked if I could use the restroom, he replied with it doesn't work.lol.
So.i don't feel it's fair that I drive all the way back out there to get the money back when I should be able to get it resolved through customer service. Big negative.so customer service gave me number to corporate office.you think this will take care of it.another negative.it was "out of service".lol.
After we purchased phones I get message from metro doing a survey.i explain about my experience. They give me a option on how they can contact me to resolve issue.i chose a phone call.guess what,they didn't call.
So there will not receive another dime from me.

Told me I upgraded your plan. I paid for the service and now I don't have service! Waiting on the PHONE now for 45 minutes ON HOLD! NOW OVER AN HOUR OF waiting on the phone. WOW unbelievable had to hang up after an hour + of waiting and waiting and was still waiting on the phone! When I called and before the the representative on the other end put me on hold, said to me, "don't hang up because you will not go through for 25 minutes." I have been literally on hold for now 42+ minutes. WTF I will change and I won't be paying for a phone that doesn't work. I want my money back and will go somewhere else. I am still on hold 42+ minutes and going
I live in a small town outside of San Antonio TX. The guy who helped us, Michael, was/is great. We explained where we lived, and that my husband drove for a living. We needed something reliable. I'd say about a week or so into our plan we started having problems everyday. Me and my husband can never reach each other. It always says "server unavailable" or something like that. He ended up getting a new phone with insurance, which we didn't even know we had, and that supposed brand new phone is worse than the last. My son spends the night at his friends house down the street, and I have to call his friends phone because my son's data, texting and calling wont work at all. What am I paying for? When I call to report problems the representatives that I can understand try and blame me for the problems. Then after hours of ineffective troubleshooting they have to put tickets in that take 3 to 5 business days! How does anyone live without a phone that long? Plus, during that time the rep has to send your phone a pin number for you to read back to them, but if your phone doesn't work then they won't help you! How can I get a pin if my phone isn't working?! What am I paying for?

URGENT MESSAGE TO METRO/PCS: I was sold a Stylo4 phone in Vero Beach that is a fire hazard and suffers from numerous other defects. Within the warranty period, I called both MetroPCS and LG to inform them that it is a fire hazard, is overheating, the battery is expanding and pushing the back cover off, not charging properly, arbitrarily changing the system language from English to Russian and Spanish, and does not respond to touch commands. After seven phone calls, your sales staff in Vero Beach and your corporate office in Port St. Lucie refuses to help me. Before I alert the media, file a class action suit, and file a criminal complaint with the FTC for deceptive sales practices and knowingly selling defective phones, I'd like to talk to a corporate manager for a mutually agreeable solution.

Have had service for years but after T-Mobile bought metro services have been spotty T-Mobile give preference to their customers so sometimes access is denied to data even though I pay 60 dollars a month for unlimited I originally upgraded from 40 dollar plan to 50 dollar plan but they changed me to their highest plan of 60 dollars and every time you change plans theirs like a 20 dollar fee associated fed up decided it's not worth to stay not going to change to T-Mobile had them before and they closed down without notice phone game is a joke save yourself from low quality service
I went to metro pcs store 2515 E Rosemeade. Plwy. # 105 Carrollton TX 08/08/2020. Spanish manage she is so rude. I bought a lg x320 aristo 4+ this cell is not good eat. Battery without use. I asked her simple questions
She answer so rude and said if you don't like here go to another store too many around

ITS AUG 09,2021. ON AUG 08,2021 I WENT FROM CRICKET WIRELESS TO METROPCS. THAT SAME DAY MY PHONE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TURNED ON IT NEVER WORKED. I CANT CALL ANYONE OR RECEIVE ANY CALLS. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO GET THIS ISSUE FIXED AND STILL 2 DAYS LATER... NO SERVICE AND THEY Can't fix this problem but they got my money but I have no service... BOTTOM LINE... DONT EVER GO TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY ITS NOT WORTH YOUR SANITY... TRUST ME
I have been a long time customer of Metropcs. And have been mostly happy till now. A couple days ago I woke to find no service on my phone. I had to use WiFi calling to even contact service because they have no email option. Finally got someone after sitting on hold and she told me they were servicing the tower and I would have service within 12 hrs. She gave my account a $5 credit for loss of service. Over 12 hrs later still no service and I was having issues with 3 other of my 5 lines. I called back the next day (still no service) and waited on hold another 30 minutes (not the 30 second the computer voice says). It took 3 more long waits on hold (my call kept getting dropped once I finally was connected to an agent) to be told that they were still working on the towers and they would credit our account $8 for the service lost. I was under the impression that it would be $8 per affected line. Which honestly I thought was low for what they did. We had no heads up that our service would be cut
Off for 2 days. I told the agent that I was not ok with just an $8 credit, my time alone (probably 3 hrs of total time spent on hold and talking to them) was worth more than $8. She sent a claim to corporate to see if they would at least credit the $8 per line I was promised. I see today they closed my ticket and have only credited $8 total. I'm so disappointed in this service right now. Great way to treat a loyal long time customer. They also really need an email option so busy people don't have to spend their whole life on hold when having issues.
One of the most disrespectful companies I have ever known I am also been with Metro 15 years since they open their door and I will never refer another person to go back they are the worst company ever put on this street and their day will come believe that the good Lord don't like nasty
I purchased a phone the afternoon of 10-26-21. Returned it soon as they opened on 10-27-21 because it didn't work. The clerk credited me for the phone and accessories. Said I would have to call customer service to be credited for the month of service since I never used it. The first customer service rep was in Mexico. She said a credit was issued and should be on my account in 3 days. I called 3 more times, African customer service reps. They assured me the credit was issued. As of 11-12-21 no credit issued. I had Capital One dispute the charge. Metro replied it's a valid charge and they refuse to issue credit. Apparently they figured the month of service will expire on 11-27-21, so why should they issue credit and lose $50? Had the credit been issued, I would have purchased and iPhone 13, so they lost a sale and a few years of service! I would highly recommend that everyone stay clear of Metro-T-Mobile and go to Spectrum Mobile for honesty, reliability, best prices and service. Their customer service reps are honest, helpful and resolves anything you need to your satisfaction
